- First night there was a large disturbance near my room .i was too scared to leave my room . Obviously a big fight between locals in one of the rooms . Doors being smashed and glass smashed as well . I phoned reception and told them to get someone over to sort it out. No call back from reception to keep me informed . I could see out of my window that police had arrived. Unable to get any sleep that night. And not even a call the next day to apologise for the disturbance . Also disappointed that the room had no balcony as advertised and other things as well such as the safe not working and being put in the hotel over the road meant no room service . And finally i asked if they could extend the check out time for a couple of hours but said they only could do a booking for an extra day !
