Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious, there was a great variety of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Very arrogant staff, wasnt providing the sugar and tea sachets upon check-in which was missing on our room. Very reluctant to even give water bottles. Small and tight rooms.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was conveniently located in the city center. The rooms were spacious. The staff is friendly and efficient Also it is convenient that the hotel provides you with water and there is a decent coffee place connected with the hotel. I did not make any use of any of the other facilities such as the gym, pool or the spa.

My particular room and bathroom were a bit outdated. However the hotel seems to be in the process of refurbishment and this might soon be a thing of the past. I wish the hotel would have provided us with a more extensive vanity kit which would at least also included a decent selection of soaps.

Excellent location close to the old city sites and transportation hubs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you to Mr. Burhan for his exceptional assistance.

This is a great property at a great location. Close to Marina, Old Bazaar, Mark Antalya Mall, and all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are pretty outdated but I noticed they already started renovating the entire property; so I guess it's gonna be a brand new place pretty soon :-)Breakfast buffet was really unreal. Sooooooooo many items to choose from, they should call it a dinner buffet and not breakfast. Very delicious, enticing, and colorful. From eggs and omelets, to different kinds of salad items and breads, and fruits and vegetables. They have the whole nine yards... The staff are very friendly and helpful also:-Burhan, one of the front desk employees with great customer service, goes above and beyond when it comes to helping out hotel guests. He speaks English pretty well and he is willing to assist you in every way possible. Ask him about the best hammam, restaurant, shopping mall, entertainment, etc, and he gives you all the information needed. If necessary, he even uses his own cell phone to make a call to make the arrangement. Great employee with a great personality. I'm sure he's an asset to this property. I hope the management recognizes the efforts of this dedicated employee.-Shamim, another front desk employee, is a new and very young girl who speaks several languages and loves to help hotel guests. She said she recently graduated from the university, majoring in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Very talented and passionate, and that is pretty obvious. I wish her great success and I truly thank her for all her help. Every time that we needed something, she immediately took care of it and made sure our expectation was met. -Irmak, another front desk employee, very helpful and courteous. She's an easy person to talk to and with her ok English, she tries to be as helpful as possible. Very helpful and positive. I truly thank her.

-Internet: I had to enter all the information from scratch to get connected to the wifi every time I entered the property.-Communication prior to arrival:They rarely respond to emails and what's app. We emailed and called them sooooo many times prior to our arrival to tell them we would like to have a surprised birthday party for one of our friends, and they never responded. Booking.com called them and emailed them 7 times to add dinner to my our package, but they got no reply. Communication before the arrival was really a total disaster and it was really frustrating. I hope the General Manager does something about it. Phone calls, emails, and Whatsapp are extremely important these days and one person should be responsible for responding to people, especially prior to their arrival.

The hotels was clean and comfortable. Took the king suite because I was afraid that the standard would be too small, but I was wrong. The king suite is too big for a couple and the standard room is definitely bigger than an average hotel room. The breakfasts was amazing. Craving the omelette and flapjack options. A mix of both Western breakfasts, and some good Mediterranean options. The hotel was also well situated in the old town, so visiting Hadrians Gates and the mariner and all the sites was easy to walk to

Don't think I can think of anything that I didn't enjoy

breakfast was very good room was good but shower was not good half door push water to out off shower.i thought if in room have some electric plug for charging phone it will great.thank you for you kind and nice and friendly to us.

Very big room and clean. City centre with free parking. Easy to find it. Very good breakfast. Quiet room and many restaurants, market and shop near.

The hotel is old but has big rooms and a strong Wi-Fi signal.It’s in the heart of everything.Delicious breakfast.The staff was very friendly and tried to help all the time.I liked the area. But It’s not close to any beaches.

I didn’t like that there was no A/C. The hotel controls the room's main switch and the on/off switch.When I asked if I needed to use the A/C, they told me it was time and that there would be no A/C until summer.It’s now the end of April, and the temperature will be above 26 degrees with an intense sun someday.
