Ramona Lara Hotel

The receptionist in the mornings was very helpful and spoke good English.

No water in their pool even though it's advertised as a fully working pool, I wasn't allowed a kettle in my room to be able to make a brew, no douvets on our beds until the second day of asking, shower had a mind of its own.

Very hospitable staff, always smiling and very friendly. Clean rooms and hallways. Secure premises - left the baby stroller in the lobby and it was not an issue. Clean swimming pool. Decent sized room. Nice playpark next to hotel for kids to enjoy.

Location is good but it is still a 15 mins walk to Lara beach - the way back is all uphill. Breakfast was very basic and not very well stocked towards the end.. Could've been better.

I liked it because most places were easy accessible and close to the hotel

I didn't like the breakfast as there was not much variety was supposed to be a buffet but it didn't really have much to choose from and the hotel had no access to lifts which is not good as you have to take the luggage up the stairs and some people find it hard to climb the stairs

Very dirty WC. The towels are not clean. The balcony is not locked.

Not far from Lara beach and not too far from airport

On arrival my room was being cleaned. Bins ware full and bunches of hairs on floor and under pillow. Cigarette buds on the balcony and other trash in the room. I have told strait away tue reception and been told that someone will come and clean my room in the morning. 4 days past my stay has finished and still nobody came to clean my room. I have told the reception that I am going to post the pictures from my room on here and he said that is my right and he can’t do anything about it.

Price was too good to be real for a 4 star hotel

Dirty bathroom, old furniture, fridge didn't work and some waste left inside

The booking and check-in process was quick and easy. The location is good. I looked for a place to stay for several hours at night, just to get some sleep and take a shower. I booked this room with almost 50% discount just an hour before arriving. In case of any other conditions, it's better to look for something else.

The conditioner in the room doesn't work in cooling mode. Only moving air around the room. The room itself wasn't clean. The best things in breakfast are boiled eggs and tea.

In one room Exhaust fan was not working. I complained but no action was taken. In second room there was no remote control for AC. The complain was acknowledged but not resolved.

The hotel is from the price/quality category. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. Friendly reception and hotel staff.

Shower and one lady hotel guest who was discussing other hotel guests in turkish language. It's disrespectful.

Bad

They gave another room, by mistake, I have chosen 1 adult and 1 children, although I have chosen triple room, when I arrived they gave me another room, very small one, they said that is the one for 1 adult and child, after half hour argument, they made me paid extra 30€ so as I can stay in triple room. It was a terrible experience and not professional.

-Good for short and budget stay only,, we were arriving Antalya in mednight and it was a good choice.-Staff are perfect and gentle.-Good location near airport .

-Room is small and has no sound barrier as you can here your neighborhood ^_^ but with that price, it is ok .

Very poor

We had to wait 30 minutes to check-in because the evening staff did not know how to operate the bancomat machine (and yet kept on telling us that the issue was with our credit cards). The room smelled like sewage and the airco kept on beeping to the point we had to ask to change room. Even in the "new" room, however, we immediately realized that the bathroom was not clean, that the furniture was quite literally falling apart, and that my pillow had stains and even a hair on it (yuck). Breakfast looked (and smelled) like it had been cooked a few days before. The price of the hotel is obviously low, but that should not justify poor hygiene and overall disgraceful conditions. To avoid.

Everything is good

Inside the hotel it was really clean, the staff is very friendly & we had a nice balcony. The bathroom wasn’t the best looking but it didn’t bother us too much. Breakfast was more or less good(French fries, eggs, cereals, butter, jam etc).

We wouldn’t book again because there were too many dogs around. The neighbourhood felt really unsafe, there were no restaurants and the street full of dogs, even on the beach we saw around 4! It is kinda impossible to walk around at night or stay on the beach, even during day felt dangerous for us. You should take into account that this hotel is not well located. It was a really good stay considering the price, but the dogs and the lack of restaurants is really uncomfortable, wouldn’t come again. Also, the taxis to this location are quite expensive. In Turkey there are no Uber drivers, there are just taxis and if they notice you are a tourist the price increases significantly.
