Sorta Hotel

- great location in Konyaalti, close to the public bus, to the beach, restaurants, grocery shops, etc.- easy check in and out- all staff was incredibly friendly, forthcoming, hospitable, incl. cleaning and cooking staff ?- the apartment was spacious, well equipped, very clean- stable WiFi connection- the breakfast was so good, everyday all essentials for turkish breakfast with varying options on top, from warm, savory, to sweet and fruits, really 10/10- the yard / garden area is so comfortable and cute, the pool is rather small

Amazing all round. Breakfast was decent and tasty, staff polite and really friendly, clean newly refurbed place, clean pool and five mins from koyaalti beach.

I stayed at Sorta Apart Hotel during a week and was very pleased! The apartment was cozy and clean, it truly felt like home. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. A wonderful place for anyone who values peace and care during their stay.

We are a family of 4 and enjoyed our stay. The unit had a downstairs area with 2 beds, which was good for the children (ages 12 & 13). The stairs down were steep and uneven, but were not an issue for my children. The people working here were very helpful and friendly. The pool isn't big, but it was very nice to have. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed Hamlet's beach, which was quite near. The lights made for a nice atmosphere in the evening. We also enjoyed having access to tea and coffee in the kitchen off the pool.

Our room was close to the reception and was very bright; it would be good to have blackout curtains on the windows.

Service is excellent. All the receptionists were very helpful during our stay. Hospitality excellence. Reception is 24/7, which is best if your check-in is late and check-out very early. The unit we're in is VERY clean. They even have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and liquid soap that can last for a week for the entire family. There's AC in every room. The swimming pool is shallow, and it's best for kids when they're too tired to walk to the beach. KONYAALTI beach is just an 8 to 10 minutes walk. One thing my husband and I noticed is the calming scent that you smell as soon as you enter the Apartelle building. It smells soooo good that going home from a tiring walk and heat outside you will surely be calmed by the amazing smell that greets you upon entering. The yard is well kept. We highly recommend this property, especially for families with smaller kids. Thank you for making our stay and vacation an unforgettable one.

Nothing we didn't like. Just some small ideas or wish to add to your excellent customer service. * Change the dish sponge in the kitchen. (sanitary purposes)* Hand towels for the kitchen.* A chopping or cutting board for the kitchen will be an excellent addition.

Staff was excellent. They were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were perfect for a family, the grounds are clean, the location is close to the beach, parks, restaurants, public transportation, and a supermarket. Would definitely come back

Very friendly staff, the receptionist was always very helpful. Very easy to take a taxi, the location is ideal to the beach and very good shops.The receptionist helped us with any local questions we found supermarkets, barbers, beach etc was very close to the apartment, the best location.All the members of staff had very good energy and genuinely looked happy ? The apartment is just what you need for a small family (3 total) the kitchen facilities make your stay enjoyable.

Extremely lovely place! Nice, modern building, clean and roomy flat, close to the two shops. Lovely cafe space, lemon trees around, pretty swimming pool. Great location, good restaurant near it. We spent there 10 beautiful days. There is always the sun and the name of the sun is Sevim, absolutely adorable, warm, kindful and friendly person! I hope see you soon! Thank you for everything!

A lovely property within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Beautiful little pool area with complimentary tea and coffee. Room itself was spacious, bed comfortable (and I am pretty fussy!), washing machine, smart tv, and nice little bathroom with shower. Reception staff really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Buses can be caught the next street over which gives plenty of options to travel the Antalya region. Highly recommended.

Nothing really but some little niggles. We were on the ground floor and balcony was very small. Location is right next to a school so can get pretty noisy at certain times of the day, but don’t let that stop you booking this wonderful apart hotel.

Clean, comfortable, location, staff

This place is just perfect. The rooms are nice and clean, and if you wish they can be cleaned every day, we also received fresh towels daily. The rooms are spacious, perfect for families with more members. There is a very nice pool and a cafeteria outside. Balcony in room, perfect for smokers. The staff was so helpful and super friendly. If we come back to Antalya, we will definitely book the Sorta Hotel again! Thanks a lot ?

Stayed here for 2 weeks; the people were so nice; had a good room, with a washing machine and everything you could need for a longer stay.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and location was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. My son was so happy as they made him feel so welcomed.

The stairs were a little tricky for my active son but they had put non slip tape and he seemed to manage fine.

Internet did not work well during our whole stay. It would sometimes be really slow and sometimes not work at all, while sometimes working ok for short periods.

This is a clean area and rooms, pleasant and caring staff, a homely, family atmosphere. Very convenient and tasty in the buffet, access is open at any time.I returned here again with great pleasure!

Honestly I didn't like the breakfast too much. It was very scanty items. No eggs or Sausages ?. I dont call anything breakfast if it doesn't have eggs in it. There are no slippers in the room.

Description does not match reality. Very dangerous stairs. Breakfast included is only tea, coffee and bread. Internet Speed less than 1 MB. No one speaks English. Location is remote.

Everything was wonderful, friendly staff, great breakfast, walk to the beach, grocery stores and pharmacy.

Smokers. No designated smoking area for them.

I had a very enjoyable one week stay with my family at this apart hotel. The room we were staying was comfortable that made us feel like at home. Nice pool and convenient cafe area. Thankful for the staff- so friendly and helpful ?
