- Unforgettable place to disconnect and relax! It was one of our best trips ever! If you want to disconnect from all the problems and fully recharge your batteries and still receive services on top level, this is the place to be! The hotel is very well preserved, clean with big territory for some walks, especially worth mentioning almost lack of insects in the room - really comfortable stay. The diversity and quality of food can meet absolutely anyone's preferences. But most importantly, the local people are so heart-warming and friendly, the staff is so attentive and helpful. Many thanks to all of them, especially Salome and the Reception team who were always there to support us with any administrative questions, to the whole gastronomic team (Peter, Mohammed, Amur and Mama Chef Fatima, in particular) who additionally organised a memorable cooking class of local exquisite delicacies - an incredible experience.Omar, and all the local tours crew, were just irreplaceable, especially Emanuel who was so flexible driving us around and the Boat Captain who was the best around others to show us the dolphins under the sea.On top of all, the hotel is additionally guarded by the authentic Maasai tribe, who represent the native culture and big tourist interest. We were also so happy to have chosen this destination and hotel for the New Year celebration, the entertainment was amazing and unforgettable! We sincerely recommend this hotel - you will for sure enjoy your stay there. Additional Tip:In late December during full moon week, in the mornings the tide was low and in the afternoon the tide was high.

Cons -
- The see food, the serve only at night. The Benedict egg, I ordered in breakfast, wasn’t good.
- It cost a lot to go to town. (LOL)
- Few things noticed to be fixed. Last 2km to the resort ride was bumpy.

Location and food was amazing.
Few things noticed to be fixed. Last 2km to the resort ride was bumpy.
The staff, the beauty of the place.
Ocean and the beach was very dirty you can not swim with not have a skin reaction
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The selection of food in breakfast, lunch, dinner need to be improved. The towels are very old, need to be changed with new. WiFi is very slow in the rooms.
The arobetic show
Both electricity and water cut out every now and then, and food wasn’t the best Pool is dirty They don’t change the bedsheets and new towls
Sunset, nature, calmness
Limited beach access, secluded
The place is very clean, the staff was exceptional. Very helpful from checking in to our last day.
The drinks are a bit pricey
The food was amazing Ramse was best staff,he was a big helper ,,,
staff location resort
food could have been much betterbed uncomfortable excursion desk
weatherpoolsservice from some staff was exceptional
didn't have local beers dinner on the Friday night wasn't as good as previous 4 eveningscleaning of rooms was poor - had to ask on a number of occasions for fresh towels
The stuff was very helpful, the rooms are cozy but there’s a big difference between the pictures and reality. I booked the stay for 1 night with the purpose to stay longer but whenever I asked the stuff to call the manager to discuss and negotiate the price, he kept me waiting for him for 1h, and then sent a guy to tell me he won’t cone and he won’t negotiate the price cause the rooms are already cheap. That was very disrespectful, I just took my stiff and left the hotel. Also the food was very bad. The only good thing: the territory is huge and beautiful.
Stunning Resort! Just when you think it can't get any better, your personal butler Ramson elevates your entire experience! Ramson went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable and so special! For an intimate, romantic, luxurious and relaxing stay, we cannot recommend this resort enough! The resort is immaculately maintained, and a real sense of pride is self-evident. We did not add photos to this review, what is advertised is exactly what you can expect!
Excursions offered were disappointing to say the least, not to mention how expensive they were. Snorkeling tour did not align with quality and service expectations created by the resort, and deterred us from trying any other excursions... Ablutions outside of resort were extremely inappropriate for tourists!
The staff
Certainly not a five star resort as advertised. Resort is old and run down, shabby rooms with noisy ac. Power cuts, poor pressure with showers, no where for a couple to sit in the room and beds are as hard as can be.Buffet food was very very basic and left uncovered for flies and anything else that could walk around it. Totally unhygienic!. Would not pass food and safety if the restaurant was monitored. The whole place needs a renovation to bring it from a 2 star to 5 star!
We had the Jungle villa, it is really located at the edge of the forest, spacious and comfortable. Our butler Mussa was amazing, he was always there if we needed him, always very gentle and respecting our privacy. We were getting our special treatment at restaurant and the villa. A "small problem" is that my wife starts liking such personal attention ?Else the hotel is very spacious and even with the 40-ish rooms you hardly feel any crowd, it was very relax feeling ?
the atmosphere, service, and welcome and facility I would like to thank our butler Ramos, Chef Sabrine, Zouali, Victoria, our SPA worker Anqs, and all the staff at the resort for job will done
The road to the resort in the last 2 km needs to be paved.
Beautiful property, gorgeous views, different facilities bars & locations
The food was not the best ??
The very friendly staff.
It being a hot and humidy place, depriving patrons of free, drinking water during dining meal times is more on the harsh side.
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is suitable to relax a few days in the forest and next to the sea. The management of the hotel is excellent and they are understanding towards their customers.
