Good pillow

Breakfast starts at 8:00 which is late if you want the day early.We have booked for two adults and two kids. Even though they have charged us for kids they gave us 3 beds and no extra beds.

Location, food, staff

The really helpful and friendly people. Gianna's warm smile, kindness and patience with our baby which was often making noise when We ate our breakfast. Gianna and Lena, Mehmet at the reception were outstanding people. Thanks a lot. Also hotel was clean.

The bin in the room was broken and the pants of our baby were smelling. Also the fridge didn't work well, it didnt make the food really cold. But they offer, from their heart, to store our food at the fridge of the hotel's kitchen.

Staff were great, ordered me food etc room liked exactly like the photos on website do was pleasant enough.

Great value for money! We travelled from Newcastle this place was perfect for us Staff extremely polite and very welcoming! I really don’t know why they is bad reviews this place is amazing for what you pay! Staff are always friendly always making sure we was ok couldn’t have done enough for us if we’re honest! This place was very clean the room was a great size..had everything you needed..me and my family felt comfortable staying here we was with a baby also we really loved this place they was always a man I think was the manager and a woman they always had smiles on the face always helped us and always asked if we was ok every time we left and came back to this hotel..cleaners were always smiling also! The come round to clean everyday always make sure clean towels and toilet roll everyday..you really can’t grumble for what you get here for the price it was worth every penny! we are planning on coming back the end of the year and would we use this place again most certainly YES! Thankyou for making our stay nice and comfortable.

The welcoming staff, starting with the owner to the reception manager, to the dining room staff, everyone was very welcoming. The owner spoke excellently in English which was a plus. As our main aim was to use the hotel room as a rest point and luggage storage, it ticked both the boxes. The rest of the Hotel was well equipped, clean, well maintained and had cozy, family friendly vibes which was a plus. The breakfast was prepared fresh and had ample options with fresh fruits and fresh coffee as well. Nothing to complain really, a very nice option, budget friendly and is near the city center with walking distance to the main Antalya markets.

It was really nice! So nothing to not like really. Perhaps, more breakfast options for guests staying longer periods, and basic English for staff members - as it helps in rudimentary tasks and communication.

A lovely hotel which is extremely welcoming.The staff was excellent ,made us feel at home.The hotel has a unique atmosphere .We stayed a short time,but we will definitely come and stay again for a longer time.Room was clean, breakfast good .

The information on the website and the reality were different.On the spot, they made me pay extra after I had already received confirmation from the hotel of my request.

The breakfast was good. Seemed fresh. We liked the outside seating area next to orange and lemon trees. Fairly quiet location. Good working lift. The German speaking receptionist was the only friendly helpful one there.

Description of beach access is incorrect. It is further than we expected. Too far from beach as described.The pick up at the airport was somehow done by the manager and not Nurettin as agreed and stated on Booking.com nor the photo as shown. No display board with name shown at the airport. This led to a lot of confusion and wasted time. The room was not cleaned. It was dirty. I am suspicious of the room size as it seems smaller than advertised for this price. I don't believe that this room is 204sq.ft. It is one bedroom and a bathroom.The centre was walkable though.

Nothing to dislikes

Everything especially the receptionist lady lina and the owner Mr Abdul himselfTop class serviceTop class cleaningTop class location.They went extra mile to comfort us in all aspects. The night we arrived we were offered free water bottles, coffee, tea and also lina microwaved our food. The next day they arranged the milk especially for us to make us Pakistani tea. Our breakfast was delivered to the room. They organised an airport taxi also our takeaway breakfast was ready in the morning as we had to leave for an early morning flight. Everything was perfect. Nothing to b honest.

The apartment was beautiful, big, modern and very, very clean.... the hotel staff are wonderfull people, helped us a lot with everything what we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend it!!!
