ESSE JOVEN

Amazing all perfect expect for the location the price is good

The location is alittle bit far u need 10 mins walking to get to the center and after 8 its not a very active area unless U r in the center

Great location , nice rooms and variety breakfast

TV only turkish channels , bath need maintenance

The good thing is the breakfast staff, their preparation of breakfast and table service as well as the cooling of the rooms is good.

Providing very little drinking water, so you have to buy large quantities of water due to the humidity and heat, as the information clerk at the evening shift will inform you that if he provides water, everyone will ask for it and this will tire him. However, towels and blankets may be required. Regular room cleaning is not available so you have to use the rooms with care and cleanliness. The management should reconsider a lot of details.

Very good hotel near to the airport and the location was great near to everything. Great stuff .

Breakfast was delicious, but it needed to add a little more kind of food .

The little old guy who works at front the front disk and the Young girl were super super nice. Spacious room/ super clean/ perfect location.

Spacious and clean roomWalking distance to tram station Helpful staff

A bit quiet to walk back on the street at late night

Amazing location and good staff

No amenities, lousy washrooms and cleanliness

The hotel is in a good location, almost in front of the old bazar and around the market but just a little distance from the beach. I love traditional style breakfast, which was included in the price. The room was OK you could see the tram from the window which was going towards the airport. I just give this feedback due to the lady who is serving breakfast daily, Thanks for your lovely breakfast.

All the cleaning staff were absolutely cooperative, but management need to tell them to clean the rooms at least after 2 days. When you check in, just try to check that everything should be normal and working. AC wasn't working properly, also with the light.

Great service, large rooms & comfortable beds

More facilities needed

Spacious room. Great beeakfast. Wi-fi worked perfectly. They had everything I needed. Friendly staff as well.

Pillows.

Great hotel, large space, friendly stuff and nice breakfast!

First of all I would like to say everything about the hotel was AMAZING. Very good customer service, Very nice rooms, Nice and clean hotel overall. The location is the best thing about this hotel. Very lively area, close to the mall, the old town, marina bay and lots of shops nearby. Special mention to Ramazan and Tolga who were really lovely staff too. Overall, I do highly recommend this hotel especially for the price.

Everything was amazing

Super location near everything, spacey room, delicious breakfast with good varieties , helpful stuff and owner special thanks to Palin for her hospitality, cleverness and kindness, she gave us lots of tips to enjoy our trip.

Rooms should be cleaned more frequent.

Location, very clean, good value for money The staff was nice

The breakfast was very limited and the restaurant can be better and bigger

Was vt close to the centre and the fun ateas

Very poorly staff. No daily cleaning of the rooms.

I really liked this hotel I don’t know why there is bad reviews I was quite nervous to stay there at first but it exceeded all my expectations everything was soo good the staff is so friendly and helpful also the hotel is in city centre so it really easy to get to places I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good, next to the tram to the airport, in the center.

The staff doesn't solve any problems. We were left without breakfast because we had an early departure.Manager didn't even bother to come up with a solution. At first they downgraded our room category because our room was simply not ready. And this is only an hour after the check-in starts. Then we were moved again, the room was poorly cleaned, and there was a strong smell of sewage. The carpets in the hall are as dirty as in a train station. I don’t recommend this hotel for stay.

The location is perfect It's in the middle of the busy city

Room light , breakfast and the restaurant can be better

Location

The workers weren't clear about the price at all. They gave me a specific price, and then when I wanted to check out, they tried to get more money from me! However, the place was really hot! It wasn't unbelievable.

Location was good

Dirty rooms only cleaned once in 3 days, the breakfast wasn’t good at all. This is a 3 star not 5 star hotel for sure
