The location was great, near the beach and the restaurants in the very calm area no disco no music no nightclubs

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had access also to the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same company. Therefore, we had a choice of pool and used both. However the dining room and fitness center were better at the Permamis. The breakfast was wonderful – a mix of expected continental fare and Turkish food. And the hot dishes were always different.

I did not know that our apartment was not actually in the hotel but two blocks away. Also the room was not described correctly in booking.com. It was described as two bedrooms. Given that I was there for a week with my three teenage boys, I chose this hotel for that reason. I wanted to have a living room space that was not taken over with fold out beds. But that is what we had. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with two fold out sofas. The free public section of Lara beach is small. Most of the beach is taken up by unoccupied overpriced private lounges. The sea itself is a sad reflection of the state of our world. Full of plastic debris that the tides bring in.

My friends’ stay at Peramis Hotel was excellent. I had rented several rooms for my witnesses and close friends who traveled from abroad for my wedding party, which took place at a nearby hotel. I am writing their impressions here since they were the ones staying in these rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. What stood out most was the reception service. Aras was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. When one of my guests came quite earlier than checkin time, he came with a solution and provided comfort for my guest. He truly went above and beyond, making check-in and check-out smooth and providing very helpful information about the area. Thanks to him, my guests felt very welcome throughout their stay. I can highly recommend this hotel, especially the excellent service provided by Aras.

Our receptionist Aras was incredibly helpful and patient, making us feel warmly welcome from the moment we arrived. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and a polite attitude, which truly enhanced our stay. Upon check out we missed flight and when we came back for another night, he helped us to the room and was very empathetic about missed flight, he was truly supportive like a friend would. We really appreciate such heartwarming words. We plan to visit this hotel again to see him again. The building is easy to locate, and convenience is unbeatable: groceries and a tekel shop are just a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, with soft, puffy beds and pillows that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary water provided in the room. Swimming pool is big. Breakfast options are plenty. Overall, a wonderful experience!

we enjoyed staying at Peramis Hotel. The location is convenient, only 20 min from the airport, about 4min by taxi to Land of Legends, and Old Town. It is just 5min walk to their private beach.The breakfast was amazing, every morning they served fresh and tasty menu.The staff were so kind and helpful. A special thanks to Mr.Batihan who made our stay our stay easier.

The hotel has very good location close to the beach & wonderful breakfast. The receptionist, Mr. Aras, went above and beyond to make our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. Warm, welcoming, and highly professional, he handled everything with efficiency and genuine friendliness. His excellent communication made check-in and check-out completely effortless. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel both like a valued guest and a friend, but he truly achieved that. Thanks to Mr. Aras, our first impression was outstanding and set the tone for the entire stay. For his exceptional service and hospitality, he absolutely deserves a perfect 10/10. Overall, a comfortable stay with warm hospitality and great value.

We loved this hotel. It totally exceeded my expectations. Excellent: - Breakfast- Facilities (breakfast room, entrance, pool area, gym, etc). The gym is outstanding!- Cleanliness and ammenities (it has everything you need!)- Staff (very friendly and helpful)- Check in and check out flexible times. This helped us a lot!In summary, we loved the whole experience, and I look forward to visiting it in the future.

There is only one reason this hotel does not get a 10 secore from me:During the four nights we stayed at the accommodation, there were many noisy guests at night. Some of them would slam the doors, be very loud, and it even sounded as it they started a fight a couple times.

The place was clean, the staff clean everyday if u want them to. There is a button to say if u want the room to be cleaned or to not be disturbed. Breakfast was great and varied each day. And the staff were AMAZING. When we got there, we didn’t have enough cash for the taxi and the receptionist paid for us. Lovely guy. We were also upgraded to king suite as there were no available standard rooms. Also u can order food to reception and collect it.

Though we were upgraded to king suite, we were told we would have to move the next day, and then told that we could stay after packing our things up. Seemed a bit disorganised. Apart from that 10/10

The room and facilities are clean. Staff are lovely and attentive. No issues about checking in/out. They went extra miles for my birthday.

It could have been a little bit bigger but that’s ok. It’s not really a negative comment.

Location is good, everything was available nearby. Free beverages available in the lobby.

Breakfast was same everyday. There is no bathrobe.

The facilities the staff the value

The only negative is the location. $40 aus taxi fair to terracity shopping for example so taxi fares start to add up. Don’t forget to ask for your amore beach club voucher If the hotel started offering a shuttle bus service to main areas you would be able to get a room because the hotel is amazing value for money

Staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Sauna and Hamam are amazing! Water, juice and tea are free. The best breakfast (open buffet) I had in Turkey so far.

The floor in the hall at the entrance of sauna and hamam should be cleaned more often maybe.
