We’ve been here before, easy traveling to the city and staff is nice

The room and bathroom had a bad smell, there was hair in the jacuzzi tub so we had to clean it before use ourselves. To help the bad smell we had to leave the door open for hours and spray perfume

The decor was decent. Breakfast was great.

Unfortunately, the rooms felt quite cramped, and the staff didn’t provide any suggestions or activities for tourists. The overall atmosphere lacked energy and engagement, which was disappointing

Staff not much helpful, we have to find base parking road by outself as there was maintainence and staff no idea.

They take my neighbor to her room, instead we receive cold treatment

I liked the hotel design and the relaxing atmosphere

We stayed on the top floor and there was a lack of privacy as sounds easily passed through the connecting door to the next room

Staff

I experienced both water and electricity outages during my stay. The room was uncomfortably small—certainly not what I would call a suite. In addition, reaching it required walking under intense sun. Overall, it was the smallest and least comfortable room I have ever stayed in.

Clean, modern, accessible, nice staff, great transfer

It’s not in downtown, but easily accessible with a 10 minutes taxi drive

I booked a suit for a family of 5 (2 years old, 5 years old and 7 years old)i was surprised that the room was really small. It was 1 room separated with a small wardrobe, there was no space to move or open our bags.

Very bad hotel, I do not recommend staying here.The staff are unhelpful, the noise is unbearable — it feels like you’re sleeping on the street because of the loud sounds from cars and people outside, plus the noise from neighboring rooms and bathrooms.The air conditioner was extremely hot, and when I called the reception for help, they did not assist me at all.This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend it.

Modern and new

AC was very poor functioning, and the staff were informed but didn’t respond nor took any actionWhen asked for a big taxi, the receptionist didn’t cooperate well and said I’m just going to order a taxi and I don’t know what size it will come

The staff was not very helpful. Asked for an iron and they said no delivery available after 4pm.

Style, atmosphere, staff

Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. The receptionist was super helpful with information, booking tours. Getting around with the train was excellent as its right outside the hotel and easy to walk to.

I am lactose intolerant and I had to buy my own milk to take with to breakfast.

The location is perfect. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is friendly.

They still don’t have any security, especially at night. I mentioned this last time too.

It’s near the tram with easy access to the airport, and the city center. The breakfast is very good. The room was clean, and the staff was amazing.

They only have one receptionist per shift, and they don’t have any security guards. Anyone can enter the property and elevator at any time.

It is convenient to the airport and the tram.

The rooms are arranged in a peculiar manner.

Hotel staff were very friendly, and never hesitate to help me out. I want to also thank the lady that cleaned my room she went the extra mile to make it romantic for me and my other half

The location is ideal for getting around the city but lack on stores local to the hotel was a little disappointing. Also on the last night we had a little plumbing issue and the bath flooded the room. Probably should have just told the hotel staff and they would have sorted it but it was late and it was our last night.

No takeaway or restaurants nearby, BIM ans A-101 supermarkets opposite the hotel for you daily groceries. Tram ? station outside the hotel that connects to the airport.

Breakfast choice very basic, location not near any shopping malls, nearest is Mall of Antalya north of the airport.

I paid for a different room but got a really horrible terraced room. It was raining through out my stay and told them to change the room as the pictures showed was different to what I got. The receptionist said no they won’t do that. The rain was coming inside from the door. Horrible experience!! The sofa had big water/pee/alcohol marks

It was clean in the rooms and at the bar/ restaurant area but it had a very messy lounge area ( especially the lounge seats were very messy and un appealing to the eye)

Firstly, upon checking in on the eve of 5/02/25, i was assigned to a room that was not what I had originally booked. I had specifically requested a garden view bedroom with 1 single bed and one double bed, but I (and my friend who I accompanied for a surgery) was instead given a bedroom which did not match the original room and the beds we had specifically requested on our original booking. This was both inconvenient and unacceptableAdditionally, we were extremely disappointed with the safety standards at the hotel. Being that the safe were not working on our arrival & they took some time to address this (which was very inconvenient & stressful!!). But most importantly we encountered a very serious (extremely disturbing & frightening) safety issue in the early hours of the morning, on the third night of our stay, the night before my friends surgery would take place: we were faced with extremely loud noises outside the bedroom door & our door was being forced to open, & they were banging & slamming the doors constantly!! Despite calling the reception & notifying them of situation they at first did not take it seriously to begin with and we had to keep calling them back to call the police, otherwise we will ( when I spoke to the manager later- he did not acknowledge & take accountability for this serious safety issue either!!). Anyone could walk into the hotel as there’s only one receptionist at the entry ( who are mostly not there at all times & especially when you most need them!!) and the doors are automatically opened anyway!! The hotel lacked security measures, and hospitality was poorly managed to sum up!Given these issues, I am requesting a compensation via a full refund! I trust you will take my concerns seriously and address them accordingly.I look forward to your prompt response.

The property was clean, the checking was smooth and quick. The hotel close to tram station and 20 minutes walk to the center. The buffet staff and the reception were very nice and friendly. Thank you.
