Only the location was perfect

It is not cleanThe room is smallThe breakfast is so bad And the breakfast area was in the lobby with open area and this makes the smell of the food spreads everywhere in the hotelAnd there was no warm water in the shower!!! We were taking a bath in a cold water and even my baby becomes sick of that !!

Breakfast was boring. Everything always cold.

No International TV except for 1 news channel !!

Some parts of the room were a little bit unclean but they cleaned it well after asking.

It’s a hidden gem in the center of Antalya. When you walk in you’ll be greeted by their wonderful receptionist, Nazli, who speaks excellent English. She’s such a charming person and always available to help. The hotel looks new and was very clean. It’s only 10 minutes by foot to Mark Antalya Mall. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Definitely a hotel highly recommendable!

The worn out towels with stain need to be disposed off

Rooms didn’t match to photos, dirty, unchanged sheets upon arrival, poorly maintained, towels worn, electricity doesn’t work at one room and a window was broken and open

Staff was very nice.I really like their hospitality.Amir and Aladin were very helpful.Hotel was very neat and clean.breakfast was very good.Bedrooms were very comfortable and washroom was clean aswell.Overall my experience was excellent with this hotel.It was very close to the market,restaurants and shopping centres.

Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the staff , the surroundings, the breakfast and the facilities were amazing and had allot of help in every way. And it was near the city centre so everything was easily accessible.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Nothing that I didn’t like

Good position, very good helpful receptionist, clean & comfortable. About 10 minutes walk to glass lift down to harbour.

For the price we paid it was better than expected. Staffs very helpful, clean, hotel location was good

Breakfast no variety. Internet signal inside room was very weak. Hotel didn't have good connections with tours and discount prices. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable

Staff were excellent, many spoke in English felt like a family hotel, near MarkAntyla Mall, close to the Old City and good transport links including central from most places, including supermarkets and food places, breakfast was fine, could do with a slightly better selection, but was still adequate for us, would stay again.

WiFi could be better in rooms.

Dirty and hair everywhere .. especially in the bed with “fresh sheets on it” as they were dusty, . Had no toilet paper and shower barely working. The view didn’t impress. And seeing this I didn’t wanted to try the food also. They don’t seem to care about improvements . Also I’ve been sitting in the lobby to talk to the phone and apparently I was bothering them even if I talked to someone but not loud at all, barely could hear me. Needs improvements.

The lady at the front desk was the only good thing. She helped us with us room issue.

The room that we were allocated was dirty and lot of damage. They literally showed us smaller room which was a down grade. The other option was a 3 bed option were the closet seat was damaged. The last one that we opted for was missing the hand shower. The breakfast was not worth it at all. Stayed at multiple hotel during our trip to Turkey and all of the hotels had the best breakfasts. Never suggesting this hotel to anyone.
