Antalya Business Hotel

I liked best how their staff especially hotel employee met our needs and went way and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. The rooms and toilets are super clean and well maintained.

Not at all

i left the the hotel after on night and asked them to refund but they did not.

the size of the room is v small

Weather

Room is small, images were deceitful.Dirty floor. Some staff were rude

Staff were nice lent me an adapter and called taxis whenever needed

Deffo not a 4 star

Good hotel, friendly personal, comfortable lobby

Just the Location.

The room lack for a trash bin, tissues, soup, toothbrush, electric kettle, nothing found inside the minibar, no regular cleaning, lack of variety of breakfast foods, no extra blanket.

Passable

The room size is too small. One AC was provided for 2 rooms and you need to keep the door open so that the other room can get a bit of cool air. If you are with family then better to go for a bigger hotel with facilities. Booking.com should take adeqate care to provide correct information while booking the hotel. Booking.com must be blamed for this.

very clean and the room size is good , beds are really comfy , very helpful staff

bad location , AC takes time to cool down the room , no shampoo available , Only one thin cover available for bed

Very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Not too far from airport (15 mins) so convenient.

We took 2 rooms for family. The lift didn’t get to the fifth floor so needed to go to floor 4 and walk up to 5. Air conditioner in one of the rooms didn’t work well. Second room was very good.

location is amongst some sort of industrial garages and next to a highway. Only McDonald’s and some small kebab shop for

room reeked of cigarette smoke and was hot with only one barely functioning AC. Sofabeds were dirty as well…

I don’t like

staff wasn’t good. It should be the 2-star hotel I stayed 2 nights but nobody came and cleaned the room. My recommendation is, please check another hotel

There wasnt an elevator arive to the room we use a stairs. They didnt clean the room also their is no light at the stair room and one of the room

good location on this hotel from the airport if you should travel the day after.

it took us 35 min to get our room, reception was extremely slow even if it was only us checking in.

Comfortable bed! Reception open at night. WiFi. Kettle

20 min walking from bus stop

Clean and well equipped rooms for a good price. Receptionist Ramadan was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The hotel is located next to a busy road, but with windows closed it was quiet.

Was normal experience,

The hotel is new and the stuff lacks experience, the breakfast was very simple. We had a problem to communicate with the front desk, no simple word in english.

The hotel was clean. They allowed us to check in early.

Airport transfer was not included. It was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

I liked SUMMIT the receiptionest although he need to work on his English like all Turkish people ?

Nice staff, nice rooms

close to food outlets
