Ethereal White Resort

The hotel was very nice clean and aesthetic They had a Beautiful pool on the roof top with a bar and just a nice place to sit and eat a meal The gym has all you need for a good work out And the Spa was so calm and relaxing

Neat, clean, modern. Nice location

I actually stayed here on two separate trips to Heraklion. This hotel truly outshines many of the other hotels I have stayed at in the region. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is outstanding and the appointment of the rooms is truly exceptional. I definitely will be returning on my next trip to Crete.

Decent location. Nice hotel.

Wasn’t cleaned up to expectations, tight quarters, no counter space in bathroom, not enough hooks to hang things, staff in kitchen weren’t all that friendly. Didnt seem like they wanted to be there. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30. They told us they would pack us a sandwich because we had to leave at 7:15 one morning and they packed us sour apples, juice boxes, cakes and cookies. This isn’t breakfast. Very disappointing.

Lovely modern property. Rooms have smart controls. Beds are comfortable and showers are hot and good pressure. Very close to nice restaurants and nightlife. Rooms are totally soundproof and we rested well.

Spa gets booked fast. Need to make advanced booking.

New facility with clean updated rooms and a wonderful staff. Close to walk to the museum, shops, and restaurants. 10 minutes from airport.

This is an old city and the whole area reflects that, however we felt safe in the location and the hotel is a bright spot.

Clean. Friendly staff. Central locationGreat breakfast.

No view but in the centre of town so what can you do?

Ethereal White Resort is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible service and hospitality. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special, and the rooftop bar has the best bartender and such a great vibe. The entire team made us feel so welcome and cared for, which truly made our trip unforgettable. The location is perfect, and everything about the resort feels elevated yet warm and inviting. We loved every moment and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and all the amenities felt new and well-maintained.

What could be improved is the shower. The type of shower installed usually suggests strong water pressure, but the actual pressure was disappointing. It either needs a deeper cleaning or a change of shower type to meet expectations.

Exceptionally clean, ample space for a couple, luxe aesthetic, SPECTACULAR water pressure in the shower) which is a rarity), location was perfect for walking around the city, friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is helpful. The rooms are very comfy and have a very user friendly way of how you control each feature from the curtains to the air con.

Everyone was very kind.

Unsanitary, towels were not replaced during our stay. Additionally, our balcony view was to another building, I specifically requested a city view.

Super friendly, helpful staff!!Really cleanAmazing breakfastModern design

Only 8 parking spacesNo place to hang towels in the roomThe AC is controlled by movement so it shuts down in the middle of the night and then it is very hot in the roomThe curtains didnt cover the entire window and there was a lot of light in the room from sensors

Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff who helped us with restaurant and beach selection. Parking is in front of the hotel.

Very friendly staff, excellent facilities & amenities, and in great location within the old city-walking distance to most city sights.

Very new, modern building. Good a/c, high tech gizmos in the room, it felt like a resort.

Beautiful spa, pool, rooms and everything inbetween! Perfect place to end a 3week trip to Greece.

Nothing! It was perfect

We had a great time!Everything was perfect, including the staff, room service, smart room, location, and spa. You have to come to this location.

It is a beautiful property! I loved the gym, the location, the staff was incredible and helped us set up our car service and renting a car. I would stay here again, it’s a beautiful property. Close to great coffee shops and places to eat:

Nothing. I loved it.

New hotel, very modern and clean. Nice staff

The hotel entrance is in an alley so it doesn’t make a good first impression but the hotel is beautiful inside
