Great breakfast. Great location. Helpful staff

Some street noise but not so bad with the air conditioning on.

The hotel was clean and bright. Reception was welcoming. Breakfast was included and filling. The location was a little out of the way for us coming from the ferry terminal. but all in all it was ok. We managed the walk easily. Lots of good restaurants close by. A quiet area on the whole. Except for the occupant of the next room who spent half the night on his phone on his balcony.

The walk from the ferry terminal but a taxi would be easy to get.

Comfortable, quiet and in a great location

The room I was in did not have doors in the shower or a shower curtain so the whole bathroom would get a bit wet when you were taking a shower

We needed a central single night stayover between arriving late and picking up the rental car the following day. Provides a central location within the old city of Heraklion, which enabled us a 10 minute walk to the town center where we could grab a very late night dinner and some cold beer. Clean and quite rooms, recently renovated, decent continental breakfeast and freindly staff - Highly recomended!

The breakfast as well as the location were just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a room for two adults and three kids. We actually had five beds and not just a pullout couch like we often do. Everything about this place was definitely recommendable.

AC unit was too weak to cool the whole room.

Bathroom shower cubicle is too small and unenclosed resultantly water spills in the entire bathroom. Breakfast didn't have an option for omlette and was same everyday with routine stuff.

Breakfast has improved since last year though the toaster wasn't working fully.

In the room there was no milk, no black tea and no teaspoons.

Bit outdated decor and very small bathroom. No shower curtain so water goes all over the bathroom.

Nice modern hotel. Airport bus is stopping in from of the hotel. Cathedral and some important old churches with old icon collections (I guess this is not in any guide book) are just around. Also Bazaar supermarket.Breakfast is good. Staff is very nice.

Everything was fine. I will come back to this hotel (the city has more to see and enjoy than I expected).

Centre of Heraklion, receptionists were very pleasant and happy. The room was big and spacious.

Unfortunately the bathroom was a mess after a shower.. literally water everywhere. And the chambermaid was opening sliding the door of our room to ask if we want the room to be cleaned which was a bit awkward

The receptionists were super polite, given the circumstances and tried to mitigate the problem, but ...

Photos of the exterior were deceptive, in reality the hotel is poorly of any renovated, parking should not be listed as a facility since in reality you have to leave your car in a nearby business who never met professionalism, and you may find yourself stack inside the parking with the hotel personnel trying to find the owner of the private parking business! Also inside the room, toilet cover was repaired with paint, lights were trembling, sheets were eaten and had those distinct small holes in clusters!

Location was good, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Generous checkout time (11 am).

Parking was tricky (the private car park at the back was very full, however we did arrive late). The breakfast was decent but the coffee could have been better.

We book a room with two double beds. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel is just a few steps from the center.

The sheets were stained.. Its not as new as it looks in the pictures. There’s lots of rooms so you hear the neighbors and anyone walking the hallway.

Location is great, everything is near. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, you can leave your bags in the storage after check-out, which we highly appreciated. Breakfast buffet has everything you need and is delicious.

The floor didn't seem very clean and we had an unfortunate encounter with one cockroach in the bathroom! We saw a lot of them in the streets (city center) at night, but as i don't see other reviews mentioning it, i guess it was just our bad luck and not a recurring thing in the hotel. The receptionist took care of it right away so it was fine. The rooms could use some update for it to be great value for cost.

Location was very good, especially that just around the hotel there was a secured parking lot (8 eur for a day). Breakfast were good, quite good choice. Room was quite spacious. Air-conditionnaire worked good, though it took some time to cool the room. Location was good as it is not so far away from the city center and nice restaurants in a short distance could be found.

Once enetering the room it had a strange smell, as it needed to have fresh air.
