Not Worth 4 Stars or the Price

This hotel is not deserving of 4 stars or the amount they charge. The entire place is dull and boring, the food was terrible, and the rooms desperately need renovation. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel!

Our group travels together every year, but this year was by far the most disappointing experience we've ever had. The hotel is located in a remote mountainous area, and the food was absolutely terrible — no seafood, just a limited and unappealing selection. Even the fruit options were pitiful; the entire week we only saw a little grape and kiwi, and they were gone as soon as they were served.The meals were the same every day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were practically identical. Every evening, our group had to rent a car and drive 45 km just to find something fun to do and eat, as there was nothing to enjoy at the hotel. There were no entertainment programs, no outdoor activities, and most of the guests were elderly. It wasn’t just our group complaining — everyone at the hotel seemed unhappy.To make matters worse, we arrived back at the hotel and were told we couldn't check in until 12 PM! Can you imagine paying for a 4-star hotel where there’s no water, no internet, and the electricity keeps cutting out? It was beyond terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth 4 Stars

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the location is far from the city center, making it inconvenient for travelers who want to explore or get around easily.The hotel itself feels outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms and common areas are not clean, and there’s a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the property. It’s disappointing to see a hotel that claims to be 4 stars in such a rundown condition.What really stood out as the worst part of the experience was the staff. The service was extremely unprofessional and rude. They seemed uninterested in helping guests and had a bad attitude whenever approached with simple requests. It left a very negative impression.Overall, I do not think this hotel deserves its 4-star rating. The location, cleanliness, and service were all subpar. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. The entire experience was disappointing from start to finish.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. We booked 4 rooms for 8 people well in advance, but when we arrived, only 4 of us were given 2 rooms in the hotel. The other 4 people were forced to stay in horrible, substandard accommodations that were clearly not part of the hotel. These rooms lacked basic amenities like towels and were far below the standard of the 4-star hotel we booked.The hotel’s handling of the situation was absolutely unacceptable, and their attitude was rude and disrespectful. Despite the major inconvenience caused, they offered no real compensation and failed to honor our reservation. What’s worse, after causing all this trouble, the hotel was removed from Booking.com, making it impossible for us to leave a review there.This hotel caused major issues during our trip, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability completely ruined what should have been a stress-free stay.

I liked the location, private pool, breakfast.

To much french animation it look like people from other countrys don't exist.

We went for a family holiday and the hotel is fantastic! Great food, perfect location and fantastic hotel staff and animation team! Thank you so much for helping to organise our son birthday :) Everything was great, we highly recommend!

The property is clean and well maintained. Food is nice and local Greek style food is best.

The continual animation team noise, music and stupidity of it constantly in your ears, face and incessant need to get you to participate. Quality of all-inclusive drinks are vile.

- kind staff - swimming pool- the hotel owes sunbeds on the beach - Cleaning lady tidied up even on Sundays- Cheap money for all inclusive (although it wasn't luxury kind of all inclusive)- Fresh food- ping pong- good location- play ground (could be better, but it was enough for my daughter)

- mini club for children was closed and it was the main reason why we chose this hotel- it looked like the animations were only for organised group from France, I speak French, so language wasn't a problem in this case.- the room was clean but it needs to be refreshed.- Old bathroom- Food was very basic. The choice was small and dishes were repetitive. No starters at all :( No typical greek snacks like cheese pies, dakos etc. I hoped for more traditional and típical greek food. .

Cleaning and maintaining could improve. Stained bedsheets is not what one would expect at a hotel..Loud music was for some groups of travellers until 23:00. We could not really relax until it was over.Audi was badBreakfast was just acceptable, would not by any means say goodOverall, it did not feel that people do pay attention to those things that make a hotel a great hotel.

This is the best 3* hotel on the Crete! The perfect balance of price/quality! Clean territory and rooms, delisious and various food and drinks, great every day (!!!) entertainment, friendly personal. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach, there is a travel agency with excursions opposite to the hotel. The road next to the hotel isn't a big deal, we didn't hear it. The most surprising for me was that the receptionist met us at 1 a.m. and offered the dinner! Thank you for the great vacation!

The only thing, that irritated me is smoking. It is allowed to smoke everywhere, at the room, at the restaurant. near swimming pool... For me, as for non-smoking person, wasn't comfortable to rest near smoking people.
