Lato Annex Boutique Rooms

The location and the breakfast spread was wonderful.

We were awakened late in the night due to a fire alarm. The boiler busted causing us to be transferred to the hotel across the street. We were thankful to be transferred but it seemed to take a while to get things sorted and back to bed.

Incredibly cool boutique art/history hotel located next to one of the best museums in the world. Exceptional room and service for $56. Yes, $56! They even prepared breakfast boxes for us because we left for the airport before the buffet was served.

If you're looking for a location right in the center of town this one is a bit further away, but it was not a problem for me, just for your information if you want to be right in the center!

Hotel is short easy walk to Ferry Port. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. Nice breakfast included.

The room was spacious, it had a big bathroom and the bed was comfortable. They upgraded our room which is a bonus! The staff was kind and welcoming.

Great location, fantastic complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, and parking just a few blocks away all made it a great choice.

The safe didn’t work (may have had dead batteries), and we were assigned a room with one queen bed when we reserved two beds (we were told bed selections were “based on availability” but that was not documented when we made the booking).

It was a confortable, clean and well equipped room. It’s only a short 5min walk to the city centre where all the restaurants, cafes and shops area. The breakfast was good value

The structure is in the city center of Heraklion and the staff is very nice.

The room was not very clean, the was no air dryer, and the room was a bit noisy (I could hear people walking in the corridor. There was also a misunderstanding with the parking. The structure has no parking slot available.

The bed was comfortable, the location good, and the room was nice enough. The breakfast was great too with options that exceeded my expectations.

The annex is undergoing construction, and there was a smell /odor/dust that permeated the place. The construction noise was a little annoying, but it mainly happened during the day when we were away.

We had a great stay here with our two dogs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful good breakfast, and the location is great for getting around the city. We would love to return again.Peter and Christine Fantastic

Very nice room with delicious breakfast, helpful stuff, walking distance from the city centre. Also car parking available few minutes walk from the hotel, perfect.

Had to phone for house keeping four times as no towels or mat in bathroom or toiletries only one glass no coffee or milk breakfast very poor have stayed here in the past but very disappointing this time

Perfect hotel at perfect location!It was a very nice option to be able to choose breakfast and dinner option, the food was excellent.
