Leaf Port Hotel

Worst hotel I¿ve stayed at. Imagine checking out three days early, knowing you won¿t get any refund. That¿s how bad this hotel was. Just do yourself a favor and avoid it.

The rooms were so small, dirty, and my feet were hanging from the bed. I couldn¿t get any sleep. A total waste of money.

We were staying at this hotel with a group of family and friends, around 15 people total. Although there were some issues when we initially arrived (something was wrong with the electricity so the generator was working), the staff was very helpful and quick to fix or alleviate any discomfort. When a room was getting poor WIFI service, they changed the room or called someone to fix it the next day. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was renovated and clean. The pool was also clean and bigger than expected. It is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and surrounded by cafes, coffee shops and supermarkets. Also located near a bus stop for easy transport to the city center. The breakfast had new things every day, all very delicious. Overall, a great stay, would definitely recommend and return here again.

The AC had no remote, so you would need to get up and control it through the control unit on the wall. Also, i don't think you could actually set the temperature as you wish, there was a minimum & maximum already set and the difference between them was around 4 degrees. Example: if you put it on 18, you were getting 22, and if you put it 28, you were getting 25, it was important for us because we had a baby, and during the night, we had to get up for like 3 times to close/ open it due to hot & cold.

Location is nice next to the beach, property is clean and the stuff is good

A very hospitable hotel in a good location. The hotel is in good condition, all locations are very clean, the room cleaning is excellent, a good level of service in all departments of the hotel. They help in all matters with an open heart. Thank you!

The location was great as I was visiting the Free Zone for work purposes.

The first room I was given has a very strong smell of cigarettes. The second room had someone inside, he was not very happy to see me obviously. Not a great experience after a long day of travelling. Nothing was offered to make up for this.

Breakfast was fine, but poor enough.

Prices in the hotel “restaurant” was rediqulous, not recommended! Way better places near beach with great food with the same price. We were shocked?

Please avoid- very dirty.

The day I entered the room, the toilet was sealed as cleaned and when I opened it, the toilet was used, not even flashed. I mentioned this to reception 3 times and nobody cleaned it. Then I opened the fridge and the 2 water bottles were also opened and half empty. The hairdryer was also not working and the room was freezing cold with very small sheets. I generally have no major issues but the fact that I told them that the toilet was used and not cleaned and they didn't do anything, really disappointed me. I had to leave on the 1st night even though I paid for 3 nights. When my friend joined me to pick up my stuff (while I had booked the room for 2 people) they told her not to come with me to the room. This behavior is unacceptable.

Location - about 7-8 minutes walk to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants. Pool - good size, open, few tables at the pool. Rooms with air conditioning, mini-fridge, electric kettle.

No air conditioning (or any fresh air) in the hallways. Mediocre breakfast, limited selection, every day the same. Overpriced restaurant (prefer to go out). Not very helpful staff (for 3 days asked to fix the safe in the room before it was done). Room size: only 2 or 3 double rooms in the whole hotel are of a normal size, all the others are tiny. Cleanliness - so-so. Overall impression - that it was a good hotel but now is not taken a good care of and slowly deteriorating.

Excellent hotel staff. They will always help you, guide you, advise you and will not leave you with unsolved problems. Delicious breakfast

A bit noisy because of the road next to it, our room had a toilet vent that didn't work.

Very good breakfast, amazing family room with immediate access to swimming pool area, helpful staff, very good location for the beach, restaurants, bus stop, supermarkets. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach, 15 mins bus ride to the centre of Antalya. Yet the hotel was not busy, loud or crowded. Great place!

Overall ambiance, interior & cleanliness was great. Location was easily accessible. Parking space was ample. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Pool facility was cleaned, safe for kids and up to the mark. We booked a superior family room and it was sufficient for the couple and 02 kids (01 double bed, 01 sofa bed & 01 single bed). Boking.com was saying that this option was for 03 occupants but we selected this room and upon arrival first receptionist asked for the payment for the 4th occupant but after talking to manager, they said its ok.

Breakfast could have been improved. There was no dish having meat/ chicken. Fruits options were also limited. Carpets outside the rooms needs cleanliness.

The room was decent and it was matching the prices. That’s what I was expecting, not more.

The air conditioner was not workin well and when it’s 35 degrees outside it’s not so great!

People were friendly.

They arranged to wash our clothes. But the clothes came back WAY smaller. So they washed and dried it way too hot. Next to that, on the note it said it would cost 500 Lira's. But they used a pen and changed that to 600 Lira's. So in the end you pay a lot of money for shrinking your clothes. Airconditioning was also not cold. The room was very hot when we arrived and it took many hours before it finally cooled down. You can not control it in your room yourself, its hotel-wide airconditioning.

I like the location accessible to the public transport, beach & markets around.Highly recommended except for the smell coming out of the bathroom drain.Staff & breakfast are amazing .
