Nashira City Resort Hotel

Location, but too noisy(near the one of main roads).

Hi,I booked a hotel with breakfast and dinner included. On the first day, we had a proper dinner with several choices, but on the second and third days, only one fixed dish was offered—no coffee or even tea. When my family, including our 4-year-old grandson, arrived, we found the meals very disappointing. We had actually chosen the “lunch included” version mainly because of our grandson, but after the first lunch we decided to cancel and eat outside, as it was quite unpleasant, especially for a child, with no choice at all. Why do they sell a “dinner included” option if they can’t provide proper meals, just because there are few guests? The children’s swimming pool was unusable — it was dirty and had no water in it. Location was fit for purpose, Also close to Kordon area, hotel was clean and well presented.

One small sheet provided for a double bed, staff very reluctant to give proper bedding, every drink or order of food had to be paid for, there and then. Had the feeling the hotel was better suited for business trips.

Clean, good breakfast, pool, good access to the city center via bus - bus stop is nearby, grocery store 700m.

Beach is not very close, it takes approx. 20 minutes to go there.

The breakfast, location and the hotel was overall beautiful and a nice and easy stay for my family, they had a variety of foods and drinks to try.Swimming pool was spotless and cleaner ladies are the most helpful staff I’ve ever met, really sweet and understanding especially if you have a baby under 1 years old They added a cot for my little boy which was great!

I booked for a room with a view and when we got a room we got the back side which was tennis courts and a stadium. We really booked for the sea view area and got told they will give us a new room but got messed around the whole stay at the end we gave up The receptionist really doesn’t know what he or she is doing as they attitude was so unwelcoming.

This is not a resort hotel. It is a decent business stay over hotel.

Buffet is limited and same every day

Overall, our time at Nashira was amazing. The staff provided an exceptional service. The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool, making it perfect for a family holiday. Also, the food was very good, particularly during breakfast, where there was a wide variety of choices.

Nothing - everything was spot on!

No much to like about this hotel, surely not a 4 star as described I would say 2 star at most in the dark ,very very dirty hygiene concerning really , not well maintained Apart fron the restaurant manager he looked half decent and was at least trying the rest of the staff very unprofessional ,After booking through booking.com as we were a bit on the rush, than checked the reviews for this hotel they were spot on very very bad reviews absolutely right

Avoid Avoid Avoid ,that how I would describe it , Hygiene it's a maximum concernStarting from reception not helpful at all ,only want to get rid of you ,can not get a smile from them I even on a sunny day, Do not speak much English either or any other languages really .Only give you one key card .Politely asked for an other one as two of us ,answered No one room one keyRestaurant very dirty Went there for dinner as we were there half board , than the day after for breakfast chips on the floor around the same area were a kid and his mum were sitting next to us the night before ,Disgusting ,they did not even cleaned from the night before, dirty table clothes and cutlery, we were concerned about hygiene in this hotelCleaning staff shouting to each other in the corridor at 8 am ,had to get up and tell them to leave as we were still sleepingCleaned the room only once in 5 days not well eitherFood very very poor , can not even boil an egg really, struggling to find something worth eating especially for dinner.Only 1 evening the food was half decent. Breakfast about the same very poor and repetitive and been there for daysSwimming pool does not even have a shower and don't seem to ever be cleaned during our stay we never even got in for that reason , went to the beach in stead. Music always loud in the bar area next to the swimming pool plus the noise from the road , can not get a bit of rest even with earplugs on, seriously all day longMaintenance horrendous and this is is not even too much to say . Every time we had a shower, water is shutting out of shower tray and glass, had to put a towel to hold it in otherwise the whole bathroom will be flooded, was happening in the room next door as well as we looked in on the way out as door opened while they were trying to sort it out absolutely flooded even worst than our room .Hotel it self very dated not well maintained ,Outside and reception looks good but inside it's Not the same insideStay away

breakfast was pretty good, the restaurant manager yakub was very nice and friendly. the rooms were clean and staff was very nice.

the main problem was the location, the sea is half an hour away from the hotel, there are barely any activities near the hotel and there‘s a road right in front of the hotel which non-stop disturbed us with the sounds of traffic. the gym is also very small and there‘s no spa. the elevators also seem very old.

Nice comfortable room, excellent breakfast with a variety to choose from, amazing pool and vibe. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Be there next time, taxi transport quick and safe. Love the place and will recommend to other traveller's. KULSUM was very helpful.

The location is near Konyalti beach & breakfast was great. 2 days with various foods. Staffs were helpful. Also the hotel & room was clean enough.

On booking.com it mentioned Double or Twin Rooms with a View including - Sea view, garden view, Pool view, Mountain view, and City view. But the view was only city view & we can see the pool & mountain from the balcony. NO SEA

Appalling stay tried to cancel our booking but it would cost more than our day if we was to cancel.

Came in from a 4 hour flight and the staff were very rude and screw faced. Not welcoming to uk residents. The young lad at the desk was very unprofessional. They had dirty rooms ashes all over the floor. The shower handle was broke and had a crack in it so you can’t have a shower. The service was appalling. If you are from the uk I Highly recommend you not book with this resort as they are not welcoming to uk tourists. This has also happened to another family from the uk that were also staying at the resort while we was here. Very disgusted by the way we was treated.

The hotel itself is okay, but the staff is not okay. The reception told us that we can check in at 12PM, but when we arrive, they just keep saying that in 30 minutes everything will be clean and we could go to our rooms, fast forward goes 4 hours and we finally can get to our rooms.

The staff and especially the cleaning staff were really nice. Good location, a lot of space at the pool - so no problem at finding sunbeds and towels always available.Taxis always available right outside of the hotel

1. The floor in the room made my white socks and the slippers dirty. 2. The shower head was not intact (it looked damaged) so half the water was coming from a hole and the rest from the shower head.3. Fitness/gym room really bad.

Nothing was good enough

Already paid 130 per day and the Receptionist charged me 30£ a day for a 8 year old to stay, normally hotels allow for the child to stay for free, even tho I did not request any extra beds but 30£ a day is way too much, over priced , they don’t turn on the AC even in breakfast room, breakfast room is super boiling

Just the swimming pool,The hotel is ridiculous in every aspect, from staff to breakfast or even dinner. Please do not waste your hard earned money on this hotel.

There was no staff around, or if you did find them, they were very rude or very slow and lazy, and at times, they would run around like hear less chickens.

They think I don’t like is the hotel didn’t have hamam & massage.

I have stayed little over three weeks at Nashira hotel. It’s a decent hotel but you don’t get what you pay for! Let me start from cleanliness which is the main important part for most people. When we first got the room it looked clean overall but if you get into details not much. Some cleaning ladies are cleaner than the others. One of the cleaning ladies I saw her smoking in the room while cleaning.. Most workers at the hotel don’t speak/understand English! No facilities at the hotel except their spacious pool. Hotel got a good location if you have a car which we did but if not definitely you need a taxi to get to the old town and the beach. Breakfast was exactly the same for three weeks! It is an OK hotel for a short stay but not for a long ones. Hope you find this helpful!
