Nothing good to right about

Lift for specific rooms so if you are going on 3 rd floor tough.Room I was all located shower drainage not okey ,room has to be cahangedDespite it being summer no duvet just one bedsheet and cover Shower corners moulding 1st room balcony door not locking properly Staff limited English unless if you speak Russian you gonna enjoy.Safe not working old style or boxes monkeys Dining area so dark most of the time looked miserable runny down . Breakfast only eat once wouldn't say much.Area music in the neighborhood till around 23 hrs In general I wouldn't visit the place again.

Air conditioning in the room, cheap grocery store on the opposite side of the hotel, the breakfast was sufficient and pretty good to my taste. Transfer car is nice, but much more expansive than taking a bus, which can be a convenient option for people who can walk a little bit during heat time to the bus station and wait for the bus. There are several cafes nearby, just think of getting some local money beforehand.

Elevator is not stopping on each floor, it takes some walk to reach the beach, it might be difficult to older people because the heat multiplies the distance. It is not an issue for younger people though. If you are taking a bus from the airport to reach the hotel, better relay on the one where you do not need to change for another one half way to the hotel. It is really hard to catch one afterwards. There is no information on the bus stations and besides, the buses are not following the plan exactly, so I would recommend wait a bit longer for the one which goes straight to the place near the hotel and thing of some internet connection (with internet it is fine taking the two bus option as well, as you can see all the options available to get to the hotel, just think of the need to make the bus stop for you ^^). The buses do not take cash, but you can pay with European credit card there. The bus drivers often do not stop if you do not signal them to stop. The way to the beach is not entirely clean. If you consider changing money at the airport, do not change much, they give 20-25% less than the actual exchange rate.

The location and closeness to the beach.

There was only one outlet for charging devices. When asked about iron they delivered one that was from around when my grandma was alive. The tea kettle broke. The room was not cleaned enough, the sheets were not changed regularly. The breakfast was horrible and inedible.

Close to amenities, staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. The price we paid was great value for money.

The hotel is dated and the room shows signs of wear and tear.

It was immaculate staff are so helpful told us recommendations for food to go and eat, very approachable Spa facilities amazing Breakfast is good Overall really good hotel can’t believe what I got for the money services is outstanding

Nothing bad to say it’s all good I will recommend to come here and breakfast is lovely and will definitely be re booking in 12 weeks to come back

Location is very good! Breakfast is good!

1 - Light sensors doesn’t work properly on the common areas and corridors and 2 times I was about to fall from the stairs. Dark hotel!2 - Elevator only goes to 3. Floor and If u are staying at second floor, you should go downstairs from the dark(!) corridor!3 - The elevator was broken down when I was inside and more than 30min I was trapped inside! I couldn’t see any maintenance sticker inside! Nobody apologized after and I couldn’t see anybody after I got out! It was so rude!4 - Don’t expect much luxury the price is good but the first three are elementary issues that should be solved immediately!!!

wonderful hotel, excellent value for money for the room. 30 euros per day with breakfast. Close to the sea, grocery store nearby. I stayed for 12 days and lived further but had to go home. I will definitely come back again next year. The only downside is that there are few electrical outlets and it is a bit dusty.

The stay allowed us to have an early checkin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep the luggage post checkout too. Stay is located at walkable distance from konyalti beaches.

Hotel have an elevator only to third floor. The facility is a little old too.

Very nice hotel with a pleasant location. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. But if you think to stay or no here just don’t do much expectations and you will enjoy your stay in Antalya?

Wi-fi doesn’t work at all!!!

Everything was great. It was just 5 min walk from Konyalti beach and few mins from bus station. The room was clean, room cleaning service was done everyday! The breakfast was amazing, lots of options. Our room also had a balcony with pool view which was great. The staff also helped us book our Sualada Island trip and it was very well managed.

Nice clean family run small apart hotel very happily located at the center of Konyalti in just 1 min of walk from the public beaches. All was good, stuff was very client-oriented, polite and friendly and for the given ratio of price/service it has exceeded my expectations, What I've especially liked about the place - it was really comfortable and silent at nights - which is HUGE plus for me. New and noiseless AC. small and cozy rooms. Delicious breakfast served not to early is also a plus. Soc market right in front of hotels entrance, good bakery's, coffee, other eating places nearby, Park with a playground in 1 block. Nice and safe place to stay for a woman travelling alone

week wi-fi signal in my room, water has been switched of a couple of times plus there've been power outage when it's been +40C outside -but it not been a hotels fault .

Excellent location as close to a beautiful beach.

The building is old. One of the windows was loose and it almost fell out when we opened it.

The location is great, 5 min to the beach. The room is reasonably clean (if you don’t look under the bed). All in all, ok for several days.

The hotel is a bit worn-out, and the pool is tiny, but ok for the price. The breakfast is very basic, they visibly struggle to offer something edible at the lowest possible cost.

+ has all essential facilities+ quiet neighbourhood+ located close to the beach, public communication and vis a vis cheap supermarket+ helpful staff

Place was so close to the beach, 5 mins walk. Good location for restaurants. Free street parking and helpful staff.

Breakfast wasn't really what I expected. Its not a buffet. It's already plated for you when you enter, some salad, one egg, two small sausages, fries, tomato.

The staff is kind and friendly, always ready to help.
