Gurtas Hotel

Breakfast is not good. Also, if we request to boil eggs of our choice or scrambled egg of out choice they ask extra money

At the time of booking they show a room in picture with one double bed and 1 single bed. So i booked it without letting know how many person we are. We are 3 together. They charged me extra for 1 person. I didn’t like it. It was confusing at the time of booking

Hotel was clean and rooms where brilliant however there was no iron an asked for a iron they said they dont provide one which was a downer i would recommend they should look into having a iron for each room also one of the hotel receptionist that doesnt speak english his rude an arrogant attitude stinks looks like he doesnt even wana be there the one who does speak english he was amazing made the stay worth it also breakfast needs option wasnt much for breakfast location is amazing near to all tourist attraction

Excepting location, the place is looked after rather sleepily. When we entered at 9.30 am the lights had not been switched on in the reception lobby. I had to ask for light so I could get my luggage in. The rooms are clean to sleep in but that's about it. The shower area looks clean. I didn't probe because I was in a rush. The breakfast for us as vegetarians was a let down. No warm dishes for us. Even the bread was cold. The photos were misleading. They do not even have an ironbox to spare.

Everything, location is exceptional, 5 min to Markantalya mall and tram station and only 1 station to kaleici and hardian gates, also Otogar is accessible by tram, so it is s a good hub to visit many cities by bus and come back.Room was large size & very comfortable.Breakfast buffet was very yummy including lots of varieties, Turkish eggs "menimin" was extremely delicious ,in addition to yummy cakes and other types of continental breakfast.Staff were the best part, very positive, helpful and always smiling at the reception & the restaurant, they are very honest as well, i forgot some important stuff in the room, they contacted me and will keep.it for me till I can collect it later, this is so nice from them, and for sure will come back in my next vacation.Great value of money

breakfast could be improved kettle/microwave in the room could be added.only one towel was available in the room, not enough for all three guests.bathrooms were poorly renovated.

The location was so bad, it was really scary to go back to the hotel alone. The stay really ruined Antalya experience for us. We tried the breakfast only the last day and my friend got sick because of it. An awful experience and doesn’t match anything illustrated on booking.com

Superb location near Șarampol tram stop, vibrant atmosphere in the area. Room was large, clean and bed exceptionally comfy. Great shower and fresh clean towels. Breakfast was absolutely as good as you can get. Delicious and fresh with a great choice. The staff were very helpful and kind. Will stay again when I'm Antalya

The hotel was dirty lift had dog poo in it the room was smelly ? could smell smoke bed sheets towels wasnt clean fridge wasnt clean half the stuff the description had wasnt there it was a total disappointment the air con didnt work my toddler wasnt feeling well the hotel made her more sick it was so bad because we reached late we had no choice to stay one night and check out the following day

Staff is extremely helpful. All local amenities on front of the hotel. Superstore to medical store to laundry to food.Plenty of options in the breakfast. Hotel has everything what you expect on 3 star hotel. The only draw back is front of hotel is on main high street so taxis cannot drop or pick up from the front door. You have to walk a little. Rafting is must experience to do.. while in antalya.

Everything. Staff was not friendly at all. Bathroom was so dirty when I checked in. There was urine droplets everywhere. I showed them the bathroom they said that this was standard for them. I insisted for the room to be cleaned and they refused and they said it cannot be done before tomorrow. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself for me to use it. Mattresses were not comfy. Pillows were not comfy as well and they were only 3 pillows for me and my wife. Duvets were not placed on the bed. Maybe they are placed in some black bags in the closet. However, we couldn't get to them as bags were not sanitized and dirty.

Best 3 star hotel. Few minutes from the Central Antalya which is good that everything in the surrounding is cheaper than central. Food shops , mall everything within walking distance. Staff is very cooperative. Plenty of items in the breakfast.

Property in it self , Location : located in between two Tram Stations surrounded by markets , restaurants & services .

To be honest everything were perfect . Only one thing that “ Elevator is too small “ & its looks worried.. But it seems that the hotel’s management is taking care of everything.

Nice location, reasonably priced. Rooms and en-suite bathrooms recently renovated and comfy. Room air conditioning good. Breakfast was buffet style and was reasonable (not exceptional not bad), and most of the items were constant and repetitive. Lots of cheese options for those who fancy. Over all good value for money.

Hotel currently is being painted on few floors and the stairs are not well maintained.

breakfast was absolutely trash-rotten carrot cake-brought to notice of staff-who was least interested in our feedback,first day soup was offered-next day it just vanished
