Olympic Hotel

The hotel is centrally located. The room was comfortable, if nothing exceptional. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and abundant. And there is convenient parking available across the street in a garage with which the hotel has an agreement.

The room - especially the bathroom - was rather small, but no more so than other hotels I have stayed at in the area.

The room was clean. The location was excellent.

There was no electric kettle or coffee maker at the room.

Our 2nd stay within a month: Good value for the money, considering this is a very nice location, next to the market street, city center and the free public parking (300 m away, just behind the city wall). The breakfast is nice, friendly staff.

Rooms need renovation especially the bathroom!!! Location is perfect but parking is 11 euros per day.

Great location and perfect for our one night stopover in Herklion. Decent breakfast in the morning was included. Also - we arrived late and the room was ready and the check-in process was smooth and easy.

Only real complaint is that the pillows were very hard. That's probably personal preference but maybe a few different options would be helpful

Great breakfast, great location , safe, easy parking close by at 11 euro cost for the entire day. They were outstanding serving us breakfast at 5 am in the morning prior to our early flight. Felt like home

The room was very small, there were no facilities in the bathroom ( I was expecting to have at least a toothbrush which is very common in nowadays)

What a gem. Very central to old and new towns. Clean, quiet and everything in the room worked! (No broken shower heads, taps or toilet seats)!Staff were always smiling and very helpful, especially the lovely receptionist who organised our very early taxi to airport (complete with coffee and cake at 4.30am)!

Room was cosy.

Absolutely everything was amazing! The stuff was so helpful and hospitable. They helped us book our Santorini excursion and helped us find rent a car. The room was very spacious and clean. They changed towels every day. The location of hotel is perfect, just in center, around all top sights, shops, cafes. All in all, this was just one perfect experience and example of hospitality that mainly all Greek people offer. Would recommend whiteout doubt.

It was quite clean and the location was good.

The rooms in the pictures look way better then what I got. I had a view for the inner wall where there was a lot of rubbish.

We stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite basic, but overall, it was good value for money. I would recommend it.

The only downside was that one of the rooms we received was quite dark, while the other was much brighter, more spacious, and had a fantastic terrace with a table and chairs. If you prefer a well-lit room, make sure to book an exterior one.

Noisy, deadbolt on door not working, no lock on terrace slider, no towels.
