Bali Diamond (Adults Only)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — their hospitality truly made the experience special. The location is just a short walk from the beach and situated in a quiet, peaceful area that’s ideal for relaxing. Plus, the on-site restaurant is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended in every way.

The property was extremely clean and quiet The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant they were amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you so very much to the staff :)

Location is excellent 2mins from beach lots of nice taverns nearby hotel rooms nice and spacious with large balconies and sun beds + umbrella hotel has 2 nice pools

Shame the pool didn’t have a bar area should you sun to have a drink around the pool. However the views from the balconies are so lovely you can sit there

Nothing, everything was perfect

The hotel per se, the rooms, huge terrace, everything in the room you need, closeness to the beach. Friendly personnel.

For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was disappointing. The fried eggs are cold, the bread tastes like from yesterday, the juice is sugared syrup with water and if you came after 9am the offerings were not always filled up. The food in the bar is low class fast food and no soap in the guest bath in the cellar. So in the food area max a 2.5 star hotel.

The rooms are modern and very clean .. staff are lovely .. breakfast is a little limited but ok .. many places to eat in the surrounding area and opposite the beach .. surrounded by mountains .. adults only is perfect .. oool is small but totally sufficient

We stayed on two separate nights the lower floor room was perfect the upper floor rooms are roadside and quite noisy with traffic .. it would be quite difficult to navigate if you were unable to climb steps .. parking is roadside

Pool had a great view of the beach. There are designated beach chairs for the hotel guests. Great location between Chania and Heraklion.

Perfect location with beach and restaurants literally one meter from the hotel door. Super friendly staff. New breakfast every day with local specialties which were delicious.

There’s a lot of stairs due to the cliff on which it is built. For us that was not a problem at all, but for less mobile people it might be

All except breakfast. Two bedroom apartment with two separate bathrooms. Parking is free. Hotel is just on the beach.Receptionist is super-friendly with personal attention. Air conditioning is good, beds are comfortable. Rooms are pretty big.Definitely will come again and recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was horrible, very little choices, food cheap and not tasty. Just a shame for hotel of such high level.

The hotel was absolutely perfect, from all the team that always worked with a smile and were always super helpful.The situation of the hotel was so close to the beach you could hear the waves on the beach great breakfast and lovely café bar on the ground floor.

Family run hotel, amazing and welcoming stuff and owners! Beautiful modern big room rooms with big bathrooms and balconies overlooking the beach! Taverns ,restaurants bars and markets for all the necessities!. Extremely good value for money!

Location, all the staff, especially Eva, the resident cat Psico, who comes for breakfast every morning, the spacious room, the sea view and the overall friendly, lovely vibe of the place - I got hugs when we left! What I would say is that we were here just before the season really started so we had empty beaches and only 3 tavernas open when we arrived and we loved it. As we left it was getting busier and I imagine it gets hectic in the summer. I would highly recommend out of season when you can enjoy the Kavostasi beach while it’s quiet.

Nothing, it was a great place and having looked around the resort I’d say the best.

The Bali Diamond is an excellent hotel run by wonderful staff. We arrived late at night and were greeted with bottles of water (much appreciated after a long flight!), welcoming faces and a quick check in. Our room was fantastic and everything we could want; big comfy bed, lovely spacious bathroom (although if we’re being fussy we would have loved a window in ours, I think most had one but our one didn’t!), a big balcony, fridge, long mirrors and plenty of storage space. The cleaning service everyday was great and we loved coming back to a clean and tidy room with fresh pool and bath towels.The breakfast was plentiful; fresh fruit, salad, pastries, cooked meats/eggs, breads, yoghurts, toast etc. The breakfast area is lovely and that first day sat out in the morning sunshine was just perfect! Staff were so helpful and friendly and really lovely to talk to. Towards the end of our trip there was a storm and perhaps due to the bad weather, a little kitten (amongst other cats!) joined the hotel, we became quite attached to the kitten and loved seeing it dozing on the couch in reception or playing with hotel staff. It really solidified our respect for the owner and staff to see how kindly they treat the kitten and cats living around them. The location is excellent, right next to the beach and in the middle of various tavernas. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Bali Diamond and despite the weather (October!) we had such a lovely day, staff we were great about our late checkout and even gifted us a bottle of local wine for our special day, so thoughtful and kind. We absolutely would go back to the Bali Diamond and thank such a lovely owner and the staff for a wonderful stay.

difficult stairs to each floor. breakfast a bit hit and miss. no fresh fruit. very tight poolside with insufficient shade.

a very good place for relaxing!quiet, with awesome view from the room, amaizing breakfast (a lot of different positions). we were living at the 4th floor and it wasn't the issue for us to use stairs all the time. at night you can hear the sea.close to big cities - Rethimno (~30 min by bus) and Heraklion (~ 1h by bus)

I'm not really like one blanket for two person, but the bed and the blanket were pretty big
