Rooms are not soundproof. Room next door banging to tell us to shut up. Couldn’t talk then next day he came and knock the door to ask not to talk because he could sleep. Bathroom sink water does not go and blocked sink. Door does not open properly. Duet small

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Everyone was extremely accommodating. The housekeeping staff was kind and competent.

The room was a bit small but it is okay.

This hotel is located near to the old town and Rome port , nice building and very good breakfast food, the receptionist is so nice and hospitality, told us many tour information. the lobby lounge boy help us luggage’s taking to room.

Good location, everything is within walking distance. Great breakfast, excellent massage and very nice staff, special thanks to Emre :) he is very helpful and always smiling. Cute garden to hang out.

Very small room

The hotel is close to the old center. We received an upgraded room at no cost. There is a small inner garden which is very pleasant. Good breakfast and genuinely kind staff, both at the reception and at customer service. Special mention should be made about Emre, who helped us in all our needs. We definitely would recommend this hotel.

We only spent two days at Mai Inci but we felt very relaxed and looked after during our short stay. Volkan and Eray on reception were incredibly friendly, they helped us with restaurant recommendations and a transfer to the airport. We even had our room upgraded so we couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this stylish hotel, it’s unbelievable value for money, location is excellent and staff are very professional and kind so you won’t regret it. We’d definitely stay again!

Emre and Fenerbahche are the best. The whole in the hotel is very friendly and funny. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Car parking solution with Fenerbachchr is perfect. Breakfast is extraordinary. ?

Very good hotel, perfect location and extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good and the servers went above and beyond.

Insufficient bedding.

Breakfast was amazing and room so clean. There was a garden middle of hotel you can spend time with free coffea, tea, drinking water. The staff so helpfull and welcome smileface.

The property is in a very convenient position to walk around Antalya, the old town and the sea side. The staff and management was amazing. We had a change of flight and they allow us to check in before the usual time and they take care of all the details all time long. Free Sauna and Turkish Hammam open 11 pm was another amazing added value. Value for money is a lot more value than money! Thanks to all the staff.

The hotel is nice, efficient, clean, good spread for breakfast. Location is very good too, walking distance to local market, restaurants and attractions. The only downside was the room - we booked a room with a balcony; there was no balcony, just a french window and we were told, thats a french balcony! Shower stall was uncomfortably small, 2.5 by 2.5 feet at best.Rest, pretty good, efficient.

No balcony in room, especially when we were charged for a balcony room. Very small shower stall in bathroom.

Staff was super friendly! Location is very convenient! Breakfast is very tasty and wide! We will come back in future here.

The staff were incredibly kind. Sabrina and Ezel especially. I had a big room with a nice roomy shower. The location is pretty perfect. Konyaalti beach was about a 40 min walk. The old town was 2 min away. You could speed up your journey to the beach by taking the tram, but in my experience it just comes way too infrequently and is too busy. I enjoyed the walks.

No gym unfortunately but I found a gym not far from the hotel that cost 200 lira for the day. So I just went there. The walls of every hotel in Turkiye are thin it seems, so I would not hold it against them. A great stay with very kind and hospitable people.

Poor

The room has no windows. The stuff gave only one key for the room. It was cold in the room and no fresh air.

Nice & clean hotel w elevator. Quiet room. Close to Old Port & Kaleici. Very helpful & super responsive staff. Breakfast crews Emre & Sabrina we're very professional and made us feel like valued customers. Keep up the great job !

Long story short- Highly recommend and without a doubt we will return again on our next trip to Antalya. A stunning boutique hotel, in an amazing location close to the marina and the city center. The staff was amazing and made sure to give us a family feeling. Ibrahim is ten out of ten! Constantly making sure to give the most perfect hospitality experience you could ask for. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Tea and coffee are served at all hours of the day. We received an answer to every question quickly and accurately.Already planning the next vacation

The rooms are on the smaller side… but there is a closet and it is completely possible to manage with the size of the room. The size of the room is a marginal detail in relation to the overall accommodation
