Ezel Group Hotel

Fit all our needs for a short stay.Good location halfway between the bus station and beach with neighboring restaurants and shops.Cozy rooms with balconies. Working internet. Hot water. All day access to coffee/tea. Basic Turkish breakfast.We had an evening departure and were able to store our bags after checkout.

When we checked in the coffee machine was out of milk but that had been restocked by breakfast. Otherwise no complaints.

The hotel was good They gave me a very good spacious room with a terrace and balcony. Stuffs was nice. Everything was good

The toilet was a little backdated but it's manageable. Not gonna complain

This property offers excellent value for money it's budget-friendly without compromising on comfort. Located in one of the best area, it provides easy access to key attractions and transportation. If you're looking for a stay that's affordable, convenient, and in a prime location, this is the perfect choice. But no elevator if you have big travel bags ask them which floor is your room

The staff on duty in the evening were not helpful. After checking out, I left my bags at the property and later returned to collect them. I asked if I could use the downstairs washroom, but was told there wasn’t one available. However, I had stayed the night before and I’m certain there is a washroom downstairs. The staff member was rude and refused to let us use it, insisting there was no washroom. It was quite humiliating and disappointing, especially after staying at the property.

The guy at the reception was friendly

The whole place smelled from cigarettes, the room wasn't clean apart from the sheets and towels, needs some renovations as everything was rusty. The breakfast is not buffet, quite poor.

Some parts of apartments need renovation, but for chill and sleep for this money it’s great

Good location, comfy bed, had hot water.

They didn’t accept card or payment through booking. Didn’t accept euros or dollars either, I had to go search for an ATM in the middle of the night to withdraw the exact amount of liras in cash to pay for my stay. Annoying.

The best thing is the location which is close to everything and the buses and metro are like 10 minute's walk, the wifi is good also and in general its a clean place.

Well first of all it's a cheap place to stay so that must be considered.The worst thing is not having an elevator and you end up having to carry your 30 kg something bags to the third floor, that's a deal breaker for me.The bathroom is really tiny and kinda smelly.other than that it's what is expected from a place like this with this price tag.

A balcony

The hotel is old and seems was last repaired 10 years ago.I stayed 3 nights. Room service was not performed.AC sockets are located very high from the ground.I could hear neighbours from neighbouring houses and room neighbours of the hotel. Last night I did not sleep because of the party at the neighbour's house.One morning water disappeared.There was an electric cattle, the only socket to connect it was near the ceiling.My room looked like a house for ghosts.There was a big and old fridge with its yellow plastics dirty, but working.I could write a book about my 3 nights stay ?

The location is near the city center, 10 minutes max by car. The breakfast is good with different choices. The refrigerator and free parking is available

The pictures are not updated because you can tell that they were taken some year ago because the building and rooms needs renovation. No elevator available. The bathroom was not very clean.

The staff is great and the breakfast is filling. The bed was so comfortable!!

The shower was kind of weird but easily dismissed because the rest was really nice.

Coffee machine! Normal coffee, at last. Price, breakfast, everything was good.

Short beds, not for tall people. But as one of the cheapest options it's ok. Poor sound insulation.

Good location, close to Otogar, tramvay and in general Kultur district is very convenient district to stay in

I really try to find something positive to write but I can't find anything. Probably only the car parking in front of the hotel.

Very dirty room with very old and full of holes linen. Dirty carpets full of large stains. Old dirty and marked furniture and room doors. Bathroom and room entrance doors produced a loud grinding noise (everyone in the room waked up each time someone had to open/close a door). There is absolutely no sound seal in the rooms. You could even hear the low voice conversations from next door rooms (not to mention our "luck" of waken up at 7am by a couple next room having loud sex and the bed hitting the wall constantly). There was no hot water (electric hot water boiler was not working). The receptionist could not speak a word in English, so we had to use google translate just to communicate the basics. We had 1 night reservation and when I inform about the absence of hot water the response was that there is nothing he can do and we should wait for a technician to come next day to check it (while he knew that next morning we are checking out). Breakfast was very poor, just some bread, a couple of small package jam and machine hot coffee and tea. Not even milk....

The only good thing about the property was the location was accessible to public transport to the beach, city and airport.

The staff do not speak English. Had to use google translator for communication. The hotel was not clean at all. We were first not given the room that we have choosen from the website. We had to go and ask for another room and they asked us to wait for another half an hour and offered another room which was a bit better than the first one. No plug points near the bedside. The breakfast was a gross. Untidy dining area, not enough milk for coffee, also the coffee machine stops the halfway. Had to pay extra money for water bottles unlike other hotels we stayed.

We appreciated the quiet workspaces and fast Wi-Fi in the business center

The hotel offered excellent facilities for events, with modern technology and a great ambiance

The location, it was around 20 mins far from the airport, the staff were friendly

There’s no lift, and the building and furniture are old, the carpets were stained

The location was excellent, 10 minutes bus ride to city center, 10 minutes bus ride to konyaalti beach, and the lady at the reception was so nice with us.

The breakfast was of low variety considering the price, the room facilities was a bit old and need to be changed or maintained, but overall it was an ok stay for a low budget trip.
