The internet was OK, location is good

1. No clean for the rooms on daily basis2. Beds were not comfortable 3. The light in the rooms were poor and not working4. The refrigerator in the room was broken 5. Not enough covers on the beds

In a great location, close to the waterfront and the old city. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Some great restaurants are nearby for dinner.

Nice breakfasts, clean rooms, very friendly stuff. Close to the sea and the exciting views on montains and the sea just in 200 meters from the hotel. The city center is around 25 minutes by walk

I really like the attentiveness and kindness of the hotel staff. I stayed there after a surgery, and all of them were very helpful, especially Chida and Arman. The same goes for the kitchen staff and also the housekeeper. I feel like being taken care of by distant family members. The location is also superb, close to the seaside and in a walkable distance to the city centre.

The table top in the room was a bit sticky, but that doesn't bother me much.

Excellent breakafast choice, superb room (we had upgraded to sea view) large spacious and with a wrap around balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great to catch busses and Heritage tram (less than a 1 minute walk). Easy walk (or bus/tram - 25TL a journey) to old town and parks. Lots of resturants to choose from close to the hotel. Area was was quiet day and night so easy to sleep.Note - whislt this hotel was absolutely perfect for us, if you want to get to a beach (sheer cliff edge into sea near hotel) you would have to take the bus (about 30 minute ride, they seem to come every 10 minutes and cost was 57p (just "tap on" with your debit/credit card) at the exchange rate we had).

All was perfect.

What I really liked about the hotel was the staff, the location (15 min walking from the center) and the breakfast. The rooms are good. You can park for free in front of the hotel. The staff will give you tips for nice things to do and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Was a really nice stay, thank you!

Wonderful location. Easy access.Amazing staff. Extremely helpful.Breakfast absolutely lovely. Being vegetarians especially, there were alot of varieties! Traditional homemade Turkish food.Complimentary tea/coffee/kettle and water bottles.Bus and old tram nearby to get you to places.

Cats ?Those who may be allergic or don't like cats you'd may want to stay away. They are everywhere and will roam around inside the dining area whilst you're having breakfast. Not great for someone who is allergic and wife having a fear of cats. however when we did tell the staff they did shoo that cats away.They changed the towels and cleaned the room but did not change the bed sheets, I wasn't sure if we were to particularly tell them.

Old, dusty, smelly and dirty room, broken furniture, someone’s hair in a bath. One of the worst hotels I‘ve ever visited.

I was very positively surprised by this Hotel. I stayed for a week, and had to work via remote connection. The Internet is very good. The breakfast is really great: it is of course Turkish style, but everyday there are new home cooked foods available. The location is quiet, but very close to some municipality beaches and only a little more than 10 min quick walk from the old city. The price for all this was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One point deduction for the bathroom: the shower doors were missing, so a bit difficult not to flood parts of the bathroom.

Very good location and quiet. Away from the old town but close enough to walk to the town. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Friendly staff and love the hotel cats.

Door to one of the rooms I stayed in does not lock by itself. Told the reception lady and she showed me that I need to swipe my key card again before I close the door to lock it. This is fine - except that every time I got back to the room after housekeeping has cleaned it, the door is NOT locked because housekeeping has not done the same thing (no hotel I’ve ever stayed in needs that to be done). Nothing was stolen but security level is poor. Shower did not have a glass door (reception lady tells me that it was broken by the previous person and not repaired yet). Every time we showered, the water goes all over the shower room. No compensation provided for a poorly set up room.

Great value for money, the room was nice and the hotel has great facilities (pool, breakfast service, bar). It was very clean and there were lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Check-in/out was very straightforward, and the staff helped me with any questions I had. They have a good selection of drinks, and housekeeping was good also. The hotel has a bus station across the road where you can easily catch the bus into the city centre or to the beach. I loved being able to see the sea from my balcony!

Would be nice if they offered a slightly thicker blanket, as it can be hard to know how to set air conditioning temperature when sleeping under a thin sheet. Also, there was no main light in my room, so I had to use the bed lights at night instead.

Good breakfast.

That we first got a room allmost without windows the first night. The other days we got super room.

Room was adequate for few nights. We had the corner room for a family of four, which was nice.Bathroom a bit dated. Hotel was clean and breakfast ok. Best thing was location as it was away from the noisy old town but still near to jump on the bus or tram or 20 minute walk to Hadrian's Gate.

Air conditioning in room was not in a very good position right on top of the bed. Bathroom needs improving

Great hotel with very friendly staff and decent breakfast. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's about 15 minutes to walk to the city centre. The room is pretty good, not 5 stars of course and very acceptable for the price. In overall I recommend this hotel for short or long stay.

The bed was not really comfortable as it was combined from 2 single beds making one twin or double bed with a space in the middle into which I constantly fell. There could have been a microwave in the room, but there was none

Beddings not changed The breakfast could be better. They should please remove that juice and stop serving it.
