Nice location, 5 min to walk from the city beach in one direction and 5 min in the other to reach the bus stop to go to the city center or in Kemer direction. Big room with summer (cooling) and winter (warming) conditioning, good breakfast. Rather quiet.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and the hotel in general had enough amenities for its price. I also found the breakfast decent. Also the location was amazing for me, it is at the heart of Konyaalti and had walking distance to the public beach.

One thing I did not like that after my first day, the staff asked me to change my room without giving me a proper explanation and I had to repack all my stuff and move which was not convenient. Also, the safe was not working in my next room and the staff was not willing to do much to solve this issue.

The worst: noise at night due to a window that couldn't be closed completely: car horns, cars acceleration, people shouting and call for prayer from the mosque.Absolutely a lack of sound isolation inside the hotel as well, you hear people all the time. I could hear the next door guests in their bathroom.This in combination with very hard mattresses gave us bad sleep every single night.The bathroom furniture is rotten. The shower was installed on 1m10 height because it was a tap for the bath.

from the pluses only the friendly staff at the reception who take care of the guests, there are shops and cafes nearby, walk to the sea for about 12 minutes

The rooms were terrible, the renovations were done poorly, everything looks cheap and of poor quality, the rooms have an unpleasant smell, the hood in the bathroom does not work well, the room is not cleaned well. The photos are not true. breakfast looked nice, but there was nothing to eat, we didn't find any tasty dishes, only sweets

The hotel was extremely clean and always smelled fresh. Staff are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble

Location was great. I had to walk like 5min and I was in the beach. Swimming pool is like a bonus for this hotel, that was so nice to came back from walk and go in the swimming pool and swim. The staff upgraded my room that was really nice.

My room was a litle bit dirty, towells had spots, lamp was with dust. Swimming pool ladder is a little bit broken and unstable.

The staff were really kind and helpful, especially Dicle, Asli, and John. I enjoyed staying at the hotel and I will stay again next time.

I stayed at the top floor, and the wifi of my room could be improved. Otherwise, the wifi was good all over the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful in every communication- going out of their way to offer assistance. The room was upgraded on check-in and had all amenities within. The swimming pool also an added bonus during the 38° heat!

It is a good hotel for families who sometimes are a little loud!

We’ve stayed here before it’s a great hotel with a good breakfast, the staff are always polite and happy Rooms are a good size and the housekeeping clean the rooms very good, even the maintenance guy walks about happy…it’s good to see !

A very nice hotel in a great location, all the facilities correspond to the pictures and their description. The breakfast is nice and consists of various dishes, the pool is always clean. But the best part of the hotel is the people working there! All the stuff is very friendly and always ready to help, we really appreciated their attitude.

There were some minor issues in our rooms but they were fixed quite quickly.

Nice service. Staff is ready to help and very quiet. Looks of the lobby are really pretty, classy vibe. Breakfast was usually ready some time before 08:00 which was also nice.

The bathroom had mold and was not really clean on the tiles. There were also some leakages in the building. Always a towel or pool of water on the floor on the way to the rooms.
