The Ninova

Great location in the old town. Nice old world, arty style building with peaceful garden courtyard. Parking.

It closed for refurbishment after my stay so rooms might be completely different in future, but two things I’d request in the update are: spare power points near the bed; and a kettle and cups.

Quaint hotel in renovated period building in the Old Town. Friendly staff. Secure parking. Great location. Spacious room.

Breakfast ok but not a huge selection. Duvet was much narrower than the bed!

Charming old style house in old town with nice yard space and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast. Triple room was small, no chair but clean. Bathroom was clean. Good AC.

Staying at The Ninova in the heart of Antalya’s Old Town (Kaleiçi) was nothing short of magical.I’ve visited Antalya many times before — stayed in different areas, from the beachside resorts to modern neighborhoods — but nothing compares to the experience of living right in the soul of the city. The atmosphere is thoughtfully curated down to the finest details — every corner feels intentional, warm, and welcoming. The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfasts? Delicious. Fresh, local, and beautifully served in a peaceful courtyard that made each morning feel special.More than just a place to sleep, The Ninova gave me a new perspective on Antalya — the rhythm of the Old Town, the scent of the sea in the morning, the sound of life echoing in narrow streets lined with history. It made me feel the city, not just see it.This stay reminded me why I fell in love with travel in the first place.Highly, deeply, and wholeheartedly recommended.

Room cleaning & dressing up and hot water availability needs more attention

The location with parking is why I booked this place, right in the heart of old town. Your car is allowed inside old town only if your hotel has a parking. Great garden with fruit trees, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Also, it is on a quiet street. Some streets in the old town can get loud with nightclubs. Moreover, the property has a touch with the history that you see in furnishing, walls and the decor all over the place.

Atmospheric hotel in the old town, in a quiet side street. Large beautiful garden, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Nice garden and central location.

We had a room in the upper corner of the building, maybe that's why the wifi mostly didn't work. Also, hot water took ages to arrive, so most our showers were rather cold. The breakfast, off season at least, is a prepared plate. We stated that we were vegetarian and would rather have more cheese instead of ham, but he bluntly said no and turned away. Room service brings new towels but doesn't actually seem to clean anything. Also, despite being located in a quiet side street, you can clearly hear the music from nearby pubs and orher guests in adjacent rooms at night. Still okay value for money overall though.

The location was excellent, and the staff was helpful. The place was clean.

The bed was really hard, it was ok for my husband as he is heavier than me, but I had to stack myself on top of the pillows (55 kg) .The breakfast was horrible, a premade plate with the lowest of cheese and bread. No hot water, or it came after a long time. There was stuffed a sofa in the room, even though there was no room for it and it meant that you had absolutely no space.

This hotel is very tired and needs a lot of work. We had no hot water and a shower that was basically a dribble. The staff seemed very disinterested and at times even rude. At one stage I struggled to unlock the door to our room - an older lock and key. After trying for 5 mins I went down to reception to ask them to assist and was greeted with a deep sigh as the staff member gruffly marched upstairs, unlocked with some jiggling, then handed me the key and marched off again.Breakfast was very minimal and just generally not great. There are also signs about not bringing in any outside food or drink which also meant no coffee making facilities in your room and hence we had to wait for breakfast for a coffee.All in all very unimpressed and would not stay here again or recommend it.

The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. Location is great, its bit difficult to find but hotel staff guide us. Free parking space is available.Breakfast does not have much choice but overall is good. Value for money.Staff help us alot during our stay and guide us for many attractions.Kudos to hotel staff and team.

Pretty quiet place in the center of the old city. Not many rooms. Good staff.

Breakfast was poor and sometimes without some products. Last few days they didn't give us toilet paper and shampoo. Laundry has high price 350tl and they say about it only in the end

Everything was perfect. We arrived at deep night, but there was a receptionist or owner waiting for us. Hotel itself is located in the heart of Antaliya, close to the main sites. Air conditioner worked properly, the room itself was spacious and have a great interior. Breakfast was served well. Inspite we were there just 1 day I have a feeling that next time we can stay with them for a couple days.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to change or add.

In the middle of the old town. Really comfortable, could walk easily around town, down to the beach. Reception recommended the best Hamam ever! caught a local bus to the Duden Falls - awesome.
