the bed was very comfy

the smell of cigarettes in the bedroom, mold by the bathroom and the staff wasn’t really friendly

The room and bathroom was very spacious and the location is right next to the train and bus stations. Breakfast was pretty average and the restaurant didn’t look all that appealing. The spa massage and Turkish hamam was amazing

Not many places to eat

Front desk girl pleasant.. near bus station.. clean.. but no hooks in bathroom.. breakfast was good.. location great.. great shower. Clean.

Bad lighting.. need lamps.. noisy highway.. no space for luggage.. no space in bathroom.. a bit too expensive for denizli.. 2 plugs in entire room.. internet not good

The communication is in Turkish. It would help to also have some English communication.

you should get conditioners working

We checked in on 7th June and the highest temperature was about 30 Celsius(86 Fahrenheit) but we can’t use the conditioner. The hotel said it’s not summer yet, so we can’t use the conditioner... WHAT??? (we can turn it on but nearly no wind). They eventually gave us a big Fan, which is so noisy and loud though, we have to turn it off at night, which is a discomfort :). Appreciate they gave us a fan at least, I can’t imagine how we can survive with that high temperature.

Room is big and quiet and comfortable. Parking is very convenient.

Hard to find an open restaurant nearby in the evening.

Super close to the bus station, flexible policy (early check in after the night bus, also us having the breakfast on the morning of our arrival instead), rooms were large and comfortable

Convenient location.

The room smells of cigarettes. Perhaps it was necessary to indicate non-smoking rooms, but there was no such option on booking.com.

This hotel was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was clean and spacious and the room had all the facilities I could have required. I even had a little sofa and coffee table area to relax in the evenings. The location was great, next door to the bus station (which worked out well for me as I was getting buses in and out of Denizli). A bit far from the city centre (10 min drive), but it’s easy enough to find taxis in the area.I would highly recommend!

Fast check-in, free and safe underground parking, great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, toiletries were offered, free water too, AC working very well, fresh bedsheets and towels, easy check-out, no noise, quiet area corner-unit. We had a 1-night stay, we were in transit. Thank you!

Everything went great!

The reception staff was extremely kind and helpful. We liked the location since it was right next to the bus station. The breakfast was pleasant. The room was large and a comfortable size.

There was an extremely odd smell in the bathroom that only intensified through the night. We opened all the windows to get it out, but it was just unpleasant. We did not complain about it to the hotel staff since we were only staying for the night. We honestly could not wait to get out.

The Hotel is located right next to the bus station, which was a plus for us. It was easy walk to the hotel even with luggage.The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was well lit and big enough. The beds and bedding were very clean and comfortable.The bathroom was spacious enough and shower had good water pressure.Breakfast spread was amazing (the best in Turkey so far)The staff were courteous. Overall, we booked this hotel for convenience (close to the bus station) but I would highly recommend this for its service and comfortable stay.

The room was big The insulation was ok Water pressure was good.The place was clean.

In the middle of the night my husband woke me up because there was tobacco smoke coming from the air system. I am 5 months pregnant. We called the reception but it was impossible to find a room where there was no smoke coming from the air system. So we gave up and slept in a cold (since the heating was off) new room with closed air system. There are no non-smoking rooms in the hotel. Everything smells like tobacco smoke, even the washed sheets.The bathroom got flooded after every shower in both rooms.Most of the staff didn't know any English at all. We were using Google translate to communicate.The WiFi was very bad. There were no plugs next to the working desk. The food in the hotel restaurant was terrible (and the meat was raw).
