Breakfast was great, so was dinner

Tried sauna, but couldn't get it to turn on...... did not ask staff for assistance...Shower curtain too short, lots of water on floor after every shower

Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and I would not recommend it. Money waste

The food was extremely disappointing. It was about 99% vegetarian, with almost no protein options at all. Overall, it looked stale and tasted bad, giving the impression that it was not fresh.The room was another major letdown. It felt uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and unattractive. The interior did not match the photos shown on Booking in any way, which was misleading.Noise was a serious issue. You can hear everything: neighbors, traffic, plumbing, and sewage sounds. There is no proper ventilation in the room, which makes the situation even worse. The biggest drawback is that the windows face a very busy intersection of two highways, so it is loud day and night.

Great value for money. Proximity to beach, restaurants and shops. Very pleasant and professional staff. Very good buffet style breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast was incredible! The staff was friendly and helpful and could speak excellent English. The location was perfect for swimming/a beach day. The beds were really comfortable.

The shower is really small with nowhere to put down anything in the shower/ next to the sink. The cupboards were stained and chipped.

Just mediocre, very outdated hotel, walkable to the beach. AC is sufficient

The bathroom is small and has smell sometimes. The water pressure is not very good, and the hot water was a problem the half time while we stayed there. The breakfast is a lot variety but a lot are Turkish style, only 20% is enjoyable, not everyday provide egg omelet, tried twice dinner there, the same issue most are Turkish small dish, but it’s cheap 7.50 euro, it’s good to eat in there when don’t want go outside, big problem about the meals is the flies!!! It’s really concerning issue!

Erom & Adam both receptionist manager was simply amazing. They were both fantastic people and supported us throughout the stay. Adam helped us to book taxi and Erom even packed breakfast for us @5.00AM. Location of the hotel is just 3 minutes walk and cleaning of the hotel was amazing. I would recommend anyone for this hotel and comeback again.

The hotel is fine. Despite the big boulevard, it is quiet in the room. Beds are good. Some days there is life music at their restaurant. Breakfast is big and lot of choice. Area is interesting and 7 minute's walk from the sea.Personnel (reception) are friendly and helpful.Worth to come back.Good price/quality.

The bath room is rather small.

Nice hotel. Our pet liked it here. Good location, close to the sea and bus stops. There are several other cats live nearby, one of them came to us for breakfast :) I hope that the hotel staff will not harm him and feed him with food.

The bathroom toilet commode felt like it would break or come out any second. It was not sturdy at all, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom also didn't have any heating. We booked for 3 nights but we had to leave after the first night as facilities weren't suitable for our family. Room was mediocre at best.

There breakfast was really nice.Musical program was very nice ,specially the singers.Staff was very efficient, Give very good service.

I like most the staff .They’re very professional,respectful and helpful especially the front desk :Mr.BANNA and Mr.EGE and all the restaurant guys especially ADAMThe food is very good too,mostly local and traditional cousins I can’t thank Mr.Banna enough ,he was angel,he speaks 3 languages fluentlyI extended my stay another week Thank you all and see you next year

The fuys in reception were very helpfull, the rooms were clean, good airco systeem, i loved the sauna, and talking about the food; a decent buffet.For this prices it was a lot more then what i expected!

Good value for money, but only in case price is below the market. The hotel has a tendency to declare huge discounts, but it is only marketing. This hotel is the most affordable hotel in the area. Breakfast is also good value for money. Good selection for breakfast, Chef if doing the best at this price of breakfast.

Some points I would like to highlight: rooms are narrow, there is live music every second day, disturbing until 2300. Bath looks ok at first sight, but in fact, it is uncomfortable. I am not very tall, but the shower was just pointing my back, I had to hold a shower head to make a hair wash. Ventilation cover is killing: I was able to hear, to see and to smell my neighbours. It is an uncomfortable issue... Linens are dirty, towels are worn out.Another issue is aggressive staff lacking knowledge of foreign language they have declared on booking.com One guy was speaking broken russian language, pretending he is speaking English, despite my requests to stop speakng unknown language. We had huge misunderstanding due to lost in translation: I wanted to show the room to a relative who residue in Antalya in order to offer this hotel to his friends, but local staff misundertstod that he is going to stay with me in the room, so they blocked room. I had to call the manager to explain my intentions.Management of hotel has to take huge corrective action, and I am more than eager to extend my review with them in order to improve guests' satisfaction.P S.I don't like broken stuff in my room. In 6 days, no.one had take any action..

Good value for money, the hotel was just few minutes walk from the beach, shops and bars. Free WiFi, good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Staff were the highlight of the hotel, super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

wonderful staff, right there to help you. Very polite and considering manner. Close to a very clean and beautiful beach, with crystal clear water. Onsite restaurant with bar. Breakfast and dinner included.. Live programme, local get togethers... Well a very live place.

I hate two single bed when book for double room.They could provide at least one nice chair to room furniture. How do they expect people sit and remain in mattress for 4 days.
