I didn’t like any thing

I was in the 4th floor and there was not any lift to climb and there was no wifi !!

The staff were amazing especially Nur. She always smiled and nothing was too much hassle in making my stay an exceptional experience.

The cleanliness could be improved.

It has a kitchen that you can use.Wifi works well.Close to city center and all touristic attractions.Very friendly staff that helps you with what you need.Close to a supermarket.Excellent lightning. 24 hour reception. Cheap ( 50 euros for 2 nights).

Kitchen is not clean enough and needs more equipment. Water tend to stop flowing sometimes.

Excellent quality property all equipment was in good working condition, property was clean, sheets, towels etc all clean, Beta Guesthouse is exceptional for family vacations, apartment was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided, receptionist (Nur) was the most helpful person and a real credit to the hotel, 5* to her, recommend to anyone to stay at Beta Guesthouse

Everything was perfect

Anything we needed was in the room and the man at the front door was very friendly

We didn’t have linens for the sofa bed, we were missing a towel and one towel had hair in it, and another had brown spots

The place was pathetic and dirtyBathrooms were greasy and slimy with mouldy wallsHonestly I couldn’t keep my barefoot on the bathroom floorKettle was looking it has not been washed for years and the kettle had water in it when we checked inThe bed spreads were stained and the pillow smelt like mouldTo be fair the whole space smelled like mould and urineIt’s not worth the money at all and it was chaosWe checked out from one of the rooms we stayed because we wanted upgrade the room and the receptionist said that you can leave the bag outside the room and said that they will shift our luggage.Unfortunately we forgot our jackets in the old roomSince we were leaving early in the morning for a boat trip we couldn’t shift the bag ourselvesWhen we came back we realised that we left our stuff in the old room which includes a hair dryer as well along with the jacketsWhen we asked the receptionist he said you can check the room if you want and when we checked we couldn’t findWe kept on following up with them but they weren’t responding to us properlyThe funniest part is that we got the hair dryer but we didn’t get out jackets ( the jackets were very expensive which was worth 300 pounds)We checked the cctv as well but they weren’t ready to show us the clip were the housekeeper went inside the room to cleanThe previous day before our check out when we want to discuss about the jacket they said we don’t know and when we asked for compensation and when we said that I wouldn’t pay for the room until I get the jackets , the receptionist started yelling at us and went to hit my husband and almost pushed him out off the premisesWe called the police as well but because of the language barrier we couldn’t understand what the receptionist and the police were talking and we had to pay our room rent which was 177 pounds for 5 nightsThe police said that we can’t board the flight if we don’t pay the room rentWe faced a huge lossI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if...

Very helpful and friendly staff. They help us with all our questions, sometimes not related to the stay :). Best location, it was quite outside with 5 min walk to Kaleici and the cozy beach.

Seperate wall between sleeping and kitchen areas.

Cleanliness, lack of full sized towels, a kitchen that wasn’t functional resulting in moving the couch just to use the oven. Limited kitchen supplies to cook or prepare meals. Mould on the shower tiles.

Property wasn't clean and check in time was 2pm, however we had to wait for check in and eventually they allow us to get in 5 o'clock in the evening. there wasn't any blanket and at night we had to struggle for blanket. staff doesn't speak English, there for it was difficult to communicate with them.

our check in time was 2 o'clock in the evening and they allow us to get in about 3 o'clock and check out date was 27th Aug 2024. however they stopped gas from 26th Aug 2024. I have baby and it was difficult to stay without any microwave of Gas/Electricity hob.

Location was close to the city center and friendly staff

It is value for money, we didn’t have too much expectation from it.

The Aircon was a lifesaver

They didn't make up the 3rd bed for our arrival at 3am in the morning which was pre-arranged, so my daughter had to sleep in the double with my husband and I as we didn't know that the sofa could be pulled out. They also had no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed which they said was the 3rd bed even though our booking said 3 beds plus sofa bed. They were meant to sort out our room regarding this issue and nobody came to sort it out. They ran out of bedding so on the 1 day in the 11 we were there where the room was cleaned, they left one blanket on the double instead of the 2 (1 for each person because 1 blanket is meant to fit a single bed) the kitchen was meant to have everything we needed but all it came with was 2 side plates for a family of 4 and 3 knives and forks. At the end of the day the guesthouse was not what they advertised. If you're desperate, it's fine. We booked late and this was all we could get. You get what you pay for.

All staff members we came in contact with were amazing. Always happy to help, friendly and always had a smile on their face! We can't thank them enough because without them we would have left the property sooner than the check out date.

We had 3 apartments booked here. Unfortunately they were not great at all. Sofas were horribly stained with burn marks covered with a throw!Floors didn't look like there were mopped let alone hoovered. Bathrooms were so dirty and of very poor condition. Over all the apartments are very old and in need of a renovation for sure.

Very poor AC bath room lacking because I was hot and bothered all night due to the heat I'm lacking with positive vibes

A very nice place, only issue was that it was not that clean so we had to do cleaning ourself but the place is very nice and well furnished.

we arrived, the apartment was messy, it was poorly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, there was not enough cupboards, there were three of us, there was no drinking cup. I am not satisfied with my visit

Everything was great , clean , the staff are good and helpful especially my guy at the reception (muhamad) he always answered with a smile and tried to explain every little detail we wanted to know , without forgetting the cleaning staff too , everyone was good to us .

Good location. Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Washing machine was useful and they gave us a drying rack when we couldn't find one. Staff available all of the time.

Smell of cigarettes in apartment, but not strong. Booking said parking was available on site but there is only nearby paid parking which is significantly more than on the booking or street parking.
