- Nice big room with sea view, the food was amazing, staff was excellent and the hotel overall was unbelivably nice
- The view from the room was breathtaking, we reserved a room with view towards the sea, and were very pleasantry surprised. The food was good, the hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The private beach below the hotel is also clean and was pleasant to spend time there.
- There is not one bad thing you can say about this hotel, that's it! We came to celebrate a birthday, and as a gift they upgraded our room to a large room with a private pool and a balcony and a sea view, crazy! The food at the hotel is very tasty and varied, there is plenty of food, the hotel has bars scattered around that serve food and drinks, 2 pools, one of which is quiet for adults only, a private beach for the hotel, the hotel staff is smiling, polite, professional, gives with all their heart and always wants to help. I will recommend this hotel and will definitely return to it again in the future.
Cons -
- All of the entertainment was in french so we couldn't understand anything
- There are no things that stand out that should be mentioned.
- Disappointing Experience – Not Worthy of 5 StarsStarting from the first day, I encountered something completely unacceptable: in the minibar fridge of my room, there were a few bottles of water – one of which was filled with seawater. Whether this was a prank by previous guests or not, it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure the room is properly checked and everything is safe and appropriate for new arrivals. This was a serious oversight and a very poor first impression. The food was consistently below the standard one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Often of very low quality and not fresh, it simply didn’t match the setting or the promises made. Even basic details, such as serving cold water at breakfast during the hot summer season, were overlooked – the water was always warm.As for the staff, my experience was mixed. The older staff members were often unpleasant and, at times, irrational in their approach. Thankfully, the younger team members showed more kindness and professionalism, which was appreciated. It’s truly a shame, because the hotel is in a beautiful location with great potential. Sadly, the poor service and lack of attention to detail ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. I found myself counting down the days until I could return home – just to enjoy a simple, good coffee.I’m not sure if this reflects the general standard in Greece, or if I was simply unlucky with this stay. But for a hotel that claims to be five-star, this experience was deeply disappointing.

In one word: amazing! The resort is positioned on the rocks and you can take a walk on stairs or on the alley until the beach. But it's a beautiful walk among palm trees and extraordinary landscapes. We had a room with sea view and Jacuzzi and we even saw the sunrise right from the bed. Very friendly staff and funny french animators.
I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff. A big big thank to Mrs Agapi Stamataki, the Supervisor who has made this journey so memorable. She has upgraded me and offered a room with a wonderful sea view. I want to thank Irina, the reception team, restaurant staff, the room cleaner and the whole Marmara team for their positive attitude and amability.
Nothing, everything was wonderful.
Apartment with priv swimming pool! Wonderful sea view.

Good
FOOD. Sour spoiled watermelons. Meat is of very low quality. Chicken is not grilled well enough by the cooks. A meager selection of fresh vegetables and salads. Very dirty in the areas where the food is. I was hungry and with a sick stomach all week.
We were upgraded for a better room with the private pool shared between 2 apartment. The 2-bedroom apartment is quite comfortable for family of 4.The view is excellent and very relaxed. The food was perfect with a big choice of everything and even desserts were nice (I usually don't like desserts at all). Mostly French speaking people come to the hotel so entertainment is mainly in French. The beach is small but very nice and without strong waves. In addition to all all inclusive drinks they give you 0.5L water bottle per person per day in the room plus a welcoming bottle of wine.
- Coffee on the breakfast was not tasty but it was possible to drink it after in the beach and pools bars.- water in the coolers also not good enough - There is no surrounding teachable by walking but you can walk on the hills of the hotel itself (not easy, guys, but it's a good training ?).- There is no place to wash feet and swimming suites near the room as well
Perfect place to relax or for family to have fun. Facilities were great, absolutely amazing, relaxing vibe. It was perfect for a restorative vacation. Very friendly staff, helpful. Food buffet options were also great and varied from day to day. Hotel also provides tour options, organizes many things for you, making it very easy.
The snacks around the pool bars and beach bar were always the same, some variety would have been nice, but generally they tasted good.
I liked the adult pool area and the fact that there was plenty of sunbeds. The view from the room, the pool and the restaurant was really nice! The á la carte restaurant was great and the food was delicious. The all inclusive drinks during the day was convenient and easy.
The food in the main restaurant was very disappointing, almost same dishes every day the whole week, and not very delicious. The interior of the restaurant looked like a school canteen. Generally, the interior of the hotel was uninspiring and worn out. The "gym" didn't qualify as a gym at all, it had very few machines, half of them was broken, and the few free weights remaining was not matching.
Location and view - super. Food... Usually we can't eat in one place for more than 3 days, but in this hotel we enjoyed the meal for the whole week.My legs hurt after 2 days of stairs and hills on the hotel territory. But after 4 days I felt healthier and younger.
Only French animators near swimming pool.
Take your money to some place else!!!!!
Horrible experience,Sold as 5 star hotel. Wouldn't give it 2.Rooms are great, beach amazing.None of the food was even remotely close to good. Nothing.Half cooked, dirty dishes and standing in the 30 degrees sun.Snack bars offers snacks that are either dry, uncooked or plain flavorless. This hotel is run by French groups that take over the 30 sunbeds. After staying in the Stella Palace before. This is not 5 star. Not even 1.Take your money to some place else!!!!!
Wonderful place, beautiful location, resort and rooms. Friendly andhelpful staff.
Gym was poor, only few equipment and over half of them were broken. Would be easy fix. Cleaning of room floors not good, should be vacuumed and washed.
Staff were the nicest and most helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and overlooking the magnificent blue horizon and sea. The 3 pools were quite small for the amount of guests. Board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was ok nothing to cry about nor to praise.
Well, all-inclusive is not my kind of traveling/staying but I were there to meet relatives. I, for one don’t like crowded places or mass consumption so I would never have ended up in such a place. Wasn’t the best experience for me albeit the commodities were very good.
The trip was perfect, we came to the hotel and they have upgraded our room to something unbelievable, not only we had quite big private pool for 2 rooms, but also a astonishing view on the seaside and mountains nearby. The private beach of the hotel was in the beautiful bay between two mountains. The food was delicious, but it depends of what you prefer, we really liked all the traditional food. Definitely will come back again ?
The resort itself is quite massive. We travelled as a family (with a 3yo). The place is very family oriented. There are shuttles that take you to the beach and back to reception/restaurant. A convenient place if you plan to just stay in the hotel and relax in its facilities and beach. Might seem like quite a lot to do at first but really you would only be utilising the pool and the restaurant for most of the cases, unless of course you purhcased a tour online from countries that have contracts with the palace (I assume France/Poland being the most oriented). Was really pleased to see that there is constant work going on around to improve the facilities. Some parts seem to be under reconstruction/rennovation, means that owners are working towards improving the place. I guess my rating solely relied on the staff being really friendly. Dionisis and Popi were a highlight. Apart from understanding Greek form of communication, they were great at making contact and just bein really helpful.
I think rennovations are taking place as I write this review but what could improve is the insects in our room. Not sure how they managed to get inside given I ensured all was locked fairly well. I guess its innevitable given the climate and the location of the hotel (green and very humid). Another matter to consider at this hotel is the mosquito bites. They are ninjas./
The view and the hotel is breathtaking,so beautiful! We couldn’t ask for more.Staff are all so kind and helpfull specially Sofia..
There is not much to do in the evening, animation are just in french. Not much of salads in the morning, the food was okay but always the same..
Lovely comfortable bed wide balcony looking out to the sea.Cute beach poor beach bar.
Decor was greyNo fresh food at lunch sickly sweet cocktails tennis courts used for other sports.Buffet 90% the same every dayQuiet adult pool great vista but charmless.
