The construction in the hotel!!!!!

Loaction was good. Staff are helpfull.

There was problem in the bathroom. Many of bathrooms tool are not fixed properly. It took 24 hrs to fix hot water in the bathroom.

The property was clean

The Located - it was in a very dodgy corner and the corridors were very hot cause they left the emergency exits open on all floors. These exits also have stairs that lead outside which made me feel like anyone could enter the hotel through these stairs and not through the main entrance.The room - the room was very small. We requested a standard double for 2 people and we were given a very small room with no space to move around. I couldn't even open my suitcase fully. There was a couch in the room which also took up more space than needed. The sink was very close to the toilet. My knee was almost touching the sink which sitting on the toilet.The towel hooks on the bathroom door were broken. And the exhaust was VERY LOUDThe amenities - there wasn't much provided. There was a small cupboard with only 1 hanger inside (when we were 2 people). There wasn't any shower head just a rain shower which meant I couldn't shower properly without my hair getting wet. Very inconsiderate. The slippers provided were as good as paper. The light from the ceiling above the bed was hanging and felt like it could fall on us at any point. There was a quilt in the cupboard without a cover and only a thin sheet on the bed.Noise - I could hear people next door and in the corridorsSafety - the door lock wasn't working so I felt really scared. I had to put the my suitcase in front of the door and force myself to sleep that night.When I complained to the property and asked for a different room they said they had none available and couldn't help and asked me to contact booking.com to help. But the property took the money for the 3 nights in advance.I had to check out after the 1st night and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do anything to help. Only booking.com can sort this out.When I contacted booking.

The person at the reception was very nice and helped us with some issues.

The location of the hotel was pretty sketchy. The person at reception, even though he was nice, didn't speak english (which gave us the impression that not many foreigners stay at this hotel). Our room's window was overlooking a wall. The A/C didn't work. All of the towels they gave us were dirty. The bathroom door didn't lock, and there was no shower space (the pictures showed the room with proper shower, but it was just the shower thing so the entire bathroom would be soaking wet afterwards). We ended up just staying one night and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay

Overall, the hotel is good and worth the price.Room: Decent for the price, clean and comfortable but small.Breakfast: Nice and tasty, with cheese, cold cuts, boiled eggs, and vegetables.Bathroom: Extremely small — if someone is a bit overweight, it’s hard to move inside the bathroom or even use the shower cabin. We asked to change the room because of this, but since we requested it only two days before checkout and we were out most of the day, we couldn’t switch.Cleaning: Towels were not changed daily; they only replaced them when we asked. The blanket didn’t have a proper cover and didn’t feel very clean — maybe washed but it had a lot of stains.Facilities: Air conditioning works very well, hot water in the shower is perfect, and the internet is really fast.Staff: Very friendly and helpful.

We did not like it at all! Very low budget and low maintenance.

The bathroom smelled of sewage and looked like the fan was very dusty/moldy and blowing polluted air into the space. The room did not match the pictures displayed in the booking. The included breakfast was a light charcuterie snack. The bathroom shower flooded and would not drain properly.

So clean , the food was good the staff very helpful and it was close to anything

Room was spacious and sheets were clean, so was the room

Water pressure in the shower was so slow and there was no compartment for shower. So everytime we were showering the whole bathroom use to get wet so the toilet seat which was annoying

Nice place, very close to seaside. Staff is very gentle and help in every situation.

The building is under renewal (it’s noisy when stay with a child).

Breakfast was basic but satisfactory for us.

The room (304) was heavily used and the bathroom tab was not working properly (also leaking). The hotel has no private parking (on the public road only).

Very conveniently situated next to a busy street. The room was clean, big and comfortable. Staff was also pleasant and helpful.

It's within walking distance of the landmarks and there are many marts and restaurants near the hotel.Location and cost-effectiveness are quite good.

It's generally an old building, and I don't recommend it to sensitive travelers.

Location

The name of the hotel and the name of the room (Deluxe Double Room) were not a good fit. There is no spa, and the deluxe double room is just a small standard room that needs to be renovated. We had only one nightstand and there were only two sockets on one side of the bed. There were only two hooks in the bathroom, so there was nowhere to hang the four towels that the hotel provided. I wanted to praise the breakfast, because on the first day they had everything I needed, even if there was no warm food. But on the second day they gave only cheese, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes, with no eggs, jam or honey. It looked like a mistake, but I had no time to figure it out.

The hotel is located in the city centre, the old town is in a walking distance.

Breakfast was rather simple. Turkish style.

Good value for money and good location, rooms are quite spacious. Airport shuttle worked perfectly despite having been super late due to a lost baggage claim and was super friendly

The property often smells like cigarettes, the staff are not the most helpful (did not have scales, could not help when we had a couple of issues), the fridge did not work despite being told that it required the room key for electricity and the breakfast was rubbish (just some eggs, cucumber, tomato, chips, bread and bad tea), beds are very hard and no room service unless you ask for it even if you have a longer stay
