Location and breakfast were excellent.

The Pool was small and cloudy not clear.

Excellent location, nice staff

Uncomfortable mattress. Modern bathroom separated by bedroom by a glass wall. During the night, the light from the bathroom was disturbing partner in the bedroom.

CAN was very helpful and attentive to our needs during our stay, from recommending best tours , showing us best spots around the hotel helping with everything during our stay. Looking forward to see you again CAN

No buffet breakfast, serving at the table was taking quite some time with limited options

Loved our stay in the hotel.We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff.Loved the restaurant, had one dinner there, I still think about the Adana kebab ? Also enjoyed every breakfast, the service from the staff during breakfast was top notch!Room had pleasant size, was comfortable, and was cleaned every time we requested.We rented a car, parking on the street was easy.

Surprisingly Nothing ?

Pros:- staff: very friendly and welcoming staff both at the concierge as well as in the restaurant; we were provided with excellent tips and recommendation regarding local Turkish dishes and vines they serve in their restaurant down-stairs; an excellent team, very well trained & offering excellent services & guidance for their guests- room (#108): clean and comfortable room and double bed with a decent sized, modern and spotless bathroom; stable wi-fi signal (15-18 MBs) allowing us to watch online TV; 32" flat TV (not smart TV, though would be recommended these days for a 5 star boutique location)- location: situated in a tranquil street & away from the main road, the hotel is very close to the hustle & bustle of the beautiful & chick Lara neighborhood center, were you can opt from a large number of cafés, pubs & restaurant; to the hotel is easy to arrive from and depart to Antalya intl. airport as well as it is easy to reach the old city of Antalya by taxi if you want so; walking and biking areas are nearby, along the high sea front - the hotel is in a walking distance from the beautiful Lower Duden waterfall (a must see especially during the evening) one reason why we have chosen this boutique hotel;- restaurant: tranquil atmosphere & excellent services including a good variety of local dishes incl. options to choose from, a good variety of Turkish vines; do not miss their Turkish specialties!- communication: we could communicate very well with the hotel staff as well as with the hotel via Booking messenger

Cons:- no beach nearby or access to the beach (not in scope of our vacation anyway but probably good to know for others)- air con could not be turned on cold during our stay therefore we had to stay with the window open during the night; since the area is quiet we enjoyed the fresh sea air and slept well though- since the hotel is not having its own parking space we were lucky to find a parking place just in front of the hotel; parking spaces are scarce however in the area so mind this in case you plan to arrive by car

This hotel is very nice and comfortable to stay. It’s affordable and like a 5 star hotel with its accommodating staff, nice amenities, amazing food. I really like the room it’s clean and comfortable. And the best part also is the area, it’s near overlooking ocean with a nice view with many restaurants around and not too crowded. Highly recommended and will surely be back

Fine hotel, comfortable, good location. Nothing that amazed us, but nothing that disappointed us either. Good price.

The only thing I would say, is that people were smoking indoors at the bar at night, but the bar is basically the lobby so you have to walk through the smokers when coming back into the hotel.

A great little hotel with a modern decor, lovely friendly atmosphere, The staff were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for you, The hotel was spotlessly clean with a beautiful restaurant and bar, my stay was in January so the pool wasn't open but the outside space although small was very nice, I'm booking again later this year.

The only thing that the hotel didn't offer was a laundry service but this was something that is going to be put in place I believe, The hotel has only been open for 3 month's so I'm sure its something that will be put in place.
