I didn't like it at all!

Old hotel under noisy renovation (8am–evening) not disclosed. Hair on bedding. No outside food/water allowed. Poor breakfast. Wi-Fi didn’t work — I paid $50+ mobile data.pool works 10a.m.-6p.m. Only pro: nice view. Think twice.

Maybe location was the only positive vibe we have experienced in this MOTEL! I have no clue how this place consider 4 star hotel. It doesn¿t even give you accommodation as much as a MOTEL does.

Room wasn¿t clean, they have old school key like a century ago to open your room. No WIFI in room, just in lobby! Lobby had no air conditioner. They had some but they didn¿t turn it on. Breakfast was another joke! Just one option and even that ONE wasn

I didn¿t like anything about this hotel. The staff were very rude. And also they did not let me go to my room for like 10 hours.

The cleanliness of the room was really bad. There was no towels in my breakfast was always empty. There was no food in the Buffay. The manager was extremely rude.

The view is amazing, the location near the old city and alot of shops and the breakfasts was very good. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend it for sure!

24 Stunden Checkin

Absolut No-Go! I paod 100€ for just one night for this?!? Cockroaches everywhere, very poor breakfast which isnt restocked, everything filthy. Unprofessional and unfriendly reception staff who pretend to not understand you if you have complaints and does not let you speak to any manager. Instead they just throw you out and threaten to call police! Before the trip I was granted to check out 1 hour later, I also told this to 2 receptionists who where okay with it. But on checkout day an angry GUEST knocked heavy on my door demanding that I will check out immediately before my time was up, he wanted to beat me up and requested that I pay for his whole trip. Then he started to break in, I was fearing for my life. You can see the picture of the broken door. It came out the staff told him his room number and let him inside the hotel before I could leave my room. The staff then pretended to not understand what the problem is and refused letting me speak to any manager. It is a no-go what happened there and I felt extremely anxious. Before that I had the chance to try the breakfast but could not find any food, only leftovers and some cockroaches. Never again!

Nothing - all facilities were closed. Food was basic. The bedroom decor was below average. Staff were not helpful. The AC wasn't working and the staff didn't try to help. Not enough towels in the bedroom. Slept in a hot stuffy room and had to keep the balcony door open to get fresh air

Great value, nice rooms, staff was very helpful

wifi was very important to our stay and was the only disapointment.

The location of the hotel and there is parking

I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Customer service is very bad , worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

Hello Dear all, I Have suggestion about your hotel, Really about location so good and view rooms fantastic, But about Breakfast so so bad and no Design and no Delicious, Because 5 day i am stay to your hotel at 9:00 am with family i came dawn for breakfast, Half breakfast finished don't complete again this point not good for your hotel, Because I worked 5 star Hotel at Sheraton,,, i am sorry thanks for everything.

I like nice design for Breakfast and nice breakfast and Delicious Breakfast, and Mast your staff so Friendly and Good servicer.and no sauna and no bokhar and no Gym.

Looks nice, location was good and market at the lobby was helpful. Loved the pool area also! Good price for a vacation. Also the Cender taxi service was useful.

Breakfast could have more options and basics for picky eaters, elevators need air conditioning!

Great location and room view.Taxi stand nearby as well as the old-style tram.The room was clean and comfortable enough.

Looks like these are the last days of this hotel before renovation. The staff is lazy, breakfasts are poor - as noted in other review.

What I liked was the location and fair price.

They put 3 beda in a room which is designed for 2 bed, so one bed was exactly under the bedside lamp and so many times the light hit my head. Food was awful compare with different hotels, no variety in food. A man who was manager of restaurant had bad behavior. Spa, pool, all facilities were closed during our vacation in January.

The room was too small for the price. Toilet was not clean, no toilet rolls provided for 3 days even though asked the reception staff for rolls. Food was not good. Beds were not comfortable at all. Poor lighting in the room.

WiFi connection is poor.breakfast choices are very limited with no traditional Turkish tea or international choices basic breakfast only.lifts are very temperamental and only two lifts available.pool is 2 meters deep and operates from 10am to 7pm, gym is out of use.beds are hard to sleep on.avoid provided shower gels and soaps gives you dry skin.no usb charge points.no remote for AC.a kettle is provided with no coffee or teabags.no iron is provided.overall customer services is poor and extremely difficult to explain concerns.

Frown receptionists. There is one smilers. The others were not cooperative and even not answering the salute.

The room was big and spacious and has the city and sea view which was amazing. the breakfast was not that good. It didn't has a lot of choices. The hotel location was excellent. there are many shops and restaurants near by.

The AC wasn't working well. It was hot and when I called they sent the electrician, He insisted that there is nothing wrong with the AC. The room was hot all the time. Other than that The hotel was amazing.
