Marka Hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect – close to Old Town, yet far enough to avoid street noise! For the price we paid (very reasonable), the room had everything we needed, except the fridge didn't work properly. However, the front desk staff were super helpful and let me use their main fridge. I have only positive things to say about the hotel! One note: there's no coffee maker in the room, but you can use hot water or tea at the front desk anytime.

Very basic but everything worked and very clean shower was brilliant bed was Very comfortable ? no tea or coffee in room but could get tea at reception staff very helpful ? ? very close to everything.

Would stay again.

Its my second time in this hotel and its still as good Very Clean and nice, the location is very good near the old city and the staff were very friendly

Just the location 2min walk to marka antaya mall

My stay at this hotel was very bad. The cleanliness was extremely poor — I saw many cockroaches inside the hotel. The room was very small and lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer, kettle, drinking water, and even breakfast. The room also had a strong smell of smoke. In addition, the receptionist was unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting guests. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

It was central located.

When we changed our booking way ahead of times from 2 to 1 night and upgraded from 1-2 people we had to pay extra instead of getting a refund. My husband was in the hospital and so I had to cancel the first night. He was healthy enough to travel and I went with him to care for him. We had to leave for the airport at 6am so we didn’t eat breakfast but still had to pay extra for 2 people and 2 nights.

Very friendly staff. Check-in to the room was early in the morning, because I was tired after the trip and the staff was happy to help me. Internet works great in the lobby and in the room. There is always hot tea in the lobby.

Basic old fashioned hotel, good as a one day stopover

The parking lot advertised (100 lira/day, approx 3€) is a third party guarded (unclear until what time) across the street, which means your spot is not guaranteed and it would be a nightmare to find an alternative. Breakfast in the hotel next door, not sure if worth almost 9€.

Location is perfect. 10/10. 150m to the tram that get you to the airporr.Staff is super helpful and nice

refrigerator did not work at all so we can't store some bought foods. Very inconvenient!The bed is not stable, feeling like leaning toward the floor.For safety, the wc light button should be fixed because kids with wetty hands can touch it and get electricity shocked.sound isolation is quite bad.Overall, with a decent budget, I acknowledge these cons come with a price.

The staff was nice and gracious. It was good value for money and clean. The place has great potential with slight aesthetic improvements.

A couple of more facilities would be appreciable

the two good things about the hotel is the location , and the bed was comfortable , but our room smells very bad we told them and didn't change the room for us , there is a guy in the night shift who is very disrespectful , we told him that we only speak in english he know english but only speak in turkish and saying bad words!

The hotel was in a good location to walk to the main streets of Antalya. There was paid parking opposite the hotel. The bed was very comfortable

I would not feel to comfortable staying there alone.

The hotel is very good specially cooperated stuff. . Mr ALY VERY good try to help any time . Location is amazing near everything shopping food. Everything is very good , I will come again of course

Clean hotel,near center and local shops, many restaurants around, in front of Marka Mall, staff are very supportive and friendly. Ali was very supportive and he guided us on Antalya's activities and trips. we enjoyed our stay Thank you so much.

- Steps from down town.- Reasonable price.

Marka hotel destination is very good being in the old town, however:- Staff are not friendly don’t smile to guests - Cleaning of rooms is upon request of guest - No new towels everyday.- Breakfast is in another hotel in front of Marka hotel. Everyday same menu with no change.- People smoke in rooms and the smell is horrible and recognizable.- Bed sheets and covers are old and not clean- When we asked for an extra hour or two after check out time, the hotel team refused any flexibility.- This hotel is not recommended

It was in the centre of town.close to shops and markantalya the shopping centre. I will definitely go there again and thank you to Mr Ali and mr cihat they always been looking after us.we will see you again next year.thanks for everything.

Every thing was more than enough Comfy bedThe location is wonderful near from every thing you want just 2 mins from the Tram station Very good value for money

its situated in the main town and near the old town. transport access and access to shopping easy.staff was very good and pleasant and available all the time for help. they can speak english and able to communicate with them. good break fast. they were helpful to arrange trips and taxi

room was small for 4 people, but able to manage it. Didnt have hot water boiling facility at room so need to go down all the time to get hot water.
