It’s been a long time since I’ve seen reception staff who were not very friendly. It was okay overall, but it’s something you notice when you arrive. We stayed in a basement-level room with no window and poor ventilation, so it smelled a bit humid. I also noticed there are rooms right next to the reception, which might be noisy.Breakfast was decent, and the staff working there were friendly and pleasant.

It seems the hotel uses every possible space for rooms, which could lead to very different experiences depending on where you stay. Choose your room carefully when booking — the experience can vary a lot depending on the location of the room. We paid the same price at the hotel next door, and it was a 10/10 stay, so it’s definitely possible to find something very good for the same price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful,specially the manager şefika along with Arzu and Serdar. Even they helped us in sightseeing and transfers We did have small problem with AC and şefika managed it really well to not disturb our vacation Hotel was spacious and convenient to roam around since it was inside the old town. we could even see a street in the old town from our room.Location was excellent and close to exceptional restaurants Good breakfast to start the dayThe property itself was very stylish and beautifully decorated with plants and marvellous paintings. The twin bed room was quite small, but we didn’t spend any time in our room so it wasn’t an issue. There’s a small bistro table with two chairs outside our door..

I liked everything about this hotel pretty much. It's comfortable, good location and the price is not too bad. The breakfast was one of the best and with the most variety of almost any breakfast I've had in Turkey. I was kind of surprised that even during low season they would offer such variety.

Parking is a problem in the old cities in Turkey because the streets are so narrow and many hotels are in the busy areas on narrow streets. This hotel is not an exception. Some people have complained about the parking so let me give some advice here. Even though the street out front is extremely busy and you might be concerned about somebody hitting the car, it seems the way Turkish people prefer to do the parking thing is to have you stop on the narrow Street outside, turn on your warning lights so cars know you're stopping for a short time, go into the hotel and wait for 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come out to take your car to a parking lot which is about 300 m away. there's also a bus stop about 5 m away which I was hesitant to stop in because it's a bus stop but it's a very large space and a lot of people were stopping there and turning on their emergency blinkers for up to probably 20 minutes or so so that's probably another option.I made the mistake of going to a parking lot and paying 200 tl for 30 minutes of parking which I thought was outrageous. But I didn't wanna stop on the street because it was kind of narrow.

This place is really elegant with a full Mediterranean vibe, from lobby to room. This is not your normal bland hotel room, but a genuinely elegant experience. The breakfast was Turkish standard, I have no complaints there. But the location is what stands out here. It's steps away from all the tourist things you'll want to see. Literally out of the lobby door and you're in the historic district with unlimited shops, restaurants and sights to see.

I didn't like that the doors don't have any kind of "Do not disturb" and the cleaners are anxious to get in and do their stuff pretty early. Breakfast time can be hard to land if you've had a late night.

Staff were really helpful; location was good; hotel/pool were really pretty.

Had some problems with facilities, but staff sorted these out quickly; breakfast didn't have a lot of options; check-in was a faff as we were given a double bed when we'd specified twins, so had to move.

The position.

No hot water in lavatory, all stores and draperies broken, TV not working. Cupboard was too small, you couldn’t put the pants in. No place to hang the towels. Long discussions with reception to have a receipt, they refused to do it telling us that booking have to five a receipt.

Nothing, This hotel gives very bad rooms which are not on booking.

The room we got, does not exist on booking. it's a scam. the room is small, it's not possible to open a suitcase. the paint is falling from the ceiling. the fridge makes noise. there is a wifi hub on a cupboard. and only one power outlet. i can't rate this hotel well, because the customer is deceived.

Everything was perfect

The location was situated in Center, very busy but not noisy. Access for food, shoppings and close to the harbour. The swimming pool was clean, also the room and bathroom.

The room was much smaller as described, the bathroom was builded with windows so not much privacy.The breakfast was terrible, not enough selections and not even many table outside where to sit. Prices in euro and overpriced, not much options on food selections even for lunch or dinner.

Excellent location in the old city, but at the same time felt cocooned from the bustle outside. Compact, low rise establishment, maintained in very good order and with excellent personal service.

Nothing major. It would have been good to have a cabinet or shelf on both sides of the bed rather than just one, and the bedside reading lamps were more ornamental (illuminating the whole room) than functional.

Swimmingpool was good. You can take a water from refrigerator. Very beautiful and compact hotel. The personal cleans the room everyday.

The breakfast hasn’t many assortments and everyday is the same. Tv didn’t work. Juice isn’t refilled until you don’t ask the personal at the breakfast. It’s only one pair of keys to the room given to two persons.

This hotel had a central location, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The amenities were also good, adding to the comfort of our stay. We were able to walk to local shops, markets, restaurants and local sight-seeing places.

It’s location, in the heart of the old town

The images are nothing like the reality, I booked a room and they gave me a basement room and after a fight and charging extra 150€ they moved me in the room I book via booking. The breakfast is very limited. The room was immediately on the street so I could hear everything, the toilet had no ventilation.

Was a bit worried having read some bad reviews but the place seems to have been done up recently. It was clean, air-conditioned. The pool area was small but lovely and the staff very friendly and attentive. Location was also perfect, right by Hadrian’s gate but on a main road so easy for taxi drop off/pick up. Loads of great shops and restaurants nearby.

Some reviews have mentioned thin walls. This didn’t bother us when we were asleep but when we woke up we could hear some noise from next door. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Hotel also didn’t respond to any of our messages before our stay.
