Clean, affordable if booked in advance, clean towels every day, towels for the pool - in the reception, good breakfast.

Slow internet, very high prices for the bar, but there is a store just across the street (migros) and we bought everything from there.

One of the best experiences staying in a hotel. We met a friendly host that was really caring and helped us with every little thing, always with a smile and a special attention. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, close to the beach, breakfast is amazing and has more “international” options. Everything was smooth and we felt we were home. Breakfast room has a video in the TV with beautiful birds and a calming song ?

The only thing bothered us was that everyone was smoking in the open areas, and as non smokers we feel really bad with the smell, but that’s not the hotel’s fault as it’s something cultural in Turkey. Hotel is a bit far from city center but that wasn’t a problem for us. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great and it had a good amount of options as well. The food was fresh and tastefully prepapred. The hotel staff - Oguz,Arda, Ulos, Bilac, Huseyin all were very helpful and polite. They were available whenever we needed them.

We got the basement rooms, though the rooms were great and there was nothing wrong with them but would have preferred the ones upstairs.

Location was really good for local shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice swimming pool for a nice dip when it gets very hot.

The room was slightly smaller than expected for a couple, nowhere to put two medium size suitcases. Breakfast turnover for food could be a bit better had to wait a few times for food to be replaced and it wasn't during the busy times for breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent with good selection of food and seasonal fresh fruit.

Property wasn’t sound proof and occasionally we heard other people’s voices especially at night which was quite disturbing.

Hotel is modern, and the cleaning team work hard around the hotel keeping it clean. I thought the breakfast was good, plenty of choices (but don’t expect a full English/Scottish breakfast).

Responding to issues, the tv in the room was not tuned into any channels, I tried to do this rectify this myself, but when I could not get any channels I raised this to reception, told they would get someone to have a look, I did this on all 4 days I was at the hotel, and nothing was done, I was told a cable needed to be fitted, but still nothing, so overall not great.

The pool facilities were very nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Overall very Clean rooms and common areas. Very friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Parking in front of hotel. Did not give proper hotel blanket at first. Even when we asked, they said they don't have it. Only when we saw them give a neighbour, we demanded we also need one and received it. Very tiny small rooms. But tough if you have many bags to manage.

The staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly the cleanliness was of a 5 star rating would definitely recommend this hotel .

As a couple the room was a bit small bur the staff and cleanliness was amazing.

We had a very good stay for 6 nights in this Hotel. The room was very super clean. Size was good for a couple, with modern facilities.Breakfast had a lot of variety, typical Turkish breakfast, plus some European options. It was good. Staff was friendly, you could see a supervisor at the desk plus 2 trainees.We had a pleasant stay

Things to improve I must say: • people could buy drinks at the reception fridges and then go to the pool or to the front size of the hotel with no hour restrictions. This meant a lot of noise for the rooms, which unfortunately happened to us. I tried to call the reception twice during my stay, and luckily the noise came down. But it was a typical English behavior where they drink and make noite talking loudly until the morning.

Was in a really nice location, lots of food places around and the staff were exceptional, especially Sinan at reception and Billy, really lovely and pleasant experience

Very clean, friendly staff and cheap and cheerful! Additionally, very clean place close to the town centre (old town) Kaleçi!! Overall 10/10 price and experience! Will come again if I come Muratpaşa. I think that the breakfast can be improved a little bit but grateful always!

This hotel is a gem in the city. Clean and modern interior. Amazing spacious rooms. Very friendly and responsible housekeeping staff. The hotels cleanliness was top notch.The rooms were lovely and thanks to Miss Ezgi, who upgraded our rooms. She also gave her personal number to contact if we needed any thing.The breakfast spread was amazing with hot and cold options and kitchen ladies were very friendly.The reception staff were very welcoming and efficient with answering any of our queries. We could also communicate through whatsapp, which was ideal whilst out and about.A special thanks to the lovely man on front desk(sorry forgot his name), who gave us a ride to the nearby shopping mall because of bad weather.All staff members were ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.The location is close to lots of cafe's and restaurants and very accessible by foot to many locations.Overall a big thank you as we had a lovely stay and would love to visit again, but maybe in summer!

Nice holiday vibe, relaxing, clean and modern interior. I think they just renovated, everything looks new and polished. Service was top notch, very friendly and responsible staff. Surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful and felt safe throughout the entire stay. Location is convenient, lots of cafe and restaurant within 10minutes walk. Thank you and appreciate all the help received throughout the stay. Will definitely recommend this place.
