Excellent location: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and parks but still very quiet at night. Staff went above and beyond to help and look after my kids and me

Bedroom had white curtains, and the living room curtain didn¿t fit the whole window, which made it hard to sleep in the morning.

The room was dirty already when we arrived and they didn’t come to clean in this 5 days anytime.

The place is excellent, the staff are nice and helpful,

the room smells bad, especially the bathroom, which has a very bad smell, and the freezer is not clean

The place is ok! I would not call the luxurious apartments. The one we stayed in needs a freshening up to be called luxurious. It says, waterfront in the description. It is not! It is 2 blocks away from the beach, and you need to either walk through dirty streets or walk to the main street and turn right, then you get a better walk. It is close to a couple of supermarkets, heaps of restaurants and of course, a 5 5-minute walk to the beach.

The Internet is terrible, and the kitchen has loose items. There are no breakfast bowls, and not enough other kitchen utensils to make it work. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday, and our apartment wasn't serviced at all. The pool was under repair. The towels are way too old for luxurious apartments, with some deep stains on them.

Everything, the amazing suites, how close it is to everything, the small pool, how attentive and helpful the staff are. We are definitely going back.

Nothing i loved every single thing.

Suite was quite spacious had a separated bedroom (although door didn’t close because of the bed) from the general area with a sofa, Tv, and open kitchen. Close to the public beach(around 10 mins), and a cheap shop(Shock- 3 mins) and Carrefour 1 min. It had a big fridge with the freezer, all the cutlery, and a stove. And they allowed us to check in early without extra fee.

The staff was super unhelpful. When I asked to help me with the safe, one on duty told me he’ll come in a little bit. But after half an hour or an hour I went to ask him again, and he wasn’t even there, it was another man at the desk, but he also couldn’t bother to stand up from his desk to help out. He gave me directions, I tried, came back saying that I still couldn’t figure it out, and he just gave me a key saying that this should work (it was literally the same key, I had, so I told mom that we have to figure it out, cause hotel staff can’t be bothered). Room also was never cleaned, trash wasn’t taken out, shampoo replenished, towels changed. Towels looked old and yellow. They also didn’t provide neither beach towels nor water. Neither did they have basic things like salt, pepper, oil. When I asked for salt the hotel staff criticized me for it and said that guests usually buy their own salt. I’m sure that if that’s the case, then other guests should’ve left all that behind (I’m coming for 2 days, what im going to do with a bag of salt?), and where did the staff take it all away then? To themselves?They also placed us on the 1st floor next to the reception desk and thus, it was dark, floor was cold (they didn’t provide with slippers either), and always noisy with loud laughter&conversations in the lobby, from the staff themselves sometimes as well. And also, the stove didn’t work properly, it was hard to regulate the heat(numbers didn’t even display correctly). They also need to refresh the paint on the walls and everything in the room in general.

We really enjoyed our stay at Meyde thanks to the friendliness of staff even as we arrived late at night (thanks Halil!), the convenience of being near the pebbled Konyaalti beach, supermarkets and various restaurants (all minutes away/ within walking distance), and the convenience of having a washing machine together with a nice big drying rack! Room was spacious for 2 pax, a small kitchenette that met our limited needs and the staff also kindly accommodated our request for an extra blanket, which helped us have a comfortable stay. Wifi connection was decent, even though we have to log back in with personal details and room number daily.

Minor inconveniences that did not bother us too much or impact the quality of our stay but was observed: while most of the room wasn't too bad, the soundproofing in the bathroom was not great. Whenever we were in there, we could clearly hear our neighbours even when they are not being loud. The towels, while we're sure are cleaned, it is obvious that it was dated and some towels had visible old stains. Laundry detergent was not readily available, so if you want to use the washing machine, make sure you bring your own or get some at the nearest supermarket.

No facilities, like drinking water,tea,coffee. I am reviewing this apartment but we stayed in different apartment as this apartment was under construction

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and I would like to note that all the amenities for a comfortable life are present, the room is spacious and the staff is mostly responsive, sometimes there were some issues with water and with the serviceability of the equipment, but all of them were successfully resolved, I especially want to thank the administrator Guray, this person always helped and went to the meeting, I sincerely thank you and shake your hand ?

Amazing apartment for this price. We were traveling off-season, and most places we stayed at in Turkey with a similar budget were disappointing — but not this one. It had everything we needed after a long hike: a washing machine, a place to hang clothes, and a separate bedroom with a comfy bed. The apartment isn’t super new, but we had everything we needed. The reception was very friendly — thank you for your smiles!

Located in 10 minutes walk from the sea

The dirtiest place over 8+ point on Booking I ever been, mould fungus is everywhere. Doors aren’t closing nowhere, toilet doors too, it was no hot water for over 20hours+ a day and you should be ready that the stuff, receptions and other random strangers will have access with a key to your apartment. On the second day of my stay some dudes from reception just broke down in my room while me and my wife were changing clothes, we were naked! But that wasn’t problem for reception and hotel’s management. Immediately I went to hotel’s management on booking, and I’ve been told that it’s not a big deal, and they just came to check an alarms. Really? Without any notification (they have my phone number) or without waiting for at least 10 seconds after knocking the door before guest will let you in, what they did - just knock the door and the second after open it and jump inside, start shouting and running, but what if it was small sleeping children inside or just a women with no men? None of them haven’t able to speak or understand English as well. The thing I don’t understand that they have tons of cameras in a hall and they couldn’t or just don’t want to check them and make apologies? That’s what I’ve been asking for. I didn’t hear any sorry word afterward. This was ridiculously upsetting and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel even to your enemies.

The room were too small and the wifi connection was poorI wish they can renovate and invest in the rooms a little bit at least a fresh paint every year….because the place has some good potential

We had an excellent stay for 5 weeks. Perfect location close to beach, shopping and access to transport. Lovely staff. The room was big and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
