My stay at Golden World Suite Hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very good, as it is close to consumer and grocery shopping, making it easy to access my daily needs. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, which added a touch of comfort and tranquility to my stay.One of the positive aspects I would like to highlight is the availability of parking spaces, with a lot in front of the hotel and another behind it, making it easy for guests with their own cars to find a spot. The swimming pool was also a big attraction for my children, who enjoyed swimming and playing a lot.The check-in process was quick and smooth, taking very little time. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel comfortable from the very first moment.I booked a room that included a living room, with a small balcony suitable for two adults and two children. The room featured a large double bed and two sofas that could be converted into beds, which was suitable for my family. The air conditioning was good, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was excellent, with good speed that helped me stay connected.However, I do have some feedback. I believe the hotel needs some renovations and more attention to room cleanliness, as the room was not as clean as it should have been. Regarding the price, which was 98 euros for one night, I find it somewhat high compared to the specifications and services provided.Finally, I noticed that not all staff members spoke English, but this was not a major barrier to communication.Overall, my stay at Golden World Suite Hotel was a good experience, with some observations that could enhance the quality of service.

Although my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few points that I didn’t like about the property. First, the cleanliness of the room needed improvement, as it was not as clean as I had expected. Second, I felt that some facilities were in need of renovation, which affected my experience. Lastly, there were some difficulties in communicating with certain staff members who did not speak English fluently, making it challenging to convey some information.

Clean , all new furniture, everything available, staff were great and helpful, especially the Russian lady behind the desk. Checked out at 12.30pm, although the checkout rules were 11am (quite unreasonable)

Location is not great but is acceptable, There are too many strict rules written on the poster near the front desk, which makes you uncomfortable, I recommend they review the rules and rewrite them in a more indirect approach , by starting with a nice welcoming introduction and use more softer words

Clean, all facilities are working, big space

The sleeping pillow was too big for my wife. For me it was ok.We had to find some washing machine and dishwasher capsules. There were none in the room.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The pool area and terrace were great - nobody around when I stayed in late August. Staff were super helpful. Wi-Fi was excellent. Close to shops, restaurants and takeaways.

The noise from rooms above. Could hear scraping chairs very late at night, but I guess that’s down to disrespectful fellow guests. I feel the shower enclosure in the bathroom needs a descale and a steam to remove build up, but apart from that, it’s fine and everywhere else was clean.

Good decor, well clean.Negative: accessing the WiFi was complex, we gave up. AC stopped working in the middle of the night (!). Yes there is washing machine but you have to bring your own laundry soaps etc. Same in the kitchen, no basic supplies.

I recently stayed at the Golden World Suite Hotel and it was fantastic. The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a great and welcoming stay.

Nothing honestly, everything was great.

Clean, cozy ,and specious flat. Friendly people. Nice area. Parking lot. You can find food and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel promised to provide a crib for our baby but they didn't. Providing baby cribs for families costs the hotel nothing and it is very important for families.

Nice location which is quiet and not far away from the city. Personnel is very friendly and helpful when needed.

The apartment was clean and cosy..the location is away from the traffic and the city so you need a car to get around.

There is no hous keeping so you have to do cleaning yourselfThere is no breakfast

Cleanliness and the size of the room. Equipment for the kitchen was good. Along with dishwasher and washing machine. Its a great place ti stay

The area is a minimum 30 min walk from the beach. Housekeeping is to minimum. Hotel needs to update their website with what facilities they actually provide and the pool opening time.

Struggling to find something really to complement.

No water in the pool. No beers in the fridge like before. Icing on the cake, booked a hotel transfer and it never turned up. Had to go outside at 6:15 am trying to find a taxi to the airport. When I text them later to complain they seen the text but never even acknowledged or apologised. This place has went right downhill... Never again...

We were staying for second time in Golden Suite, working remotely. Good apartment, better quality than you can find for the same price in Konyaalti. The reception is friendly and helpful. 50 Mbit download Internet speed! They have twin beds aparts which was also a pro for us.

Nasty roosters live just at the building across the road, they start crowing at 3am! Bring your earplugs.We wanted to go the sauna just to relax by ourselves, but the hammam was occupied and the steam bath was not hot, so we didn't understand how this works.

Our room was like a normal turkish apartment: 1 salon with kitchen and living room, 1 bedroom, 1 balcony. Very clean, spacious and sound proofed.Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but if you don’t have a car or don’t use a taxi, it will be tricky to get to the beach or city center. There is a free parking behind the hotel with enough space for 40+ cars.

Guys at the reception could use a little smile :)
