Delight Deluxe Hotel

LocationRoom

Reception check in was difficult 3 locations 1 reception

Lovely breakfast. The decor was nice in the room. We got an upgrade with additional space for the kids with lots of privacy and comfort. A couple of Masjids / Mescits nearby. Lively environment in the cobble streets of the old town Martin was great and a very helpful host. And very flexible with checking and out times.Lots of places to see and do nearby in the old town

Distance to restaurant for breakfast

The location is perfect.

The noise coming from the near by restaurant was terrible and I was unable to sleep. Also, The AC in the room was noisy they changed my room for this reason but the new room AC was very bad as the room still hot all the night.

Location and Customer service was great. Although in description while booking it stated private bathroom with triple budget room, the toilet was outside (external), which I can still get by. However bathroom was not private as I couldn't lock it with a key, so couldn't leave my stuff. Therfore wasn't happy with the private bathroom description, this was raised and the staff was amazing and upgraded us with a room with a private bathroom. Really happy customers.

Loud music which was given as its right next to restaurants and bars. Would be nice to maybe have some noise cancelling windows and blinds.

decent staff, Clean and near from Marina

Great locational - couldn’t ask for better. Pretty room.

Balcony view a little dull. Funny smell in bathroom. Parking difficult but doable thanks to staff help

Spacious room, large bathroom, aircon. Tea making facilities, comfortable mattress.

Awesome cost and benefit, excellent location in Old Town, close to restaurants, cafes and beach. The apartment is comfortable and has a really nice space, good for longer stays. Laundry services has a good price and it's fast.

The internet in our room was not so good as we are expecting, we couldn't work and have video calls, we had to use a 4G sim card, but this is a problem in Antalya that happens also in other places. If they get a better internet in the rooms, would be perfect.

We arrived late evening Ann’s reception told us we have to walk another hotel ,there is big confuse about this This hotel don’t have reception at evening

Aircon didn’t work ,there was no blanket only tiny summer one ,,carpet was looking old and not clean Very poor inside not like on photo ,our room was totally different from photo We had bad sleep because air from aircon was hot on temperature 18,sound from the street you also can’t sleep from that Windows closed but sound feels like it’s open I didn’t like hotel at all Breakfast was super poor

Location: the hotel is very located, literally in the heart of the old town, 5min distance walking to the beach/Marina. Breakfast: very good breakfast, not monotonous everyday something different and it s served at table. You can also order extra stuff from the menu and the prices are very cheap! Stuff: people working there are very friendly and helpful and the most important thing they are cheerful.Room: room was big, even though we took only the economic one, it has a refrigerator, an AC and needed appliances + a balcony on the garden.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the receptionist who gave us a warm welcome. The location of the hotel is very convenient; a 3-minute walk from Mermerli beach and surrounded by the lively old town with its restaurants and cafés.The room was very spacious and quiet. We slept well. The towels get changed and the room gets cleaned daily.Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!

Good clean place. Just what you need for the price

Spa wasnt working

Location and staff who were very courteous and helpful.

We were never told that the property has three different houses/ properties, where we were placed, was like an outhouse sort room and did not have proper breakfast, we had to walk 300-350 meter every morning to a restaurant where buffet was arranged. The room where okay but bathroom was quite cramped. All i expect from the owner is to be very clear while offering such a room.

Thanks to M. Baran, Mrs Nermin and lovely Mrs Nisa. They are very helpful people, M. Baran is very arranging. We enjoy the delicious breakfast prepared. It was like at home and I will return to this hotel located very close to tramway and bus station Ismetpasa in Kaleiçi . Also not far from Hadrian Gate. We recommend them ?❤️

The hotel has a very nice location, we enjoyed a lot to walk around the place. It has a new view platform and park nearby. The staff was super friendly, especially Baran! Very welcoming and helpful. The price for the location was really good. The room was a decent size, everything what we needed was there. The balcony has a small clothing rack which was perfect for drying swimsuits and towels! Since it's part of the other delight deluxe hotel, we were able to use their pool which was surprising! We would recommend staying there!

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the location exceptional.

I like the service very much. The stuff is very friendly and speak english.

I booked the economy room and i did not know that the bathroom was outside the room and was small. Still it was a good staying in the hotel.

Thank you very much for high professional service from Mr. Baran, service manager. He hlep and sold all issues, which we met during our accomodation. Good job! Thanks again!

Small technical detail which the hotel can add to bathrooms - to add an active ventilation: too much humidity there. Maybe to add watermelon to a breakfast menu.

The staff is awesomeThe room is awesome(got upgraded)Location is perfect in between the city center and the seaReally enjoyed our stay there

Nothing to complain with

location, cleanses, friendly
