Villa Italic

The location was great for us, outside of the historic center but close enough to walk to. The staff were exceptionally friendly, room was very clean.

What I liked: location (easy to get there and find), very nice staff, beautiful property with a lovely backyard orchard and shared outdoor kitchen, lovely atmosphere and balcony.

What I didn't like: the room is very tiny and it was a bit hard to get our things organized.

Location is very good. Close to Old City but accessible by car. I stayed in a studio with kitchen. Room is small but very functional and has a balcony. I had an exceptional situation: I went to meet my brothers family in Belek for 1 day, but I had to stay there longer due to family emergency, and they let me did so without charging me one more night. I really appreciate how helpful were staff and management.

Good location close to the center, nice design of the garden, very calm in the night

Unfortunately, we found various cockroaches in our room on the ground floor. As we made a check-in very late we haven’t noticed them straight away and in the night we were quite terrified by this surprise. I don’t know if this is common problem in the hotel but our experience was not the nicest.

Maybe add another smaller saucepan to the kitchen.

It has a cute inner yard and the room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. There’s also a parking lot for hotel customers! But the best of all was the kindness and attention of the host Ateş who answered all my questions, upgraded my room and offered me coffee and water.

No “real” blankets provided, just a cover for the bed so I got cold at night (traveling in October) Couldn’t find how to switch off Lights in the bathroom while still having electricity and light in the rest of the room. Relatively weak WiFi. Especially in the evening.

The facilities looked new, it was clean, there was free parking.

We arrived late at night and access was a bit difficult. Beware the room is very small - 2 people cannot be standing at the same time

We really loved this place. Will stay again for sure. Clean, greatly located, servicial staff, and excellent price. And we had a free parking lot.

Maybe some walls should be repainted as they do look a bit dirty.

Perfect central location, close to many attractions, tram and the staff were incredible and gave useful tips and insights of where to go which was helpful. The price is competitive and worth it. Thank you Villa

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent — very central and close to everything. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the furniture looked brand new. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay really enjoyable.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, conveniently located place in the cityOther than that, it was a great stay!

However, there were a couple of downsides. The housekeeping wasn’t done daily, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the pillows and mattress were not very comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and nice and the terrace was cozy, it was in the heart of the city center

taxis cant get infront of the hotel but, you can still find taxis nearby very closely

Clean, nice apartment, everything you need, staff super friendly, speaks English perfectly.

Perfect location with the most happening area nearby. Spic and span stay with all basic amenities for a budget stay.

Room sizes were a little smaller than expected. Also room cleaning wasn't done on any of the 3 days we stayed there.

Nice location, the apartment was basic but for the price it was good. Beds were good and they accommodate us well since we were traveling with a baby. They provided us with a high chair and crib. Kitchen was simple but enough and toilet was good except for the shower thermostat

The handles from the doors in the apartment (no single room) were really loud (some oil was necessary) and the thermostat of the shower was crazy. Either boiling hot or ice cold…
