Anelli Hotel

Extensive breakfast buffet on A floor (between 0 and 1). Nice view of the distant mountains from my room on 300 level. AC kept the room comfortable. Street of restaurants and cafes a block away. Easy parking in a vacant lot down the street.

Overall the management and staff was superfreindly and i really admire they helped me alot when my phone got damaged the young guy at reception called the repair centre for me and i went there and he repaired it for me.

We stayed only one night, so we didn't have big demands and expectations. But the hotel turned out to be very decent. I would especially like to note the rich (varied) breakfast.

Clean and quiet, my only requirements for the night, oh and walkable to bus station

I booked two rooms and last few years I stay in this hotel but this time it’s horrible situation. One of my family couple stay on room 510 and I stay 501, both rooms air conditioned not working many time complain but nothing happens but when I loudly speak to with staff he change my room but my family couple air conditioner he say it will be fixed in few minutes but when I ask my family couple he complain me that they spend whole night without air conditioner. And another thing when I booked the rooms I mentioned that one room is for couple and one is single but when I arrived reception guy ask me extra money for twin same rooms I pay him 800Lira and this is so bad. I black listed this hotel and never stay here

All of the people working at the hotel were very kind and helpful, the location of the hotel is great for going sightseeing, the breakfast was enjoyable and our room was tidy.Perfect for travelling with friends or solo, but also enjoyable with a partner.

The access to the location from the airport by bus is a bit difficult.

Very attentive staff, anytime I went to the lobby for a query they always went above and beyond to help.

I can’t complain about breakfast, it was mid but it did the job however you are better off ordering a takeaway for the rest of your stay. Use the GETIR app

We stayed at Anelli Hotel for one night before our journey home. The place is acceptable for the price, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired. For instance, we found a used cup with lipstick on it, which was quite off-putting.On the positive side, the hotel is easy to reach, with good parking facilities. However, the breakfast was underwhelming, with a very limited selection.Overall, while the hotel is okay for the price, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Filthy very poor customer communication there own staff smoking in the corridor we ordered 6 rooms 4 of them smells of smoking they couldn’t care less to do anything about it the floor of our rooms was absolutely filthy never recommend to anyone else. They should have no stars at all.

Early check-in, Cleanliness, 24/7 service, good location, Very helpful staff especially BERNA, she was very polite, very Co-operative and also manage our stay & tour by taxi. She also arrange breakfast package for early check out. Thnx

the only thing I didn't like is the lack of variety in the breakfast... a hotel of this level can give the customer much more choice, both sweet and savory

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Basic breakfast to start your day with tea and selection of coffee. Location is good all services are near by (walking distance), Masjids, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. Spacious rooms and clean.

Anelli Hotel and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The rooms were dirty and dusty, and there was a strong smell of smoke that made the stay quite unpleasant. toilets are disgusting…

Friendly front of reception staff , good location , lots of shops nearby, lots of food places also within walking distance.

No money exchange facilities, no tour activities booking agent .

- choices for the breakfast- low prices (but we understood why now)

- Tv hidden by a wall- You have to beg for room cleaning and when they come, they do not wash the floor and the bathroom . So you have to check and ask to do it : how could booking let such thing on their list ?!-breakfast : they do not clean the table from the previous client : as the room
