Location, comfort, staff friendliness

The cleaning, there’s no iron, no laundry service.

It was an amazing location, less than 10 minutes from the beach! The staff did all they could to help us. The breakfast was so delicious. The park is right in front. There's shopping across the street. There's a taxi company close by.one street over there's bars. It's quiet. I felt very safe.

The electricity in my room went out, they couldn't fix it and moved us rooms. The new room's hot water did not work in the sink, but the shower did. The new room also felt like a smaller bed. The staff did bring us a fruit platter in apologies for the inconvenience. But the neighboring room had children that cried until 3.

This is a great hotel.The hotel is at a 3 minutes walk from the beach sea front, close to restaurants small shops and even a Starbucks. The hotel is clean and cozy and the rooms look great.The stuff was welcoming and helpful.

The only downside I would say is the breakfast, there are not many options and the most annoying thing is that you need to ask the bartender for any drinks you might want(and there is no menu that lists all the drink options). It would be great to have at least a coffee machine and a water dispenser the guests can use, without having to ask for each and every drink.

Property is well maintained, the area is nice and quiet and close to the beach.

Beds were too hard for my taste and pillows too small and also too hard. Unfortunately after two nights I could feel it in my back :(

I was surprised that there was only cold water in the sink.

-- perfect location in Konyaalti, easy walking distance to promenade/beach and main road for buses-- best part of hotel was the lounge area at reception - quiet, airy, nice couches and bright....perfect for reading!-- staff was really nice, helpful

-- small, claustrophobic "Deluxe"(?) room with poor lighting-- hard, uncomfortable bed, tough on my back!-- breakfast was OK, no fresh fruit-- awful tasting coffee (definitely not Illy brand!)

Hotel is absolutely great! Clean, well-maintained and cozy. Nice location, good materials designed: everything is very nice.

Stayed here in August 2024. Staff was wery kind and responsive. Speak Turkish, English and Russian who is older. Always ready to help. New rooms. Breakfast was great. 3-5 minutes from the beach one way, and going other way you will find bus station to city center. Good value for money.

Breakfast was Turkish ,only took scambled egg ,when it was there ,The staff were rely nice and very helpful The location was great close to beach and main road ,where we could walk to the resturants .

The rooms were rather small

The cleanliness and staff were second to none. Location was great for both access to the city facilities and the beach area.

The food was hit and miss. The breakfast offering was limited to local cuisine, but you are in Turkey! A better european selection would suit the facility better, maybe even just the addition of a toatser would help. The quality of the food ordered directly from the bar changed somewhat depending on which chef was present, 30% of my food ordered was great and of good quality.

The Hotel is located in a square, with a lovely park and exercise equipment, so it’s ideal for families or someone that likes to exercise in the morning. On Sunday there is a big market that is less than a minute away.

We couldn’t work the AC, but staff helped restore. The windows must be closed for AC to work.

hotels rooms were really nice. new hotel rooms felt luxury this is similar to premier inns in uk. good and highly standard decorated. air cons are great and cooled room instantly.

breakfast could do with more variety.juices limited to 1 per person glass.we were really angry with the room cleaning service we would expect beds and room to be done every day, but to be told that they do it one day and not the next day but following day. This was a big set back for us a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. wait for the water bottles to be reloaded 2 days later when we check out lol. i think hotel itself was really nice, manager that checked us in was really helpfull and great, everyone after i think was lacking training possibly due to hotel being new, and bigger expectations from guest.

Perfect location close to promenade, very clean rooms, new furniture and super comfortable beds. The best price with breakfast. Excellent service and reception, we arrived late at night without proplems
