Infinity City Boutique Hotel

Horrible

Upon arrival no reception staff. Bed bugs and roaches in the bed. Hard time getting in contact with someone from the property. Had to pull a local from the side of the road at 1am to call from their phone. They insisted we stay there and speak to them in the morning about the bugs. When I told them I wasn’t comfortable staying they were not understanding. Said I would have to come back in the morning to discuss.

Central location. Quiet and good sized room. Great staff. Good breakfast with variety.

Uncomfortable bed mattresses and very hard to use shower. The A/C did not work so we couldn't sleep, it was too hot. If we opened the window we had to hear loud cat miows

Excellent city boutique hotel with lovely clean fresh big rooms with good lighting, changed everyday unless specified otherwise,& near to the centre of town,harbour as well ferries. Shoutout to the staff who are very nice, helpful & breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choices such as cold,hot, cakes, fruits with lady cooking infront of you..enjoyed my stay & thankyou very much @checkin who asigned my calm room & later stored my luggage until my departure in the afternoon

Breakfast was great, lovely staff that accommodated a breakfast for one extra person, had a great experience with this hotel and can recommend to anyone. Location is OK.

It was in a perfect location, clean, amazing staff, beautiful view of the port, breakfast provided….it was excellent. We were able to get an early check in which was excellent because I was sick with a horrible cold and we were flying out early the next day. I felt horrible so my husband asked the front desk where he could get take away soup for dinner. The staff told him not to worry and took care of it. Not long after we got a knock on our door and a loc restaurant delivered the best chicken soup, fresh bread roll and Greek salad! It was exactly what we needed. They ordered a limo for the next morning and staff stood and made sure we found the spot and waved us off. I could have cried with their kindness. The front desk and kitchen staff were so amazing, kind and compassionate. We were overwhelmed with their kindness. Thank thank thank you! Highly recommend!

The sofa bed for our teenager was not so comfortable. This is a common problem in most location.

Mike, at the front desk, was very helpful in recommendations. The location was good....walking distance to the port. I was only there for one night, but it was handy to my early departure on a ferry. There was a nice breakfast included.

We stayed in Heraklion for two days to explore the city and visit to Knossos Place. The Infinity City was a good, budget price place to stay. Location was good and easy walking distance to the port and interesting parts of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy but a decent economy hotel. The morning breakfast was quite tasty as well.

The hotel is a bit tucked away, but within easy walking distance of the centre of Heraklion and the port. We were able to walk easily to anywhere we wanted to go.The hotel decor is a bit tired, but the staff are delightful- friendly and very willing to help.

We booked last minute and the staff were super-accommodating. We had a special request to have a room ready rapidly which they did with great kindness and made sure we were well taken care of. The woman who was on the desk during the day was especially helpful - she coordinated the special request for us. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location was very close to the old town. Great Hotel!

The hotel was very close to the Harbor and easy to find lovely restaurants close by, the hotel is very stylish, very pretty decor and comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices and the staff are exceptional!

There was nothing we didn't like, this was a lovely hotel and we would love to go back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect stay for the night before the airport. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable beds. Early morning taxi was ready and waiting for us as we ordered.

The hotel's location was great. It was just a few steps away from the main shopping street in Heraklion, and Hondos Center was just around the corner, IYKYK. The breakfast was included in our reservation, and it was generous. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom and shower were new, clean, and spacious. We'll make a reservation for the summer 2026 for sure.

This was our first visit to Heraklion. Finding a free parking spot around the hotel was painful because it's the main city center. But this is not a hotel issue. Bonus tip: You can park your car in the marina parking lot, which is the cheapest and closest parking place to the hotel.

Excellent friendly staff! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They go all out to assure a fantastic stay. Breakfast absolutely fresh and wonderful. Location is perfect, easy 10 minute walk to port or to town center.

Location was five minutes walk from the city center, quiet place, breakfast was very nice, stuff is very friendly, room was very clean. No elevator though.

Great property at an excellent location and awesome breakfast spread . Walking distance to everything and even the bus top and port was less than 10 mins walk. Highly recommend staying here.

Really nothing

The staff at Infinity City Boutique Hotel were really helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any question or request. The room was okay in size, simple but clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed for my short stay. The location is very convenient, close to the port and the city center, which made everything easy. A good choice if you’re stopping in Heraklion for a night or two.
