Terrible facilities, broken shower, no parking, uncomfortable bed and pillows, we asked to repair the shower but they didn’t fix it.

The location is amazing, staff was was friendly

Room smell is horrible, room furniture was too old and some is broken, no ventilation at toilet, the breakfast is not worthy its money value

Location was good, but there is sea near the hotel but no open beach. Beach is on 15 minutes drive.

No WIFI, they did not clean the rooms during 5 days stay. No water in the rooms, rooms were small and provided on different floors.

Close to the city center by walk (10-15 min max.). Possible to park easily.

Old room. But I stayed only one night, so it is ok.

Parking is issue, hotel doesn’t have reserved parking, rooms have old furniture and it’s not clean, bath shower cabin is too small for taking proper shower!

It is close to the old city centre,good location,it is same like on photos and description..for the price more than good.

Terribly noisy air conditioner. For early departures, it is worth taking care of at least the availability of tea.

Value for money for whom does not care a lot about facilities but more to walk around for city. Rooms much more old then at pictures, some tobacco smell, but for one night with out children and woman was fine as one-night shelter.

The rooms were very dirty. The sheets were dirty and had hair and a bad smell. We got itchy and allergic reactions on our bodies when we slept on the bed, as if we had scabies. There was no window in the room that you could open. We were suffocating from the lack of air, and since the room was full of dust, the situation was unbearable, especially for people with allergies or asthma. Breakfast was a piece of cheese, two tomatoes, a cucumber, and some rotten olives. When we complained to the staff about the level of uncleanliness in the room, they told us that they could not do anything about it. We had to book another hotel to go to since we have allergies and cannot tolerate the amount of dust and dirt in the room. We did not get any of our money back even though we paid a lot of money to stay in this dirty hotel. We were forced to make a double reservation and pay money to two hotels in order not to stay in the same place. The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life and I do not recommend it at all.

The room did not meet any of the features specified when booking. The photos of the room do not reflect the reality. The bathroom was not a suite as stated. General cleanliness was bad. We had to wake up in the middle of the night because of the noise in the hotel.

The location was simply perfect. It is very close to Hadrian Gates and Karaalioglu Park (5-8 mins walk). And also close to MarkAntalya shopping center (12-minute by tram or bus, 23-minute walk on foot). Since it is close to Tram (a 14-minute walk to IsmetPasha station)Even though the rooms were very old, they were still very clean and fully functioning.The price was fair enough.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing much for dislike in fact. As I mentioned the rooms were very old, but they were very clean and functioning well.Since it is close to the main road and center, it may be noisy but I believe there is no way of avoiding it if you will stay in the heart of the center. (When you close the windows, there is not that much noise)

Location is perfect & room is clean

The bed was not comfortable, could have been a little bit more. Otherwise, it was fine.

I liked the fact the at least one receptionist spoke any English!

A receptionist that calls my room to remind me of check out time. And that when I PAID FOR THE ROOM!!

Disappointing

Room was a bit rusty, got strong smell of ciragettes. Furniture was pretty old and damaged not like on photos. Location is very convinient for discovering old city center tho.
