Piskin Hotel

The breakfast was very good.The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice.Some of the staff was really nice and accomodating.Good shower pressure.Windows could open.

The elevator wasn't working for a few days.TV didn't turn on/remotes didn't work.Room's floor was dusty. Could have been cleaner.One of the guys at reception helped me but looked pained and unhappy to do it. The air conditioning (in my room) smelled very stale every time I started it(but it cooled the room very well).

Piskin Otel was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our stay in Turkey. The hotel room was clean and amazing, the breakfast was fulfilling and amazing, it had a variety of foods like olives and cheese, and it was also covered in the hotel room price tag, meaning it was free. The staff was very kind and even did our laundry for a minor fee. Overall, a very good experience as it was in the city centre, making it flawless. Love from Pakistan!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city. The price was reasonable, especially with breakfast included. I booked a non-smoking room, but there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. I assume the room was previously a smoking room before being converted. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was quite rich and satisfying.

Its my second time here. The hopitality of the hotel is the best, and the rates of the hotel to is very affordable compared with what we got. The pamukale is close by from denizli. Is better to stay here than stay in pamukale.

The staff is out of the world.. they are understand hospitality industry. The receptionist guy specially is really good to guest.. the hotel itself centrally located and not far from bus station and train station. Clean, modern, and have good breakfast. Cant ask more. Very recommended.

We had a nice stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed. Convenient parking space just behind the hotel for our rental car. Breakfast was pretty good. Decent location, easy to access and close to restaurants. Good value for the price.

Passable

The breakfast. Never happened in turkey to have freeze cold borek for breakfast, the lady taking care of the buffe was there and yet no refills were made even though all baskets were empty. Tried to prepare some tost, but the bread was rock hard and we ended with a boiled eg. Disappointed!

Poor

I really can't in all honesty recommend this place. The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are furnished with an outdated taste. In general the material used to supply the rooms was rather poor. No noteworthy activities to do nearby.

The room was okay...value for money....but the location was quite good.

The buildings view is blocked by other buildings....the location of area is great but location of building is okayish

The location is great, close to shops and easy access from the highway. I drove in from Denizli Airport and had no trouble finding it. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant. There was air conditioning in the room and a nice view from the 6th floor window. Shampoo, bodywash and bar soap was provided in the bathroom.

Room was dirty, the shower drain was backed up, the bath mat was dirty, the sheet wasn't pulled all the way over the mattress at the top and there was food crumbs and someone else's hair on it. There was a giant "X" scratched deep across the TV screen. The coffee and tea caddy was dirty and full of crumbs, the wall behind the headboard of the bed had dirty handprints and white smudges all over. The mattress was hard, felt like sleeping on a box spring.

Customer service and location were really good!

The air condition had a bit of mold smell, you could see that the wall had spots starting to show the mold. I guess the humid weather has a lot to do with it.

The first receptionist was a bit unfriendly, we asked why the room smells like cigarette and he said we can smoke in the room. Then keep calling both of us sir, that was weird. Probably language barrier but I am not sure. But all other staffs are nice.
