staff members(reception guys) were very friendly and did their best to support us throughout our stay.

Not clean, no room service unless requested, bad smell, and poor hygiene overall.

We liked the decoration. Rooms were clean. Location was really convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed.The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I also appreciated the little details like the fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, and beautiful decor.Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

Very very good hotel and I recommend it to you, I as an Indonesian student here get a few weeks of leave I came to Antalya with my group of friends for a vacation and stayed for 3 days here, I like the hotel room which is very clean and luxuriously decorated, the breakfast is very delicious, the staff is very friendly, the service is very good, and the location is very strategic everywhere very close to the shopping center, to the beach everything can be accessed easily.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel! The website photos must be decades old, and the description is a complete lie. The reality was far worse—the place is a total dump, and the staff is to blame.First off, I’ve never seen hotel employees sleeping in the lobby before! The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke from the entrance to the rooms. When we checked in late at night, it was obvious that someone had just been smoking inside. There was even cigarette ash on the windowsill, yet the window was closed. Clearly, no one bothered to air out the room properly—or they just did it in a hurry.We stayed for four nights, and every single day we wanted to leave, but refunds weren’t an option. The breakfast was another joke. The photos on Booking show a decent buffet, but in reality? A third of a cucumber, a quarter of a tomato, 5 grams of cheese, a bit of bread, one slice of artificial salami, one egg, and a plate of french fries. No, this is not a joke—fries at 8 AM! Coffee? Cheap 3-in-1 instant powder. The tea was so strong and bitter it seemed like they just kept refilling the same communal pot for days, adding more tea leaves and water. Want plain hot water? Forget it.The room itself was depressing. Maybe 10-15 years ago, it looked decent, but now it’s a wreck—peeling fake gold trim, dented trash bins, cracked walls, and light fixtures with missing bulbs. The floor smelled like a wet rag left to rot. And after housekeeping, we had to air out the room for hours because it reeked of sweat.Honestly, I didn’t have time to figure out why this place is such a disaster—I wasn’t here for a vacation. But on day five, we couldn’t take it anymore and moved to another hotel in the same price range. The difference was night and day—at least the staff there gave a damn about basic quality. This so-called "hotel" is a scam and a disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!They asked me to leave a review upon checkout—well, here you go!

Location, reception staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff delivered breakfast to my room because both my sister and I were ill during our stay. (Through no fault of the hotel) We caught a virus on our travels to Turkey. Amazing mountain view from rooftop restaurant.

The lift ends at floor 8. Restaurant is on floor 10. Guests need to go up spiral staircase to reach rooftop restaurant.

Nice cute hotel good for base for few days local area and by lots food and shopping.

The first impression of the room was really positive. Then we went for a dinner and when came back, we noticed a cockroach running away on the floor. That totally affected our first impression…

I might have just been our room but the tv had nowhere to be connected so no tv which is minor issue if you don’t care. The bathroom door was out of frame but this didn’t really bother us and was a good nice room and hotel.

The design of the rooms were beautiful and modern, it had 2 single sofas and a small table in there which was useful for when we wanted to have a snack, with a big window in the room facing the city.Liked that there was a mini fridge in the room, you could fill it with drinks, so when you are back from the hot weather outside have something cool to drink.The bed was very comfortable, we had very good sleep there. The staff were all very kind, helpful.

The property was missing some basic things, which it would’ve made the stay of the guest more comfortable if it would have those things.1- one or two pairs of slippers in the room 2- extra pillows and blankets is a must in every room 3- more drinks in the fridge and more tea Bags and sugars.4- and there should be a female spa worker on site.

the property was absolutely horrible! do not believe the pictures. completely horrible staff and total miss selling. we wasted our money and had to check out and pay more more else where.

the hotel did not provide essentials, water was provided at a different price every day and there was no iron or facilities provided. the beds were damaged and dirty the units inside the bedroom were damaged and cleaning was horrible

There was one staff I don’t know his name but he was Middle Aged had a broken arm American accent he was very very rude to me and my friend all we did was ask him a question and he responded so rudely saying for god sake just wait
