The staff the food not 5stars and I order Deluxe room thy give me a samall room

Lucky you if you find someone from the staff speaks English, Lucky you if you find everything working in your room (AC, drier, air circulation in bathroom, tv, etc)

The swimming pool and the beach were very nice Also the room with the sea view was amazing. The location is good next to the hotel group of restaurants and cafes.

The bath room was old

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, amazing views of sea, beach and mountains surrounding the hotel

The balcony in the room was far too small and not really of any use. it was a struggle to even have one person on it and felt very claustrophobic. As we paid extra for a sea view, felt a bit cheated as all the rooms really look out towards the sea and it was hard to appreciate when you couldn't stand outside

I wanted to use the pool but it was closed.

Everything is VERY old and shabby… the pictures on the website don’t correspond to reality… we could‘t play tennis and swim in the swimming pool, though both facilities were indicated in the site as available

Breakfast was catastrophic, horrible coffee..no variation in fruit, vegetables and so on.Over all the standar can not be looked on as a five star hotel/ facility...maybe once upon a time..in the 80s or 90s...now...Filthy floors, smoking is acceptable wich means that everything you own stinks!!

The cleaning standards the staff was friendly the pool was very cold but it was okay and I understand that it is out of season so not much entertainment

Just wish the pool was more warmer and had some entertainment

There was not a lot of food options and even the food that was there was not edible, customer service was poor, when arrived we were not told nothing about any of the facilities, also after an hour of being there we payed all inclusive and went down for dinner and realised that the food was really bad, there was no labels on any of the food so we didn’t know what we was eating, one of the parties had a dairy intolerance and trying communicate this to check for food ingredients was impossible as no one could speak or understand or even try to solve this as there was language barrier, we went up to reception to ask to change our board instead of all inclusive we wanted just the room because, we had to eat out every day, so we washed so much money, he then said that he couldn’t do it and we have to speak to his manager in the morning at 9 but we had pre booked an excursions at 8 so we didn’t see him till around 3 o clock, when he then proceeded to tell me that it’s too late now and he can not do nothing about this, we explained our circumstance and he had no understand was totally rude and unprofessional, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures, the communication was very bad the manger couldn’t speak any English some one had to translate for him, so there was a big communication barrier,

Everything, staff rude, nothing worked in the hotel. Room a tip, no coffee in room for 4 days, no air con working, bathroom broken , the hotel didn't have anything to drink but wine and beer, the empty bottles were just for show, a basic 2 star hotel that's very tired and food was appalling

A little old now but well kept The bathrooms and lighting need done maintenance

Everything was wonderful, I was most impressed by the panorama seen from the top floor of the hotel and the kindness of the receptionist to offer me a room there.

I would not recommend this Hotel , unless you want lousy service, subpar food, faraway beach, outdated evening

dishes were not always cleaned properly, there were washed in dishwasher but had spots from water, which looked very unpleasant

The bed was very comfy reception ppl was very nice

Food all saled,nothing for children to do it did get boarding

Great location, facility, and friendly + welcoming staff! Reception was very helpful. Also when I needed some Cash for my ride to the airport!

They don’t offer an airport shuttle. I think for a 5 star hotel the breakfast was not that great (for my taste!), but there’s bistros and cafe’s nearby. To be fair, I had watermelon, cooked eggs and tomatoes + cucumber. I would have been glad about dishes like Gözleme, Pide, Menemen & Co.

Hotel was clean and well air conditioned. Any of our needs has been met by reception staff immediately.

Location is perfect. All the staff are very friendly.

The hotel needs to be renovated.
