Nice swimming pool, very refreshing and long enough

My first visit to antalya and what to say the place is very good value for money location is centeral to everything the hotel owner were more than helpful and kind i would stay every time there.

The family were super friendly. I was in Antalya for dental surgery so this small hotel was perfect. Clean and adequate. I would definately stay again.

The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the room, the hotel, needs a complete makeover! It is tatty and outdated. The Wifi didn't work for most of my stay.

It’s a good value for the money. Mattresses were old and squishy, I could barely do Wi-Fi WhatsApp call, ok for browsing but not for calls or zoom videos. Breakfast was almost ok, again for this money it was fine. There is Thu marker right next on the parking lot. Wed market - 15 min walk from the hotel. Beach is 5 min walk - it’s nice and clean.

Nice hotel in the quiet location, family that run it are wonderful people, so approachable and helpful Breakfast was good with fresh cheese, vegetables and olives.

If anything could be improved it’s bed and bedding as sleep is so important when you’re away

Clean room

Staff don't speak English, I asked about water because I had an early departure, but staff couldn't do anything for me. Really noisy air conditioning, I couldn't sleep because I heard air conditioner from another room.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering beautiful views of either the sea or the city. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Antalya, as it’s close to the beach, local markets, and key attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel provided a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation after a long day.Overall, I highly recommend Kartal Hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. The combination of an excellent team, great location, and comfortable facilities made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff members were super nice and helpful.The location is central. It's near a gorgeous beach and restaurants.The hotel shuttle is cheaper than taxisThe staff recommend tours which were all good

The bathroom is old and need renovation;The wifi is extremely poor;The sheets and towels are worn and need to be change;No one clean your room or change your towels or replace soaps;To iron you have to take your clothes to the second floor to use a iron that stationary; and No one speaks proper English, hence it's hard communicating.

Breakfast was simple but fresh: fresh bread, jam, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea, cheese, honey, sausage, watermelon, olives, eggs

Good location, 6min from the beach, 2 min from store . Friendly staff.

There in no internet in the rooms, only at the reception. Not very clean and everything was really old and not in good condition, it’s really need renovations.

Very competitive price at the peak of season, quite good location, fresh tomatoes and watermelon for breakfast every day.

In my first room, the air conditioner didn't work properly while day temperature was about 40 degree. Next day I was offered another room with excellently working and quiet conditioner.

Watched EU24 peacefully in my room on brand new perfectly working TV

Lovely staff that do their best to accommodate you, nice location local to the beach and with very good parking.

Location is good, personals are nice, breakfast is ok.

The pillows were stone hard, toilet seat were broken, tv and air conditioner remote control stopped working, smells! If they improve little bit more for this price is ok

The location is great 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars. Quiet at night and very clean, comfortable, good air conditioning, good Wi-Fi and lovely friendly staff. I’ll be back for sure.

It’s a little dated but everything worked well so definitely not a complaint at the price you pay.

I loved everything in hotel and really good transfer from hotel (transportation), cause I didn’t know which terminal and the owners knew everything and were waiting for me. The price is better than to take Uber, really thank you)

The staff were so lovely and helpful.They changed my room to a much better one, and were very obliging with requests. Excellent proximity to beach, restaurants and supermarket,. Also a nice long walk to the Old Town along the beach. It was quiet and comfortable.Would definitely come back

The photos show a swimming pool, but there was no water.The photos show a lush breakfast with fruits and a lot of choice, but it was very basic and the same every day

Location and staff were great, and so was the size of the room.

Leaky toilet and no curtain / walls in the shower.

Location was excellent - short walk to beach, restaurants, cafes, chemist and supermarkets.Lovely garden to sit, watch the neighbourhood and local kittens.Food market in the square right outside on a Thursday.Staff are all very friendly and accomadating should you need anything.Good breakfast too, very filling. Plenty of tea and coffee. Served 08.00-10.00 which is great if you want a lie in.Excellent value for £.

Initially on entering the room it smelt unpleasant, looked as though not been cleaned or the bedding changed.Visible marks on sheet and duvets.On asking for the room to be cleaned and the bedding changed the room was excellent.Small balcony with chairs, fridge and tv - could benefit from having a kettle, however you can ask for hot water.
