- The location is beautiful, although out of town. The rooms are big and comfy. Stelios was great, very accommodating and helpful
- The hotel was very nice, very clean, the pools are clean and beautiful, we stayed in the suite that you can swim from, the suite was spacious and enough for five people, on the night of our arrival we found the administrator waiting for us knowing that we arrived late due to the flight delay, however he waited for us and we found that they prepared dinner for us inside the suite, that was very nice of them, I loved this hotel very much and I think I will come back to it in the future
- Private pool ( shared with other suites).Cool to have it. U can use it whenever you want.
Cons -
- The food was ok, there's not much staff, so when you need something/someone it might take a long time till you'll find someone.
- Good size of apartment.
- * Some of the plates, mugs, glasses and utensils were dirty!* Food is mediocre and there isnt mich to choose from. Drinks? Stay with water or beer.* Wifi is free and accessible in rooms, it's extremely slow though.* Hotel wasn't really thought with accessibility in mind. There is a lot of single steps which could have been ramps, including steps to rooms on the ground floor and to the reception. There are steps to the pool area too. This is by far not a hotel for people on wheelchair, it's possible to navigate with baby stroller but you have to carry it a lot.* One of the external AC unit was extremely loud, boosting over 75-80dB inside the bedroom in the evening, its like trying to sleep right next to running motorcycle engine. There is plenty of external AC units so I would expect that it's not first nor last time. On top of that there is also external AC unit on the terrace, which blows hot air directly at you sitting there. Really, placement should have been thought better.

Good size of apartment.
* Staff was friendly and welcoming towards us* Baby cot was included* Room was spacious and mostly tidy. Aside that, it would use maintenance, walls were dirty, sink was cracked and as glass shower doors were making loud cracking noises. Moreover, I cannot understand the idea of having a toilet right next to the bed, also only separated by glass.* Location has some advantages and some disadvantages. On plus side there is a nice view. On the other hand, 20 minutes walk downhill to the sea (probably twice that uphill coming back as it's quite steep), a lot of goats nearby and a nearby hotel boosting music so loudly you can hear it clearly.

Really large apartment, with 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Nice mountain view.Quiet location
1) Nobody picked up the phone, tried few times before arrival. Conversation via messenger went smooth tho2) Check-in in other hotel - Filion Spa 5* which turns to be better and cheaper. At arrival I already regret that I didn't book that one. After check in you drive back down to still get a key in other "reception",who is a person who does everything there (bar, restaurant, reception, housekeeping etc) and is exremally tired in October already (poor people working there)... 3) Premium Suites? Luxury? I don't think so... Maybe it was when was new. Now you can really see the time passed, especially in the bathroom, very much used equipment Not very clean, noisy. 4) Food. One of the worst all inclusive ever had. Terrible breakfast. Maybe because we were unlucky to come in the end of the season and Chef left the hotel... No variaty, fired eggs were there for some time - so hard we couldnt even cut it, cheese ham not in the fridge for the whole duration of breakfast. I was a bit scared to eat anything. No butter, no ketchup. Dinner & lunch better.5) Location. Not much to do thereThe hotel should just focus on providing service of huge apartments without food, instead of offering all inclusive option. Also, invest in a copy machine to be able to check in people properly.
Spacious apartment with direct access to a pool, offering delicious food and refreshing drinks.
The apartment was not in perfect condition; some elements were broken or not working, such as the night lights in the bedroom. The bar often lacked staff, requiring waits for drinks.
Our 2nd stay at T Hotel, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and super helpful manager (Stellios).
Nothing, everything was great
view
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Extremely disappointed, horrible place. We arrived in hotel around 7:50pm at dinner time. Very poor choice of food, small counter with maximum of 6 trays of very bad food. Two types of dry deserts are if gone they are not going to replace them with more. Our room was for 2 adults and 1 child, the child's bed was not made, we had to do it our self's after a very long day and flight, there were yellow spots on the bed sheet. Dirty dining table in the room with greasy stains from previous guests food leftover food on sponge. I will attach pictures with proof . The patio area was awful they kept their bins and bin bags full of rubbish and old car by our room (check the photos). When we asked one of the staff guys to remove bins from our view, he was shouting at as saying it's not smells bad, so it's shouldn't be a problem for us. I was crying, so disappointed, we are travelling around the world for so many years 5 times a year and never experienced our holiday so bad as in this place. The view of the hotel is lovely, but it is a nature, service is extremely low, don't waste your money on it. On the bread area you won't see any kitchen towels, so keep away from their bread as when people come to cut the slice they hold it with bare hands, disgusting, drinks horrible and dirty glass. Unhygienic place, their's no a bare minimum of knowledge of how the hotel should operate. Obviously, it's very bad management We had to do full food shopping because it's impossible to eat their food. Their eggs are soaked in oil, and everything is either soaked in oil or very dry and not fresh. We are paid for all-inclusive and ended up buying our own food and drinks from the shops, absolutely shocked There were so many people from a hotel walking with grocery bags full of food.
We had a swim up suite, with two spacious rooms and an excellent semi-private pool, getting direct sun for half the day. The view is magnificent. The main pool is also comfortable and nice, it’s 1.50m deep all around, with a separate shallow water pool for toddlers.All-inclusive drinks, although not branded, were good, including the coffee and beer.Plenty of parking.Staff was really nice and willing to help, even though few of them spoke little to no English.Three individual a/c in the suite, and 3 smart TVs, made it very comfortable. It’s a very small resort, on the outskirts of a small town, that offers no more than a nice accommodation and basic food and drinks, and for that I think the value for money ratio is pretty good.I would recommend for a short stay (2-4 days) and with a car.
The food is OK at best, no refills for run out food.We went out for lunch on some days to enjoy a more authentic cuisine, if you don’t do that you really miss out.Water in the shower changes from scorching hot to freezing cold (probably has to do with the heating system and/or the number of rooms using the shower at that time).People in the main pool are apparently allowed to play loud music on top of the music already playing at the bar, which can cause a headache.A car is a must, there is nothing in a reasonable walking distance, especially in the heat of summer.
It was a lovely location, ideally you need a car but you can walk (20 mins) to Bali and there are buses and a tourist train. Stelios the manager, was very helpful in arranging anything you needed, which made the hotel feel more welcoming than others we have stayed. The food also was excellent. I preferred it was small felt more welcoming as a result.
Nothing, all very good. ( was as hot as you would expect for august so would recommend a car hire which they can arrange or get in Bali)
It is a nice little hotel with beautiful apartments and a magnificent view on the mountains. We had a swim up room and that is highly recommended! Location is okay, Bali is a cute village but if you don't have a rental car like us it is a good twenty minute walk to the first beach of the village (if you want to go to the beach where you can get the complimentary sunbeds then it is at least a 40 minute walk).
The All Inclusive was not very good. The food was okay but there is not a whole lot of choice. Usually 8 hot suggestions (always two meat and a fish option and pasta) and there are also some cold dishes to choose from (salads and fruit). The drinks were very limited and not the best quality unless you ordered something from the bar, but at the bar you had to wait a lot of the times for the staff to help you. What we also missed, there is accept from the pool noting else to do for children and there us zero entertainment. But I guess that is way it is a boutique resort. If you like peace and quiet then this is the resort to be! For us was the unfriendliness of the staff the thing that we disliked the most. We stayed there for 13 days in July but not even once was there a smile or a friendly chat from the staff accept from the housekeeper (she was great). But the staff in the restaurant, reception and bar looked very bothered if you asked them for anything. Yess we saw that they were very busy and work bery long days, but a little smile sometimes goes a long way.
Everything was excellent, we enjoyed this trip a lot. I have visited a lot of destinations and this is my favourite because of the great staff, the food and comfort. Thank you so much for everything and we would love to come back! I highly recommend this place??
Fantastic location, situated within a valley surrounded by mountains.
Occasionally they bring spoiled food, possible caused by the increased temperature, you need to be careful. The room is not cleaned, you can easily find dust on the furniture and on the floor. The room had various flaws: missing bulb, a hole in the wall, damaged shower cabin.
The rooms were clean and very nice. The pool was nice as well. It was very beautiful and comfortable.
The behavior of the receptionist was unacceptable. We arrived at 2, which was the check in time. We had of course informed them that we will be there at 2. The person greeting us was ironic and rude. He told us loudly that the check in is after 2, meaning 3, which shows not only how unprofessional he is, but that he didn't even know how to do his job. We even showed him the text and the booking.com page to convince him but we waited 1 hour to be let into the room we'd paid for. It really ruined our mood and showed us the quality of the accomodation. The food was ok. The cocktails were not cocktails. In conclusion, he should either change his manners or you should change the receptionist. This is not the behavior of a human being, let alone someone that works at the hospitality sector.
Fantastic location, situated within a valley surrounded by mountains. Our apartment with swim up pool was East facing so you have sun all morning through to 2pm.
Nothing to complain about, you do need a car due to its location but everything was brilliant
Lovely swim up pool, relaxing feeling and beautiful scenery
Staff seemed underprepared and not trained, food choice and quality was poor
Even though the location is not right by the beach, we loved the stunning view of the mountains and how relaxing and peaceful the place was.
It needs a bit of TLC in certain areas but , overall, it’s great value for money
Incredible value when taking into account the spacious room, facilities and food.
The only issue we had was that there were some bugs in the room's shared swimming pool. I understand that this was probably caused by the mountainous area. The public pool near the bar was very clean, however.
The pools were really nice and clean and the suite was really comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind at all times. We really enjoyed our stay and we did not have to move anywhere; we just stayed there all the time!
The food buffet was OK, especially the local dishes which were really good. However, the buffet could include some more "branded" items, e.g. for drinks and ice cream. The coffee machine was a bit old with so-and-so outcomes!
Everything! So clean, beautiful rooms, lovely pool , beautiful views, nice food, extremely helpful, wonderful staff especially Stelios who is fantastic! There's a little land train 5 min walk away that takes you to the shops and beaches every hour at 9:30 onwards. You can go to the sister Hotel, Filion, for evening entertainment and use the all inclusive there too.
