- This hotel definitely no way near 5 star In fact maximum will be 3 stars
- Air Conditioning did not work properly. Over 30c all night. Discussed with staff an no solution. Not a good experience.
Cons -
- It was very coldIt was raining and very cold and the heater isn’t working The stuff said they stopped the heater this time of season in addition there was only a very thin blanket in the room so I had to ask for additional blanket which actually as thin as the first and not enough for such weather
- I booked two family rooms But when we arrived there the rooms wasn’t available the offered us two standard double rooms with extra charge so less capacity and pay more We had no choice but to take it as it was too late at night and the kids were asleep and tired
- Location outside of town on approach to main highways is convenient for travel but on-site dining is rather limited and going elsewhere is awkward.

Attractive though impersonal modern hotel, professionally managed. As almost always on Turkey, friendly staff despite communication struggles.

Registering on WiFi via the app is complicated. After several attempts I gave up and stayed on the mobile network.Breakfast was without meat products.
The restaurant was good.
The room was old needs to be renovation. Air Condition in the room didn't work properly.
parking space
in the middle of nowhere… restaurant was very cold… the room temperature was difficult to adjust..
Not up to my expectations
1. Breakfast is very basic and limited , very disappointed .2. Air conditioning is very weak , room was too hot.3. The price they told me i had to pay at the check-out was about 10% higher than the price they posted on this site . 4. Not coming back to this hotel .
It's a good property and has all the basic amenities one require. Its a bit far from the city centre but close to the industrial zone so if you are travelling for business, it's a good place to stay at. There is a mall (Aqua mall) nearby from where you can do you shopping and have some good local food. All in all its a good place to stay at if you are travelling for work.
Very far from the airport and the hotel does not offer or arrange airport pick and drop services.
Staff in restuarant were very polite and kind.
